The store was alright friendly people, but the couch they sold me is terrible, was looking for something with longevity and got the opposite im not even 2 monts in and looks as if i have owned it for years . also you sink in so far almost sitting on the frame of the couch already hasnt even made it to the 110 day buy out .

Very nice people and good service. The 2 stars are for the mattress. I bought the Sapphire mattress about 1-1 1/2 year ago and it already really sags in middle. It started sagging within a year. I have tried flipping it around but it didn’t make a difference. I’m going to have to buy a different mattress this year which Is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this mattress.

I had a great experience with BoxDrop Mattress in Peoria, IL.! I communicated with the owner directly online prior to coming in and he gave me all the information I needed upfront. They have all different kinds of beds and even have couches, ottoman and sectionals for purchase. In addition to this, they offer payment plans and reasonably priced delivery for your purchased items! They were welcoming and very helpful in my experience with them and I will definitely go back to them for my future bedding/furniture needs! :)

They advertise king and queen “ pillowtop” mattress sets for $150 but this is a complete fabrication. The $150 ones are cheap, rock hard, and you can feel the springs. Then you think ok I will get a better quality one for a little more money but in all really they jump up in price from $150 to $600-$1200. My husband and I went to Sherman’s and got a great quality name brand actual pillowtop with a 10 year warranty for less then $500. They informed us that this store is one of the stores that buy floor model mattresses from others that have been laid on 1000x and factory rejects.

The mattresses fall apart most uncomfortable thing i have EVER laid on i would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE i wouldnt even want my dog to sleep on it thats how bad it was i paid 300$ for a Brand new mattress and box spring that fell apart i would rather sleep on the floor then the mattress that i purchased EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!
