I cant think of a better experience than what I got. the worker was absolutely phenomenal and so welcoming to members of the LGBTQ+ community, and helped me find docs and converse for my bunny, and just was so kinda!!!!

I just took three kids (ages 3-9) to build bears and had a great experience! Despite being SUPER busy, the employees made the experience individualized and special!

The staff here in Northwoods Mall made our experience enjoyable! One would be hard pressed to believe it was in the midst of a pandemic! Besides the social distancing and masks they are doing a great job to make sure the little ones feel confident and comfortable.

Staff was super friendly! We love coming to BAB. The inability to press the magic filling pedal is a bummer. Very hard to social distance in store.

We had to get my daughters animal restricted. They were awesome with the repair. We Lzo got a few Chriztmas presents and they were very helpful with getting them ready for Santa. We love BAB

This is a unique place for children because it is interactive and fun. The child get to choose his or her stuffed animal or character, choose its clothing, and participate in the stuffing process. A scent ball can be added to the stuffed animal and/or the child can record an up to 10 second message in their own voice which can be inserted into the animal. The animal can then speak this message back when voice activated. The employee that was there when I visited is perfect for the job. He is warm and friendly and seems great with kids. Some people may think the products are a little pricey, but its also an experience and will be remembered as a happy childhood moment.

We did the pay your age for the birthday bear for my two kiddos who both have November birthdays the staff was so friendly helpful! We will be back the one specific staff member made the experience for my son ...he is very shy and it was amazing to see him taking extra time to help him make his choices.. Cant not say enough positive about the staff there!

We went for pay your age day and I was SO impressed with the staff on hand. The line was handled exceptionally well, staff was friendly and kept everyone informed as to what was happening. We didn’t get in the store until 4 1/2 hours after opening and the store looked clean and fully stocked. All employees were friendly and didn’t seem like they were rushing people. I went with low expectations and was blown away. Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience and handling the crazy promotion with grace. This mom is forever grateful!

My kids loved it and I love that the binky bunny idea worked for my toddler. Its cool that this option is available to parents seeking to banish the binky. The cost is a little steep, though, especially if you add in the extras like clothes, shoes, and accessories. You get gift cards for spending certain amount, which softens the blow to the budget a bit.

They where AMAZING!!!I went in to get a bear for my neice as a flower girl proposal and had my heart set on a bear I had created online. I didnt have enough time to wait for it to be shipped to my house but got to the store and asked if they could stitch the words on the bear and unfortunately, they do not do that in store. The accociates where however able to help me to create a bear that is a way better fit for my two year old neice. Shes not able to read yet so they suggested that I use a voice box so everytime my neice presses the bears hand she can hear me ask her to be my flower girl. It is the perfect flower girl proposal and way better than my original idea! I cant wait to give it to her to see her reaction! The bear is so pretty, pink with a white dress, matching Vail and flower head band! The accociates helped me so much with their wonderful ideas and I couldnt be happier with it!
