Nice well kept little store full all needs for a party..

I have purchased pinatas and candy for both my kids. I was looking for unicorn pinatas for my daughter and she didnt have any. She told me that she could make one for me if I waited a couple minutes. She told me that if they didnt have a character that I wanted I can bring a balloon or paper plates with the character and she could make them. She is a little stoic but she went above and beyond for us. Also, they have a good selection of Mexican candy.

I was looking for good value tables and chairs for an event and a family friend recommended this location, as soon as I arrive I got greeted and the lady had no smile and had the most unpleasant attitude. I asked for her prices and she gave them to me and I told her she gave different prices to my friend and that they were cheaper and she was like well this must not be the place you are looking for as soon as she said that I honestly wanted to leave but since I really needed the tables for my event I ended up getting them but that was my first and last time stepping foot at this location.

I absolutely don’t know I came back, but i did. Again, I left unsatisfied ! I came to rent tables, chairs, jumper and purchased two piñatas. She asked for a belfry amount for delivery. I let her know she’s never charged and of course not the amount she wanted to charge me. She stated that she was charging. Long story short I left, and she lost a sale. The sad part about it, was that she was okay losing the sale and a customer. Her professionalism is poor.

Good service and good prices.

She has a bad attitude and was super rude. I asked for a customized Pinata and she gave me something I could have made.

Awful service. I asked for a quote on several items and once I asked to confirm all the items and set the date I got no response. Makes me believe she didn’t want to confirm through text because she was planning on changing the prices as someone else on here had stated. I don’t see how she’s still in business.
