Nice dealership with a friendly service staff, communication was excellent. Wish every dealership was this thorough. They didnt excellent job preparing my bike, couldnt be happier. Would definitely use them again if I was in the area.
Great place to shop they have all your honda Kawasaki needs
Ah not as good as you would think cost way way to much for what you want done and not only that but they think you dont know anything about your bike. I should have found someone else but didnt have the opportunity to look around my bad but now I know and you do to find someone else.
Just came in and got an air filter helmet and grips for my bike, these guys sure made me feel like a valued customer. I will def be coming back for all my bike needs. Amazing guys and even better customer service !!!
I’ve bought parts for my bike several times from this shop. The folks there have always been good at what they do and very friendly. Prices aren’t unreasonable considering how much everything had gone up. Fast & courteous service!
The staff was very friendly and willing to help. During my visit I did not feel pressured to buy anything but if I did have a question the staff was right there and able to help. If you are in the market for anything they sell definitely stop in!
Friday, August 21, 2020, I decided to visit Pensacola Motorsport. I was super nervous and was not sure how my visit would go. I had been looking for motorcycles about a week or so and was ready to find the one I wanted. I had been given many tips and was persuaded from all directions from salesman that would not listen to my needs. I could tell they just wanted a quick buck and it made me uneasy to purchase. Back to Pensacola Motorsports, I walked in and was greeted by almost every staff member. They only greeted if close enough or not busy with other tasks which was awesome and a big deal to me because I visited about 5 or 6 dealerships and out of those (not including Pensacola Motorsports) Harley-Davidson in FWB was the only other motorcycle business to provide the same similar customer service. So I knew what I wanted and it was a 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 650. The gentlemen from every area of the store if not helping someone, helped me when I needed. This includes with the purchase of the motorcycle, the equipment necessary, questions I had, possible discounts, future information I should know and more. I do not remember every staff members name. But the individuals that made a very positive impact on my visit were Mark, Kevin I think, and a younger slim man who helped get most of the information for purchasing the motorcycle. I could go on but the point of this review is Pensacola Motorsports has magnificient employees who will literally go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible with your purchases no matter how big or small. They will not try to sway you into buying something you do not want if you already have an idea of what you want. I found the trend of trying to upsale common among my other visits. I understand that is part of the job so not saying it is negative. It is just not something that I like as a customer and if the other places were able to read, listen, and adjust to my needs a little better then that might have made a difference in my decision to buy from them. All in all, I definitely will be visiting again and am thankful that above and beyond customer service still exists. Thank you all who work at Pensacola Motorsports and I am definitely loving my bike!
Stopped in so my daughter could look at the bikes. Salesman was nice, answered her questions and such.
The entire team at Pensacola Motorsports is AWESOME! Thanks to Lane for hooking us up, Chelsea for making the paperwork quick and easy, and SHOUT OUT to Mark - the MAN!! In 24 hours, we were signed, sealed and DELIVERED!! We will ABSOLUTELY be back again!
Will put you on hold for 20 mins and hang up.
Helpful people, courteous staff.

I bought a new 21 R1 from Pensacola Motorsports, the salesman was super friendly and answered all of the questions i asked and the parts and service department went above and beyond what was expected to help to get my bike back on the road the same day after an issue arose, I would highly recommend this business.
Most enjoyable dealership experience Ive had everyone was so nice and helpful I recommend this place highly
I had the best experience with these guys! They were Super professional and led me to my new favorite toy!! A jet ski! Mark was phenomenal and so was the finance department! The whole process from order to pickup couldn’t have gone any better!! I was originally going to purchase in Fort Walton but after terrible service I elected to take a further trip out to Pensacola because I knew they would help me! I love my new ski and if anyone wants to race look me up!!
The staff was good no complaints.
Friendly, helpful staff all around. Wide variety of vehicles and gear. Fun visit!
Great customer service!
Four weeks past I purchased a 2020 SEA DOO Jet Ski. The sale was fast same day outstanding.last week with only 28 hours on the ski my son lost the Key in the Gulf. I brought it to the dealer and it cost me 113.00 just to replace my key, which I feel the ski should come with a second key. Due to lost key the ski had to be towed to shore. When at the dealer the mechanic replaced three spark plugs to replace mine with only 28 hours on them and told me the ski had 1.5 gallon of water in the ski. THIS IS A WATER TOY 😡... the dealer charged me not only to replace parts I did not need but charged me labor for replacing those parts. The mechanic stated you can’t tow a water ski 🤦♂️. Needless to say I won’t be back to this dealer located in Pensacola Florida .
