Sofia Marquez was so helpful! I had six different packages to ship & she was most helpful & EXTREMELY patient with me. I’ve just moved here from Mississippi where I’ve previously had bad experiences with other UPS stores. Very refreshing to deal with someone so courteous & helpful. Even welcomed me to Florida! You just don’t find employees that gracious anymore.Thank you Sofia!

Do not allow them to send anything breakable. I told them it was glass. My mom received her package broken to pieces. I am going to FedEx from now on. Very upset. I want my money back.

Because of one ignorant notary, I will never use a UPS store again. If you dont understand that you cant make changes to a legal document then you have no business being a notary. Terrible knowledge and service.

I have always had a good experience using this UPS store. Staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. When my bank wouldnt notarize legal documents the UPS store did. I have used this location for banners, mailings, shipping, and as mentioned, notary services. Never disappointed. Thank you Theresa for assisting me today. You were a pleasure to work with.

Sofia was very helpful and got me outta there in 5 quick minutes. Had to return some Amazon textbook rentals. When I walked in she immediately tried to get me the cheapest option until she realized I had a massive stack of textbooks LOL. Will definitely be returning my textbooks with this store next semester

I came in to ship something last week. It was a complicated request and Craig took care of me both with professionalism and hospitality. He was patient and answered all my questions with a smile. He packed my item with special care and it was definitely worth the money! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone and will come back for all my shipping and packing needs. I needed to return an Amazon purchase and get a mailer to return another item, and the UPS Store is the easiest place to return them because they will print the Amazon label for free. The person waiting on my was friendly knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

While the staff was helpful and polite, I was completely misled into having them package my shipments for me. A small sign in front of the cash register says that packaging is something around $1.43 per box. I shipped 5 shipments worth a total of $1,540.00. The shipping costs totaled $186.94, and that was okay. However, their packaging cost me $176! They didnt ask me if I was going to be okay with the price of their packaging or even offer to let me know what it really was, they just did it. If I ever do come back, Ill have my own boxes packed.In response to owner: At one point, I did ask, so how much does the packing cost? The reply I received was a very nonchalant, oh, it varies by the size. which gave me the impression that it was not going to be a considerable amount of money.... definitely not almost equal to the shipping cost.While it wasnt blatant dishonesty, it was extremely misleading.

I have used this store many many times over the years. I sent 2 special needs adults in to send 2 packages. One was in a USPS large flat rate box, the other box was 4X4X6 regular box. The flat rate box is $18.84 if mailed through USPS. I figured that they would add a surcharge of a couple bucks so the box should have been around $20. The employee asked the woman sending it for me if she wanted insurance. She said no. The total for the flat rate box was $28 and $10.80 for the small box. When they returned with my receipt I questioned why the flat rate box was $28. I called and asked why and he said that he sent it the fastest, trackable and insured way which was UPS. He said if I brought my receipt up he would refund my money. So I went back up. When I asked the associate how much would it have been to sent it USPS in that flat rate box, he said $18 and change. He handed me my boxes and money but never offered to send them USPS and make it right. When I said I thought he had taken advantage of the special needs adults he escorted me to the door and said by the way, dont ever come back. Dont worry, I wont. 😡😟

I have been using this store for a long time and I have ALWAYS had a great experience with anything I have come in and needed help with. Ive gone in making copies, shipping packages and having things notarized and the staff and manager are always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure my every need is handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone and be confident in the service they would receive.

The employees at this store are hardworking and polite. They always go out of their way to help in any way possible. The manager, Cheryl, has been there for years and does a great job running a very efficient, friendly business. On the matter of logging out of computers--it is common sense to log out of a public computer to protect your identity.

I went in today with a baby, a large package, 16 packets, and a mismatched book to be color copies. These folks worked like a pit crew! One took care of the box, another took care of the copying, another handled the packets, and several entertained my daughter. It was amazing! They were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Our business(Evans Automotive) has been doing business with them for a long time. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager Cheryl bamonte has help our business with printing, direct mailing and paper shedding. The staff gets the job done and on time. I always recommend their store to everyone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OLDER ASIAN MAN WHO HAD ALL HIS GRANDCHILDREN PLAYING IN THE BACK ROOM.PROVIDED RECEIPT OF A FAX WITH DATE AND TIME ALONG WITH CONFIRMATION SHEET AND ALL I GET IS I DONT GET ITDIDNT LOOK FOR IT. DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING TO GO BACK AND REFER TO JUST THROW HIS HANDS IN THE AIR AND WALK AWAYNEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAI . DEFINITELY WOULDNT TRUST HIM WITH SUCH IMPORTNANT DOCUMENTS

Right at 7:00 lady would not open the door or talk to me...just shook her head and closed the gate...inside so she wouldn’t have to talk or look at me, just wanted to ask her a question or leave the package until tomorrow!!

The older gentleman at this store is very rude every time I come in. I have seen him in the past be rude to the young girls who work under him and treat them like they are stupid in front of customers. Anytime I ask him a question it’s like pulling teeth to get an answer out of him and his customer service is awful. It’s very apparent he could care less about the customers and cares most about his power trip/authority. My husband and I have been using this UPS for years for personal and business purposes but from now on we will move to Fedex as long as he is there.

The customer service suck! Completely disrespectful! I took a package with a prepaid ups label. They informed me that it doesnt matter what box i place the item as long as the place Im shipping to (a certain company) on the label is on it they will NOT ACCEPT THE BOX!! Let me remind you I have taking boxes here previous, shipping to the same company! I will never do my business here again

This place was awesome, I needed a 2 training manuals printed from my companys web site, not only did they print all pages, they offered to bind them to open flat on my desk. I was on my way within minutes. I just happened to stop in, and I am sure glad I did.

I used to like coming to this store, some of the employees are really nice. Its unfortunate that one rude, entitled employee can ruin it. Will never be back. Research shipping prices or else youll be charged for more expensive shipping than you need.

Store allowed someone to use the computer with my credit card information in it still did nothing to help and later only refunded a small amount of the charge. Will never use this store again and be careful using your cc on their computers staff has no empathy or do they care. I have called the store several times to check on the $10 refund that I was offered instead of the $20 refund since someone did not tell me to close the computer out. The manager Cheryl was very rude to me told me that it sounded like I didnt get my way so I was upset and then proceeded to hang up on me three times today because shes not willing to help and has a terrible attitude and as a person that has a Masters in management, she is way out of line as a manager to be this way to a customer who has been there more than one time. I will pursue this further and do whatever it takes necessary to make sure this does not happen again and that a manager with such a terrible attitude toward someone who is very upset about this has no empathy whatsoever and to hang up on a customer more than once when I was being very polite and there was no reason for a manager to hang up in my face. There are plenty of stores nearby and I hope that this one gets exactly what they deserve and customers see how terrible this manager is and will not go back to the store and if you do be sure your credit card information safe because if you use their computers and you dont logout and no one checks to make sure you logged out the let other people use the computer with your credit card already logged in!!!!!!
