Its only down fall is access. its near the interstate ramp and there is a median dividing the traffic direction, So if you come off the highway you will need to make a U-turn, because this is a busy major street make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get into the far right lane after the U-Turn (Florida drivers are not always courteous enough to let you across or in the lane, many times they will block an intersection). You may have to go to Creighton/Burgess to make that U-Turn.