Kevin in the parts department was super helpful! He was able to point me in the right direction and give me some helpful tips!
I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You so much.I bought a Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 1500 in 2006. They have always provided Excellent Service, Each and Every time I have brought them the bike for be service and or repair. I highly recommend there business. Turnaround time and price is as Quoted. Again THANK YOU. JIM MADISON
Love this place. They took care of us with buying our sea doo!!! Would highly recommend Pensacola Motorsports
I can honestly say this was the best buying experience I have ever had in my lifetime! Top notch service from start to finish. This place goes above and beyond! They deserve a 10
Got me exactly what I wanted in 24hrs when Gulf Shore Marine failed me in 6 weeks. Gave me a fair price right from the beginning. I bought a 2020 Yamaha vx deluxe. From Alabama these are good people go see them if you need a Toy!
Came in wasnt hassled. They let me waver back and forth on what I wanted then when I was ready they made it happen. They gave me a discount on my gear because I bought a bike. Awesome service all the way through.
I took my bike to this place I was told it would only take a few days for the parts and labor that was 3 weekend ago still waiting to hear back from someone
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Very skilled technicians that take great care of your motorcycle!! They allow you to bring in your own tires and will put them on for you. Nice selection of bikes and accessories!! Always pleasant to go there.
Wish prices were posted for PWCJust be makes people go to another sight that doesJust my opinion🤷🏻♂️
It was AWESOME...Lane was very helpful..Tim is very knowledgeable and the rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The sales manager Mark was condescending and flat out lied about aspects of the deal. Overall the sales staff is not familiar with the basic details of their product. Just getting a phone call back was a challenge.I give it one star because the parts department is great. Almost like two different companies.
Very, very knowledgable. The service and parts guys are top knotch. Great selection, and they can order almost anything you could need and the price is unbeatable. Plan on buying a second bike from Pensacola Motorsports as soon as I can!
I would give 0 stars if I could. This is my first ever negative review but I feel I should give my honest disappointed opinion with this company. Future buyers beware... Only interested in making a sale. Horrible service after sales, cannot call ahead to schedule any future service. Always months behind, very disorganized. Most of all, never friendly staff, dont recommend at all. More worth your time and money to drive to Mobile or Destin...
Great service and knowledgeable employees.
This place is awesome Kevin in parts is the best guy there always gets me what I need fast and far prices
I’m rebuilding a dirt bike for my son and have been in there several times to get parts. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant to work with. Service manager is top notch as well as the parts department. Haven’t had the pleasure of working with sales YET, but I’m always greeted kindly when I arrive and leave by them. I’ll would definitely recommend Pensacola Motorsports to anyone. I’ll be back!
Very nice sales people.
Had an oil change at another motorcycle dealership and noticed a leak with the shift shaft seal. They said it was a cheap part and would take an hour to replace. But I have the Kawasaki warranty and this should be covered. So I called Pensacola Motorsport since they could perform work under warranty. They said they are 4 weeks out and wouldn’t even schedule service at all. They I’d have to leave it with them for a month before they could even look at it. That’s absurd. I’m going back to the other motorcycle dealership where I can can schedule service, even if it means i can’t get warranty work performed.
Ian hooked us up with a great deal on a new ATV and we love it. Highly recommend going see Ian.
My family and I purchased two motorcycles with ease. Ian helped me tremendously in the selection and purchasing process. thank you
Just bought a 4-wheeler here for our daughter 10/10 highly recommend
I drove from Mobile to Pensacola motorsport to buy my Ryker and I am soo glad I did. The entire staff was friendly, professional and had such a positive attitude. Salesman (Ian) is awesome ! He made my buying experience as simple and stress free as possible. They even delivered the bike to me . How awesome is that! I Highly recommend Pensacola Motorsport. I wish they would open a location in Mobile. Their customer service would be second to none in Mobile.
Shopping for a helmet for my son. They were very friendly and helpful. We purchased a new helmet because they were helpful.
Ive been to the parts counter at Pensacola Motorsport a few times and they have always been great. Competitive pricing and great customer service. The entire staff is always friendly and the showroom is well stocked.
