We are moving in a few weeks, and don’t have 6 months to wait on a new couch. This place has everything available! We found the perfect couch set, and scheduled delivery for less than a week away! An excellent place to buy furniture without any complications in purchasing. Sandi was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in helping me out when switching to a new couch when we found out the other one didnt fit. She was very nice and went above and beyond helping me out.

Walked in, saw the prices they wanted for a couple of living room sets, and left! Way too much for furniture. No wonder we were the only ones there!!!

Do not recommend put a hole in our new mattress has been almost a year and still has not been fixed never return phone calls always have some excuse as to why that cant correct this.I do not recommend buying from them.

I went in after seeing their page in my Facebook feed. I had never realized they carried more than mattresses. Very friendly staff and great prices. I will definitely go back and see what new merchandise the get in.

I have had a very unpleasant, unsatisfactory experience with this business. They damaged my flooring when they delivered my mattress and wood base. To date, they have neglected to return phone calls about this matter; said my apartment complex would want to be paid for the damages when I moved out, yet also act like they have no responsibility in the matter; have given false information to agencies involved in the matter; have given me false information when trying to resolve the matter; and generally have not been the least bit professional and are doing anything they can to avoid paying for all the damage and stress they have caused. I am not alone when I give facts regarding this business. They have a number of complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Illinois.

Went in to look for a mattress. Sandi was incredibly helpful and appeared very knowledgeable about each bed! She was super patient and helped me get the best deal! I would definitely recommend coming here for any kind of furniture/appliance/decor!

Great beds at great prices! I read a review before I went in the store that was 1 star review. Ive seen competitor reviews before and it clearly was because I now sleeping great on my new mattress from Mattress Liquidators.I walked in the store and saw tons of beds of every kind of bed that there is (even types that I didnt know they made!) All of their beds were clean new and at half of the price that I had seen anywhere else.I have already sent several of my friends there and they all bought their new beds on the spot. This place is great and I will be back to by a bed for my guest room soon.

Customer service was HORRIBLE! She never gave us her name and was very rude. While we were trying to put the plastic on our bed to load our bed in the truck she proceeds to tell the other customers that we were not following directions correctly and told me to move out of her way. She also stated that the plastic we put on our brand new bed was filthy! Why did we put that on our bed then? Im not inpressed with her and will never be back.

The only 2 sales associates working that day were extremely helpful.

They really have the LOWEST PRICE! My wife and I couldnt believe it.Everyone is always advertising Mattress Sale or 50% off but they are LITERALLY at least half of everyone elses sale price. They even show you the competitors prices for each bed in their showroom and you dont have to worry about them beating their prices because they are already half of what the other stores in town are selling the same mattress for.My wife asked how they can sell so cheap and we discovered that first they are only open Thursday - Sunday to cut down on overhead but they also buy large truckloads of mattresses direct from the manufacturers and get overstocks, year end models and (really cant remember the rest!)Anyway, we got a bed for our guest room (at half price!) and told our friends and they went and got a bed too. They delivered quickly and the entire process was painless.How could you go anywhere else to get a mattress when Mattress Liquidators is half price of what everyone else has them on sale for?!

So i bought my mattress on 3-2018 and some how it failed, so as we all know warranty is usually a pain . The owner and the employee made it so simple and fixed the situation on the spot will definitely refer people to them based on customer service alone.
