Customer service plus!!! Used them to pack up and move a 6,000 sqft house. They came, all of the guys were on time, friendly, courteous, and worked well together. They worked hard and fast and made sure nothing was damaged. I felt like they bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

The movers left several things that were supposed to be moved. My husband and I had to leave for our house closing before they were done so before we left we went over with the guys (for a third time) what was supposed to go. It wasnt until the next day after they unloaded that we realized several items were missing, including a large custom made childs train table that belonged to our 5 year old son. My husband emailed them several days ago, but hasnt recieved a response. An apology would be nice if nothing else.

Leo and Gage were our movers and they did a fantastic job. Very courteous and professional. Nothing was damaged. Completely satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.

Moved from Germantown Hills to PA. Poor communication, delays, lost item, no show help. In all fairness, they farmed out the job to Bekins. Took more than a week to get our stuff...we were first in, last out...of course. We had a lot of stuff put in our garage until we were ready for it...sure enough a queen size mattress was missing, but was confirmed as having been loaded. We assumed it was delivered after a very lengthy day of unpacking. Signed off with the driver only to find out weeks later the mattress was missing. Hard to lose a queen mattress. My guess...another customer has an extra mattress. Filed a claim and it was denied. No call about it...just a letter...a cold denial letter. Never again!Ps...there were good people involved, so I cant fault everyone. Just ticked at the main office!

The movers were all very punctual, professional and efficient. They wrapped everything and treated it with care. Super pleased with the job they did and will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Cameron and Carnelius were polite, punctual, swift, careful and very communicative!The moving truck should have been bigger for the amount of items expressed would be moved between locations but I couldnt have asked for a better moving experience! 100% will use them again!

Fantastic service! The young guys who work for Mordue are polite, clean cut, fast, protect your floors and are careful with your items. I had two different crews as the move out and move in was a month apart and both times they did a great job. (To the person who left a review complaining that he had to pay the driver, yes, thats in the agreement.) I felt I got a good deal for the price.

1) Movers stole A LOT of our items. Many things went missing.Examples: a)few name brand purses were in the same shelf as other purses. Those other purses made it to the moving box but how did these not make it? 🤔 they held sentimental value too..b)Told the movers not to pack the alcohol collection in our basement and we would take it ourselves. They didn’t listen. They packed it onto our truck. We were like ok fine, if they took it already then forget it. What made us so angry was to find out after it got unpacked was our new bottle of special edition whiskey was half empty and our specially engraved jack Daniels bottle souvenir with our names from our vacation was completely missing.2)didn’t pack little pieces together when they could have taped those items on. Missing pieces to our larger items everywhere and we still can’t find to this day! Not professional packers, I could have done a better job myself along with the labeling.3)some boxes they didn’t even use the sticker labels anymore and just hand wrote themselves, which can’t be insured!Insurance also did not pay for what everything missing or damaged was worth. Would not recommend or ever use again!

Theyre great. They moved me about a year ago and nothing got broke or lost. Those boys worked their tales off too.

Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. I was told by the sales rep that my furniture could be moved (to my new house 2 miles away) in four hours by two men for a set price. No boxes, just furniture. The day of move the men showed up late, did not put runners down to protect carpet (which was stained by their dirty shoes) and one man was constantly on his cell phone complaining about his job. In two hours they had moved NOTHING and the truck was only 1/4 full. I called the office to complain and was treated very rudely by the owners son . He said the move was taking longer than expected and I was now being charged another $500!! Pay or dont get moved. When furniture was finally delivered to my new home my coffee and end table had large scratches on them and my leather chair had a small tear. Of course they claimed they didnt do it.

Mordue moved our family goods three times in 3 different states. The company is easy to work with, trustworthy, reliable, very thorough and careful with the packing process, loading and unloading.

Had a great moving experience from our old apartment to our new home. Mordue was on time, quick, and even helped move into the difficult spaces with no hesitation. Great work to Rob Martin and his team!

Mordue moved me into my new home in 2015. They packed everything up and took great care in making sure things were correctly secured and marked so we knew where everything was. The guys were friendly and worked hard to get everything done in time.I would recommend them and use them again in the future!

Ok, so typical sleezy moving style. They quoted me one price and arrived and proceeded to extort $1000 from me. If, I did not pay. They would not unload the truck.So, before the hate. I went back to the salesman RM who told me that the quoted price would NOT exceed such. Thus, negating it as a quote and turning it into a fixed firm price. Because I was hands on with the salesman and the movers. I felt like they would treat me with respect, integrity and honesty. That didn’t happen.During the packing phase, they used MY boxes and MY tape that I purchased from UHaul that I sat in the corner. We didn’t catch this until after we came back home from an errand. So, if the boxes say UHaul. Then, how in the sand hill does that add up to Mordue? Really Mordue!In good conscience. I cannot and will not recommend Mordue Moving. Stick with a national brand such as Allied Van Lines and stay away from extortionist like Mordue! You see this stuff on TV, but I can tell you that movers will pull up to your house and extort money from you. Terrible, just terrible service!

(8/29/2016)They left my dresser attachments and never went back to get them. Then on top of that....they scratched up my marble top coffee table and chipped the wood on the legs. They also broke the glass of my picture frames. And i was not reimbursed nor was monies refunded for their careless handling of my things. DONT DEAL WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!

Very professional place had a great experience with the movers Diaz was such an awesome mover and his crew. Moved with 2 men and a truck prior lets just say never will I use 2 men ever again nothing like mordue thank u mordue for the fun and pleasent move U GUYS ROCK I REFER MORDUE TO ANYONE WHO MOVES NEED A MOVE CALL MORDUE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF U.

With my erratic schedule and limited time, Tracy worked very hard to accommodate my very tight time slot. Cant say enough wonderful things about how she mustve had to bend over backwards to get everything to fall into place. Customer service above & beyond the ordinary.The men who came out, Chad & Deonte (my apologies if I misspelled your name) were very friendly, careful, efficient & worked quickly to wrap my inherited piano & load & secure it for the move from my recently deceased mommas home to my own home. They excersized the same care at my home, down to protecting my original hardwood floors tho going less than 12 ft into the house. Placed & unwrapped just as quickly & efficiently as theyd done at pick up.I cant compliment Tracy, Chad & Deonte for the great service & helping to make a sad situation as easy & concern free as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again for a move of any distance & highly recommend them. Thank you Mordue Moving and Storeage, Tracy, Chad & Deonte.

Spilled paint, covered it up on the floor with paper, lied about it and packed my things before I knew they splattered my stuff in paint and then refused to fix it. Movers on site gave incorrect information.