Look online, I was able to find a product with the exact specifications and 4 months later I put over 2,500 miles on it for 1/4 the price including tax tag registration the whole enchilada.
Absolutely superbes outstanding amazing customer service would definitely highly recommend to anybody anybody for any motorsports needs!!!
Absolutely fantastic workers that go above and beyond to help their customers or anyone. Best bike dealership/shop I’ve ever used!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, customer service is great
They Actually had a Vulcan Part that was Not...In the State of Florida Except for Them and are Shipping it to OrlandoEvery one Else has it Back Ordered
Walked in asking about particular model. Associate said he might have something (not what I asked for) in the corner. Proceeded in the direction he pointed in hope I might find it myself. Walked around the floor searching for the bike I was looking for while the first employee stared at his phone. No one else offered help or if they could acquire the model I wanted. Very unenthusiastic sales staff. I will not set foot in this place again.
Just bought a new Yamaha FZ6R there in January. Very pleasant experience. Mark gave me an itemized quote with all the costs and fees listed to the penny. No bait and switch BS, which is so common in the industry now. They special-ordered a 2015 leftover model from the Yamaha warehouse, and it saved me $750 compared to the 2016 model on the floor. The whole transaction was simple and quick, and I LOVE MY NEW BIKE!
If you make the decision to bring your motorcycle here for service be EXTREMELY specific on what you want them to do and what the end result should be. Below is just one example of how their service department works.I brought in a pair of LED turn signals that came from the first owner of my bike. I asked them just to do the install because I didnt want to mess with the wiring. They hooked the lights up and thats it. Because it was changing out regular bulbs for LEDs my turn signal now only operates as hazard lights and the flashed super fast. They said I could fix it if I purchased an additional resistor. Why didnt they do this when installing them in the first place? Nobody will ever no.Obviously I would like functioning turn signals so I bought the part from them (price was 2x online including shipping). I was doing my best to foster a good relationship. I was told by a service mechanic that this would be a easy 1 for 1 swap with the old resistor. So I did that. It only fixed the fast flashing. Now my turn signals are just hazard lights at a normal pace.Ill say this a solid three star establishment because they did some tire changes and other scheduled maintenance that seems to be in order.Disclaimer: I have only been here for motorcycle service needs. I cannot comment on any of the wide variety of other vehicles serviced of their sales of new and used stock.
I had some questions about a bike I wanted to trade in and buying a new one. I spoke with Russell and he was able to answer my question and some. I am extremely happy with the service I got at Pensacola Motorsports. They earned my patronage in the future.
They have been very accommodating to us. My brother and I buy from there quite a bit. Ian is our salesman and always takes good care of us.
Employee MARK.. has no business being a employee there.. he is rude .. obnoxious and all the 4 letter words that make him a ...hole. 🤬. For no reason !!!
Love these people, enjoy shopping here
I was employed at PMS for 15 years and have also worked at other powersports dealers both before and after my time there, so I feel that I am more qualified than most to rate this establishment. Jim Evans was a great guy to work for. During my time there, he was always more than fair with both employees and customers. He also worked hard to make sure his employees were fair with his customers. Because of this, he has been able to retain a lot of extremely good people for a very long time and also has many long time customers. You will not walk into many dealerships and find the level of experience that you will find at PMS. I would not hesitate to send my own friends or family to do business with Pensacola Motorsports!
Laid back atmosphere, and top notch personal attention from the entire staff, sums up this great buying experience. My wife and I bought a new Sea Doo from Pensacola Motorsports recently and while we felt we got a good deal, what we were most impressed with was the friendliness of the staff and the professional, personal service we received from manager Mark Thompson. Mark made it so easy. When I spoke to him on the phone, he promised to follow up with a prompt quote - which he did within 15 minutes. I accepted his proposal over the phone and then went in to buy the Sea Doo a day later and it all went smoothly and like clock work. There were NO surprises, except for the positive. The entire process at the dealership was 2 hours tops, and that included shopping for accessories, getting taught how to operate and properly service this PWC, doing the paperwork and getting the trailer hooked up to ride away. And to make things even better, it turns out that a gentleman named Tim (in their service department) is one in the same as an associate of Pensacola Motorsports that has been helping us for years with the servicing of our Kawasaki Mule utility vehicle. My compliments go out to the owner of this place, as it is evident that he has a great working relationship with his employees. The only thing I think they should do differently is probably charge a little more for what they do :). I walked away feeling that they were more than reasonable on all of their fees and costs. My guess is that they are simply treating others the way they would want to be treated. How refreshing. If you are reading reviews and wonder if this one is real and if I am an actual satisfied customer - I will tell you this....if you are seriously considering purchasing a product from Pensacola Motorsports and you want to verify my story and hear first hand how satisfied I am - just call Mark Thompson and tell him youd like to get in touch with me - and I will gladly speak with you. I have been a business owner for over 30 years, and I know what customer service should be.
