This place is one of the worst place for any repair. I took my MacBook Pro for Fan clean up and thermal paste removal for Overheating. While they did it in 1 hour, the quality of service provided was very poor . Upon delivery of the laptop, I realized the key board connection is missing and the key board has stopped working. Upon complain, they fixed it. But they broke the microphone connection which I only realize next day. I had to visit the store again and when I complained, I was told the microphone was already broken before. I wish there was zero star for the review.

They are good and fast however I found a scratch on my iPhone XR that was not there when I handed the phone and I’m still wondering what that is about. I contacted the person about it and said “we take care of all phones”. The scratch is minimal and can’t see it at first glance but it is there

I went to replace my iphone 6s screen last week and they did a pretty good job. Great price and specially good quality! I had replace my screen before at the mall and they gave me a fake one, you could tell by the colors. Thank you guys, Ill come back if I break it again (I hope not).

Most unprofessional place ever. do not let them touch anything you own/like. Actually it doesnt matter because they are a waste of time. Left my PS3 with them to fix, called after a couple days.. put on hold for 20 minutes, not done. called after a week.... put on hold for 10 minutes, not done. 2 weeks........ still not done.. 3 weeks..... no answer, hung up on waited on hold 10 minutes still not done...... 4th week...... will call me back, no call back.. call again.. no answer... call again... its broke, not fixable.. come pick it up.. Went to pick it up............. wait for it............. THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING TO IT. NEVER OPENED IT.. NEVER INSPECTED IT... NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT TRYING TO FIX IT. TOTAL WASTE!!!!

I came here because a friend recommended it to me.They replaced my iphone 6s screen and I love it! the guy even straighted my bended phone so the screen could fit. I had gone to apple and they wanted to charge me about $330. Recommended!!!

I had a galaxy tablet and iPad 2 both with cracked screens. They fixed it perfectly and with a 30 guarantee in case it broke again, BUT when I picked up my tablet the micro SD Sim card was gone and no one knows how it disappeared. FYI take your Sim cards beforehand.

I was charged $160 for a screen that i was told was an apple original and instead got a china screen that broke in a week theres no quality work here and the manager is not respectful

I got my ZTE screen fixed here since the Cricket store guy recommended me. They did a nice job on my screen and charged me a reasonable price. Btw screen quality is pretty good.

Ok so I had an iPhone 6 Plus that was blacklisted so I went to the store on Monday since they fixed phones like that cheap and it costed $50 so I bought the service and the lady (which Im guessing she is the boss did the work on the iPhone and took down the imei number and my name and phone number they told me itll be done in a day and that theyll call me and what do you know they didnt call I called at the same time it went in and they told me it wasnt blacklisted it was cleared and I put in my phone sim and nothing it did not work I went to them and they said oh i dont know what happened let me check on the computer and they told me the obvious still blacklisted and they told me that they put it into a new server so I called every other day and it is Friday and the unblacklist was still pending so I got my refund they told me itll be done in 24 hours if they couldnt handle a simple service I should go to a store that gives me a guarantee so I got my refund if you are looking to clear your blacklisted iPhone it wont work with them Im extremely disappointed I was looking forward to using the phone for college henceforth why I am giving it a single star I had to constantly drive back and forth to the store about 3-4 times this week alone and I live half an hour away so it was a long drive

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN. I had an iphone 5s and I asked them to fix it. They said sure come back in 40 minutes. I came back and the screen looked good and everything looked fine. But over time I could see that the screen wasnt a real screen it was cheap plasitc. Now my screen doesnt respond to anything (cant even pick up calls or turn it off) and i will have to spend $80 more dollars on something i shouldnt be spending on. THANKS ALOT

Seller sold me a phone that was under contract with AT&T. The phone was reported stolen for non-payment by the original owner and then permanently BLACKLISTED by AT&T. The $385 phone is now useless. Wefix4less accused me of being a liar and refused to give me a full refund.

I went to change a screen for the iPhone 6s Plus. The price was good, and that was the problem. A screen that does not work the 3D Touch, the home button loose, and inconsistencies on the screen. When I asked for a refund they refused to give it to me, and they told me that I have been the only client that has had it. However, if you read other comments you will realize that it is not the first time. Cheap is expensive. Lesson learned.

They sell new and used phones at a great price. Buy a new Galaxy s8 +, unlocked and without a contract. Very happy with my new team. Thank you, Ill be back in the future.
