Fantasitic service at this location! After hours of being on the phone with tech support, I went into this store for help. Ben was more knowledgeable than anyone I previously spoke with and he went above and beyond to be helpful. He also gave me some great insider tips on local events! Thank you Ben for making the experience easy and stress free! He is a valuable asset to this business!

Nothing but great customer service at this location! I was greeted by a specialist and I expressed that I wanted to exchange my phone. It was done with ease and I do not know his and her name but they were very courteous. The transaction was smooth(no problems whatsoever) and done in a timely manner.

This store is awesome! The store manager is very informative and accommodating. Upgrading my phone was an enjoyable experience. Ill definitely go out of my way to stop at this store because they are up to date with all the deals and options for whatever plan you may have:) Customer service is top notch

It was extremely busy when I walked into the store, however I was still greeted by the representatives with a pleasant tone of voice. After seeing how busy they were and noting how late in the evening it was I decided that I would be better off to come back at another time. It was my choosing to do so because I knew that what I wanted to talk about was going to take some time to get taken care of and I wasnt sure if theyd have the time to do it before it was time to close so I decided to come back in at another time instead.

The service was very good, the employees were friendly and ready to help. There was quite a long wait which is why I did not give five stars. On a side note there should be a little bit more seating because it took over 10 mins for them to be done and it got a little tiring standing for so long. Otherwise my experience was wonderful.

We recently switched over from another major carrier. I spoke with the folks in this store first, then did my research. When we switched, everything they said is true. The employees in this store are excellent and have helped us tremendously through a couple of issues as we brought our own phones. They have gone above and beyond everything I asked for,. Some of those things are what the other providers would never do for us unless we bought their overpriced stuff. I have a very strong customer service background and hold others to extremely high standards. I only stopped by to check out the OnePlus 6t phone in person as there are no T-Mobile stores near where I live. I was greeted with a hello and a friendly smile as I entered the store. He showed me where the 6t was and we talked about phones for a bit. This was by far the best and most laid back phone store experience Ive had. I dont remember the employees name but he was working 03/30/19 around 7pm. (I think she deserves a raise) 👍

Ive always been happy with Metro pcs. No wonder Ive had them for years now. No interest in ever switching. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are amazing

This place is very helpful I recommend you to come here first I used to have T-Mobile switch over to Metro by T-Mobile and got free phones as well.

Great experience working with ben! He was patient with me as I had the wrong info to switch my phone number over to my new t-mobile line. He was able to direct me in finding the necessary info and we got it done! The store was busy at times while we were there, but ben was able to keep up with everyones needs and provide great service to all.

Ive been a customer of Metro CPS which is now metro by tmobile for a little over a year and have been to quite a few locations and none of them compare to this store. The employees are all very knowledgeable at what they do and their customer service has always been top notch.