Awsome racer support! Amazing service! Great part and accessory selection!
What a wonderful buying experience! I purchased a 2019 Yamaha XSR900 from Russell, my salesperson. After finalizing and receiving the best deal from him, I was directed to the accounting department, where I was greeted by Teresa and Paul, who finalized the deal and explained, very thoroughly, all of the details. During this time, my new motorcycle was being prepped for delivery.Unfortunately, my brand new motorcycle was unable to clear a antilock brake system code. I was informed by the mechanics that this was an unsafe condition and they would have to order a sensor to fix the problem before I could accept delivery. My ride had already left, so Pensacola Motorsports had a nice young man named Crusher give me a ride 20 miles back home. Russell immediately went to work trying to locate the part. A couple of dealers in the country said they had the necessary part but could not locate it in the warehouse.Yamaha of Japan was contacted and the part was ordered but would take a bit of time to reach my dealer. One day passed, and Russell contacted me and said that they were able to locat the part at a dealership in Slidell, Louisiana and were sending a driver to retrieve the part. He told me that my bike would be repaired and ready for delivery the following day. When I arrived at the dealership the following day, I was informed that the VIN number had changed. I asked about the situation. Pensacola Motorsports went out of their way to purchase another 2019 Yamaha XSR 900 from the other dealership and they transported it back to Pensacola overnight. They transferred ownership of this new bike to me, instead of making me wait while they tried to locate and install the ABS sensor. I was blown away by this gesture of good will and professionalism.I was asked to resign some paperwork with Teresa and Paul. They were very organized, as before. Before I left, I purchased some chain lube from Kevin at the parts desk. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I met and spoke with some other individuals while I was in the establishment. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.I will absolutely continue to patronize this fine establishment in the future.Thank you Pensacola Motorsports for giving me the best buying experience of my entire life.I love my new motorcycle!!
Service was ok, parts dept very good
On business to Pensacola FL from northern Illinois accommodating naval departure orders and needed to transport the sailors hog back to illinois. Loading via ramps was bound to be a challenge and not a ditch to be found in this sea level environment. Did an internet search and found Pensacola Motorsports on New Warrington Rd and inquired about the use of a lift. Spoke with Ian Devault and told us to come on in. Arrived and well greeted. We pulled around back to his lift and we drove it right on. To top it off Ian provided two key straps to anchor the handlebars. Wouldnt accept a dime. Tried several times. Good people, nice looking showroom and a hell of a maintenance facility in the back. Two of our crew stuck around to look at their inventory. People you want to do business with.
Like the products, love my jet ski
Service department can use some more help, part department was excellent.
I do not reccomend Pensacola motorsports. My friend purchased a 2020 can am fourwheeler about 3 months ago. They brought it out to Boggs and Boulders. Got it off the trailer, started it and let it idle for about 10 15 minutes, got on it and didnt even make it half a mile before it died. We towed it back, checked the batteries, checked oil, everything we could and it would not start back up.We let it sit for about an hour and tried it again. And nothing. We called Pensacola motorsports on Saturday morning 11/10 and spoke to Teresa Hall. We told her the situation and she was extremely rude. We asked her what she would recommend us to do. Her comments were this isnt just a 10 second fix I cant help you and I dont know anything about the bike or what went on you just need to bring it up here so we can take a look at it her tone of voice was rude and trying to rush us off the phone. We asked to speak to a manager, she told us he isnt here and will call us.Derrall finally called us and said youll need to bring it in. So we loaded up on a Saturday from Boggs and Boulders and headed to Pensacola motorsports. About 1.5 hours away. Get there and they say oh nothing we can do for you its Saturday and our mechanics wont be here until Tuesday!! Would have been helpful if they mentioned this to us on the phone. Now they are saying we will need to rebuild the engine on our brand new 2020 canam that hasnt ever even seen water. Any other dealership would take time to fix the problem. All this dealer wants to do is get a sale and be done. So be careful and do your research before buying with these people.
