Going to Riverton Piano Company was one of my best buying experiences! From the beginning, James L. Harding gave me information and options which enabled me to select which piano I wanted to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, responded to what I felt was important to me, and guided me to the right piano for me, which was not the most expensive option. I like the features they offer for learning about the instrument, and cannot say enough good things about this whole experience. Moreover, the piano is a gem! I have only begun to play it, and find the touch and control of the keys is beautiful, enabling me to play runs flawlessly. I look forward to learning about the bells and whistles of this instrument and learning a whole new world!

We arrived 15 minutes prior to closing expecting to take a quick peek and return another day to look further and make our purchase. However, we were pleasantly surprised by Gary and James who invited us to stay longer, listened carefully to our preferences, and helped us find the Roland G607 digital piano which was perfect for our needs.On top of that, they granted us access to video instructions to help us use the features on the digital piano. I was in the market for a new digital piano and visited Riverton Piano so I could play a couple of different models from Yamaha and Roland. The experience was great. Gary showed me around the store, letting me take my time playing all of the pianos I wanted and talked me through the key differences and unique features on each model. There was never a sales push from Gary; just a nice relaxed environment to figure out which piano suited my families needs best. Gary was incredibly knowledgeable about pianos and the brands and offered very useful recommendations to discover the best piano fit for my familys needs. Additionally, the video content he and James produce about different pianos and apps was incredibly helpful in the shopping experience from home.In the end, I purchased a Roland HP704 and am very happy with the product and shopping experience. Delivery was professional and fast. In addition to all of the above, the piano was competitively priced and comes with access to the Riverton Pianos Rolands Owners Club. This site was designed by Gary and James and features wonderful video tutorials that help you get the most out of your purchase. Finally, Gary helped me find a home for my old digital piano, which will be donated through their companies program. This was a huge help, as they were able to take it away at the same time as the delivery of my new piano.All in all, the shopping experience was first-rate and I highly recommend shopping with Gary at Riverton Piano!

I recently worked with James Harding at the Riverton Piano Company on West Olive Ave in Peoria AZ. Let me tell you, this guy is awesome! Our church, The First Presbyterian Church of Peoria, is over 125 years old and the oldest church in Peoria and is listed on the National Historic Registry. We currently have a Roland organ and had a very small Roland piano, that is until we visited your piano store.We have an accomplished organist/pianist we recently hired and she is definitely deserving of a new full-sized piano. Our choir director and I and my husband visited your store on the recommendation of our choir director. As we entered your beautiful store, I immediately fell in love with all the pianos, as I too play, as well as our choir director. I felt like a kid in a candy store. We were greeted by Gary Gordon who was a great listener as to what we were looking for in a piano for our church. We were looking for a Baldwin or equal, and Gary walked us upstairs to see pianos he thought we might like. Our director and I sat down at many of the pianos and found one. A beautiful Baldwin. This was the one. We walked downstairs. Gary said he had one more piano he thought we might like to see.We rounded the corner and there it was, the Yamaha NU1X Hybrid Avantgrand black piano. It was gorgeous! Gary sat down and started to play as only Gary can play! Then our director sat down to play and then I sat down. I have to preface this by saying - I own a Yamaha Clavinova so I knew what I was in for when I sat down! The piano was a dream. When you played the keys they responded immediately and the sound was YAMAHA! It is an electric piano but with a real piano action... no tuning ever, it has 13 voices, which is so wonderful for our church. Gary knew exactly what we REALLY needed.Needless to say. we purchased the beautiful instrument! This was the first part of the week before Palm Sunday. We thought it would be so nice to have it for that Sunday. But then it would have to be approved by the Church Session Etc. and then a delivery date would have to be set up. Gee, could we make it happen?The story is... YES! The church came through with the acceptance for the piano, Gary on Wednesday at first said he didnt think it would be able to be delivered until Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Our choir was having rehearsal on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Oh, how I wanted to have that piano for our choir rehearsal early that morning. It was a little let down, but thats okay. Wed have the piano for Sunday morning services.Gary called later and said he had a driver that said he would deliver the piano on Friday!!! Wahoo!! Made my day! What a guy your Gary is and the driver too! Gary knew how important the piano was to us and he delivered! On Friday, my husband and another one of our parishioners was there to help. The truck came right on time and Gary was there too! I was really impressed that our salesperson would come too. But I was very happy that he could see our little church with the piano in it.Most of all, our organist/pianist loves the piano and says thank you so much!We would highly recommend The Riverton Piano Company to anyone purchasing a studio piano to a 9-foot grand piano to an electric piano. You will have the best service!

Our 15 year old had been saving up for a piano for a year in a half and when we came in we had all of our quetions answered and more... the sales person was so friendly and informative with out being pushy. They allowed our son to play and try out apps. I soon relised they understood where his passion came from and did not try to up sale us but allowed us to learn and show our son a great piano that was reasonably priced for what he needed and looked for.

Rivertons Peoria store was fantastically helpful in my search for a digital piano. I first spoke with Gary by phone and got some great information. I met with James at the store and it was one of the best sales experiences Ive had. Gary started me thinking about some options, and when he was not at the store when I was there, James took over completely. He is so enthusiastic and passionate about the piano, you couldnt help but share in that.
