I have been using paludis jumpers for years and they have always been on time and very helpful. their units are awesome!

I called to reserve a jumper, tables and chairs. The phone went to voicemail and suggested texting for more info. I asked if the company serviced cherry valley and if so I would like to reserve. They responded about 10 minutes lasted asking the quantity of tables and chairs I would need. I responded 6 tables, 35 chairs and a kids table and chairs set. They responded with price then a screenshot of the weather and saying the only thing is it’s supposed to rain on Saturday and if so I can’t deliver the jumper. I then proceeded to tell them that I would like to reserve and was hoping for no rain and that no matter what I would still need the table and chairs. They never responded to me. Horrible customer service. I will never use your company.

Been calling for three days straight and no answer. Can not even leave a message for some reason they never listen to there voicemail its always full.

First I have to say they were very polite at the time of my call when it came to reserve, they offered me a very great deal, jumper was really nice and clean pretty much new, tables and chairs good condition, honestly I reccomend their services GREAT!

Was really looking forward to their services, but my sister was greeted very rudely by the girl who answered