I have a Yamaha and my husband has a Harley, whenever we go to this shop the sales people and service people are always very professional and answer our questions, about both bikes, as best as they can. When I have my bike serviced it feels like a brand new bike! We have been to other shops around the area & they are definitely the most friendly & professional of them all!
Went for ATV parts and were very helpful. They didnt even mind that I did a web search at the counter to make sure I was getting a good price. The part I needed was cheaper there than the online stores.
I went there with no idea of what kind of bike I wanted. Mark was a tremendous help in helping me make the right decision. The prices they give are their lowest out the door; no BS haggling or hidden fees. Great customer service and selection!
Perfect example of a business that has no moral compass, feeds on young, innocent service members. Based in a military town and has no care or concern for the service members that are either stationed here or pass through while undergoing training. Scam artists, coupled with poor ethical sales practices. No wonder they have been investigated so many times by the BBB. Stay away!
Great service, everyone is so friendly. I purchased a Honda PCX150 from Pensacola Motorsports and Im loving it so far. Buying the scooter was easy and Ian (my salesman) was very friendly and professional. The scooter came with no back lights working at all but I brought it in and they had it back to me in 20 minutes. Very fast and friendly service. I just brought it in for my 600 mile service and it was also fast and simple, I must have called 10 other scooter service places around here and the quote from Pensacola Motorsports was absolutely the lowest for this service. If I end up buying another bike Im definetly going with them again!
Great place for jet ski repair
Pensacola Motorsports is a great place to shop and their employees are friendly.DO NOT request parts from the web or send them email from their website since they do not efficiently check this. Every time I have done this I had to call them several hours into the next day and place the order by phone.
They are always respectful and helpfulThey helped me and my buddy find the gear that would fit us and tips about our bikeDefinitely a 5 star
Lots of inventory salesmen helpful not over barring jetskis bikes quads
Rude staff who truly dont care about their customers unless youre spending money. Cant go in to just to compare. Helmets, Jackets etc...And their service is expensive as can be. MANY other places cheaper with just as good or better quality work.
Customer service was lacking and leaves much to be desired
Knowledgeable, nice employees. Great variety of bikes, ORV and water toys.
Sales staff is very friendly and helpful
Nice dealership, good service department with quick service.
STAY AWAY. These people are unethical. Highly dishonest. There are motorsports dealers in neighboring towns and I highly recommend you drive the extra distance to receive the service you deserve.
Best selection of helmets in town! Just bought my helmet here and they gave me a great deal! :)
Nice bunch of people, go get u one
Super nice employees, Im visiting from California and they helped me out and made me a great deal on a pair of gloves a cooling vest a can of plexus and they threw in a microfiber towel!I love shops like this with great people they were all very helpful, especially Kevin.
Lots of goodies. Big place.
Good service good prices and the guy whos in charge of the service department very good memory never forgets anyone
I dont think Ill be doing business here. I made a trip over to check out a used FJ09 that I saw listed, the salesman didnt seem to know much about them. The bike was really dirty, I wondered is this for sale or does this belong to someone here that just doesnt clean their bike. I sat on it for a minute, asked a couple of questions, and asked if I could take it for a spin. The salesmen said typically no, but since it was a used bike he could ask his manager. I walked in with him and the manager abruptly said Buy it and you can ride it, having test ridden BMW, Indian, the Ducati I own, and the WR250R I own prior to purchase I was a little taken back. I explained that I didnt know if Id even like the bike and I definitely wouldnt purchase a used bike (or new for that matter) without a test ride and left. I own 2 bikes now, and will be purchasing another, it would be nice to deal with another local dealer, but my experience here was subpar and I wont be returning.Update: I was able to find, test ride, and purchase my perfect bike. Thank you for not letting me settle, I appreciate it.
