As an interior designer, I absolutely love Waterhouse! They have a wide selection of styles and really showcase how wonderful plumbing can be. The showroom is stunning and provides great inspiration, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and you can find the perfect item for any project at any budget. I use Waterhouse on many projects and am always pleased with quality and service. I highly recommend.

The best plumbing showroom in the NW Ohio region! As an interior designer coming back from the South it was hard to rival some of the places found in Atlanta but Waterhouse does exactly that! I take all my clients there- amazing product offerings and great service!! Highly recommend!

If I could give 12 stars I would!!!! Julie W. went above and beyond with my bathroom remodel. She took her time with walking me and my husband through our first remodel. And of course, life has bumps, but Julie ALWAYS found the way to make thing right! Because of how we were treated at The Waterhouse and with the staff, Julie in particular, we are already planning our next remodel!!

This is definately the place to shop for your Kitchen & Bathroom fittings. They also have a list of installers they recommend! Great showroom with lots of choices of high quality merchandise at reasonable prices!

I found an obscure item that was offered by Waterhouse and was disappointed when I received it to learn that it was made from two parts with mismatched finish. Functional, but inexcusable for a finish item. The order was processed quickly, with great communication. When I asked about a replacement or refund, they were apologetic, quick to issue a refund. Not a good outcome for either of us really (I am still without the piece I need, they endured some loss for the waste of time & shipping). But I have to acknowledge that they handled the matter professionally, satisfactorily, and that I would not hesitate to trust this company or engage with them again in the future.

Waterhouse Bath & Kitchen has a great showroom which is great for seeing all the choices before making any buying decisions. Their staff is friendly, service oriented and very knowledgeable in helping you find what you need.
