Never again they charged me over 100 dollars to deliver overnight but didnt, then blamed it on weather it was med needed overnight told me no refund even though they didnt do the job

I dont know how this company stays in business, and if we continue to use we might be out of business. Several times we have checked tracking, and told customers it will be delivered on a certain date, and packages dont arrive. We tell vendors and customers now, this place is so messed up, we only get half our boxes most of the time, and will get the rest of our packages anywhere from one to two days later. This time we had a two day delivery for a customer, we checked tracking and it was out for delivery, then we checked again, and it showed our busines was closed. (which we never were at time of delivery), They have done this multiple times, and even had a driver tell us one time, my supervisor told me to leave the boxes at the warehouse, we dont have enough room on the truck. I will tell my venders to not use Fed Ex any more.

Nice FedEx Center in Pensacola. You can ship packages that contain batteries at this FedEx Center. The FedEx in Foley, AL at Office Depot and in the local area does not ship packages that contain batteries.Although I never opened the package, because the company sent a return label with the battery information, I had to drive to Pensacola to return it. First, I had to call the company to let them know that their mailing label was not acceptable. I could have written Refused. Return to Sender and no one would have been the wiser about the battery. It came to me via USPS but then USPS refused it because of the battery. Prior to the return label USPS did not know that the company had a lithium battery in the package. Go figure, as they say. Anything to inconcenience the customer.Then I had to call FedEx because the company (WORX), could not help. It was FedEx that stated that none of the FedEx here (Baldwin County) can accept packages with lithium batteries. Then I was informed that I had to go to 5903 North W Street, Pensacola, FL to mail the package.

The clerk at Federal express office is, and was always very friendly and helpful with a cituation that is a bit stressful, she always make everything aok.

I would NOT recommend using this carrier!! !. We shipped a gun back to the dealer that was damaged and it was stolen from one of FedEx employees during the shipping process. Then, they closed my case without any notification or investigation on my package. Do Not Trust Them!!!!!

I had to ship off some things back to various manufacturers and they gave me specific instructions to use FedEx. Totally new to packing something up and sending it off.Came here after work and the lady that was working was very helpful in assisting me. She told me which boxes would be the most appropriate to use and how to handle shipping labels.If I had to ship something off, Id come here again. Inside is nice, clean and organized. The lady working the counter was very courteous and professional.

This is the easiest FedEx to deal with. I had to ship ammo and it was as easy as mailing a toy box!

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of a live person and the automated system was zero help. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and cant get anyone on the phone to explain why its been a week and still no package.

Door tag !!!!! They did not even knock on the door. I was home and I have little dog and they go crazy when someone knocks on the door. An the day before I go something from the same place and I was suppose to sign for it. I did not sign for and package, but it say on the track app it says I sign for it. The pensacola store sux. But if I get it from defuniak, springs fl. I get my package and they knock on the door. So why dont the just fire 🔥 the drivers in pensacola.

After three really horrible FEDEX experiences recently, this was truly a breath of fresh air. Very helpful personnel who actually knew their jobs and were pleasant, polite and professional. Tip: if you can, avoid 3rd party drop off centers and instead use a Ship Center, especially for anything out of the ordinary.

Some of the employees do not have good customer skills. Their response was short very rude its not my job it yours, some of us have never used this service. I advise they need to say I apologise for your inconvenience how may I help you? Then with a pleasant attitude and smile carefully listen to person. Its there first time and really need your assistance. Two employees were very rude not only to me but others who came to have packages sent. I was there for 3 hours with label issue from the seller. I Dont not recommend FedEx. Go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and your business is appreciated.

My boyfriend order a safe it came in with 5 different dens and cracks in it had no key or shipping label information when I called customer service the guy was very rude and told me that I would have to go thru company to get a label to send it back and file a claim to even get a new one. So I called academy and they told me bring it in and they will exchange it in store FedEx would not do nothing for me I refuse to use them ever again thank you academy for helping me in this situation.

What horrible customer service! Our package was not delivered even though we signed the paper giving permission to leave it without signing. When my wife called about it, they told her it would be delivered between 11 and 12 the next day. I stayed home all day even though I had things to do and nobody ever showed. Finally, I called about 1:20, was told that they attempted to deliver at 10:00 which was a lie, because Ive been here all day and no one has come to the door. If by chance I didnt hear the doorbell (not very likely) my dogs would have gone nuts, but nothing. When I explained this, I was put on hold and promptly hung up on. Called back immediately and have been on hold for 15 minutes now. Will not be using this service again.Update: After several attempts to call back and being patched straight through to the end of call survey Im now being told that my package is in a distribution center 100 miles away because the delivery attempt that never happened was unsuccessful, but I can pick it up there if I would like.

My receipt said priority overnight. The lady told me by 430 PM Saturday (I was there at 9am Friday morning). Little did I know even though I was told overnight and the receipt said overnight. It actually says further down the receipt Monday..

My husband has cancer and hospice sends the meds through fedex. We live in a rural area, so they put the package in our mail box. Have been waiting 3 days for new meds and they have not made any attempt to find us. Found a note on our gate yesterday saying The package was at W st. We were at home. So now I have to make a 50 mile round trip to pick them up.Worst service ever. One star is too high a rating.

Called fedex 1 800 number and they told me I could pick up my package on Saturday instead of monday delivery. the front office clerk said I dont know why she told you that its in a container. absolutely zero effort or asking a supervisor if they could do something. wasted time and trip.

We were anxiously waiting our brand new Samsung phones that were being delivered by fedex. My husband and I both work and we knew our phones had to be signed for and we were concerned that we would miss them. AJ left a note on our door but he came back and when he saw the car he stopped and we got our phones. He saved us a trip to the store. A.J. made us very happy!!!

If I could leave a negative star I would! Waiting on a package to be delivered, website said on truck to be delivered. Fedex truck pulls into complex and because I was on the 2nd floor the lazy driver didnt want to walk up a flight of stairs, he decided to just leave it for tomorrow. you have to be a lazy mother trucker to not walk up 10 steps up carring a box weighing approximately 35lbs. Everyone should just use UPS BETTER service.

Why do your employees think that is ok to attempt to Open Someones door without consent? I watched this Delivery Person from my cameras because I am NOT due ANY delivery. He knocked and then tried to turn my locked knob to open the door. This is not a screen door or a porch door but and obvious direct entry way.

Literally kept me waiting 30 minutes just to print a label because the woman had no idea how to open her email and print a picture as a label. To top it off, I brought this rug to fedex because it’s fedex. To ship it. The woman called me into the store after I walked out to come tape up the rug myself like I work there or something? If fedex wants you to package your stuff yourself, then why do they even exist? NEVER coming back.

FedEx is a horrible shipping service. First of all, I paid for overnight shipping two days ago and the package has yet to arrive. I am suppose to be going out of town but am now delayed to do so because I am waiting for the package. When I called to receive information about the package and what time it might be coming the woman I was directed to talk to was very rude and talked to me as if I were dumb. I really did not appreciate the way they operate.

I normally hate these, but the staff here is good. They are busy for sure, but Ive never seen anyone on a phone not paying attention.