I purchased a used truck here that they were selling today. The guy helping them sell it was one of their mechanics Aaron, who is not a salesman, he had a great personality and went out of his way to answer questions and keep things moving after I agreed to purchase the truck. They had an opportunity to sell it for more to someone else who showed up after I was looking at it, yet they told the other person first come first serve. That is good business ethics. My last experience here when I bought my last KX250F was not spectacular, due to that when I bought my latest R1 I went elsewhere. I had not ever planned to come back to PMS again, today has changed my mind and I will certainly look to them when I am ready for my next toy, I buy a lot of them. Thank you Aaron and PMS for the excellent customer service!
Good service good people and they have the parts that I needed from a motorcycle and they are not too expensive
Amazing customer service ! The team made the buying experience fast fun and affordable !
Helpful folks and lots of cool toys to choose from.
Got a Ninja 650. The bike is amazing and the dealership is too. No bs. No hidden fees. Just straight honesty and out the door pricing. Ask for Mark T.
I purchased a 2013 kx250f new from Pensacola Motorsports. The following Tuesday I arrive to purchase fork oil, and an engine oil filter so that I could change the engine oil and replace the fork oil as the manual states to do after the 1 hour break in. When I spoke to the parts guys, they were very rude and did not want to be bothered by looking up what weight oil I needed for the forks and what model oil filter I needed for the engine. They also told me I should Not waste time breaking in the bike, there was no point to it, I should wring its neck from the first second I crank it. Break in is not necessary. These bikes do not come with a warranty of any kind so I did not appreciate their remark. Regardless, I pressed on for the fork oil and filter. Finally they provided me with the engine oil filter and the fork oil. I already had engine oil at home so I did not need that from them. Once I arrived home and began to prep to replace the fork oil I noticed they sold me the wrong weight oil or the forks. When I went back the following day to return the fork oil they were quite rude again. I brought in my owners manual this time to show them the break in period to hopefully inform them for future customers. The parts person said that was the first he had heard of that. Now for the best part... I was heading out to the track from the dealer to perform the break in the Saturday I purchased the bike. I asked the dealer if everything was good to go to ride immediately. The sales person said yep, everythings been done and its good to go! To which I replied, everything, you are certain is taken care of? Yes the dealer replied. So I went and rode. A few days later I purchased a K&N filter to install on the bike. Low and behold I notice the filter on the bike is bone dry. These filters are supposed to be oiled and greased, otherwise they do not work. I will not be spending another dime in this place.
I took my Honda 4-wheeler to be checked out. It would not go into gear. After keeping the ATV for nearly a week, they tell me the Hondamatic is gone and several other things. With a quote of over $3,300. I almost passed out. Told them no thanks I will get a 2nd opinion. I took it to another mechanic who found that the timing chain had popped off the sprocket, and the angle sensor was bad. For a grand total of $127. It took six hours to run a diagnostic test, find the problem, and fix it. Needless to say. I will not be using these guys and will do my best to let my friends and family know how they were trying to rip me off.
Grant was super helpful! Great inventory and really nice atmosphere everyone was really nice expect my business again!
Had an issue with a CV popping, and took my 2019 XMR in for service. They decided to replace the boot, and clean out the CV and re-grease. ($201 for boot and labor) I called after a few days and it was ready for pickup. (They didnt call me) I go to pick the quad up and it was still making a loud popping in the rear CV. Had to order a new CV @ $200 (for a $129 part) and another $136 in labor to install. Not until I complained about being charged twice (Boot&labor, then the CV install and labor) did the dealership refund the original $201. My complaint on this part is when the service was being done and the CV came off, and it was still popping, why would you replace the boot and charge labor when the CV comes with a new boot already on it. Had they called and said hey, the CV is bad we need to replace it instead of the boot it would have been so SIMPLE. Any competent mechanic would have known the CV was bad as soon as it was removed, and that it needed to be replaced and not just a CV boot + grease. Then I got home and noticed a cap on my front nerf bar was missing. I called and they said oh it must have came off during your travel home. I pulled the other one off just to check how well they are secured into the nerf bar, and it took a flat-head screwdriver and me prying it out to remove that cap. It did not simply FALL OFF during transport, it was removed and pocketed by someone while my bike was in the dealerships care. Furthermore for some odd reason the front plastics were not clipped back on properly into the side plastics. Not a big deal, BUT WHY would you even need to open up the front plastics to replace a rear CV!? I hope nothing additional was removed from my quad and I just have not noticed it yet.If you want to avoid missing parts from you toys and attempts of being overcharged do your service at a more reputable dealership.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, greeted me as soon as I walked through the door.
