It seems clean and well organized. I keep forgetting to check if these places have handicap accessible entrances because I dont need them myself. I had to return an item recently and didnt get any trouble beyond a question or two.

Wow... The workers here are super friendly and knowledgeable in addition each employee has a memorable personality. This makes it easy to shop there and I already have more than a few fond memories with my family at this location.

This location has always been great to my special needs brother. I also love all of their game related toys and figures. We have had great experiences here for several years now.Keep up the good work!

Best shop for console deals literally I was looking for a 2ds and the price was 75 bucks! Walmart was 100 and something. The employee on the phone were welcoming and nice. Loved getting consoles and games from here so does my 61 year old dad.

Okay gaming store in terms of selection and merchandise. Small and cramped during any shopping occasion. At the holidays they are understaffed and theres always a line to wait in, due to only two employees.Disappointing this Christmas because of stock outages, but not an issue at store level.They have one employee who is always very pleasant and who goes the extra mile to help his customers. Ill post his name when I remember it!Its a good location in terms of convenience. In a large shopping strip with a huge parking lot. Very easy access.

I LOVE their selection and how pleasant and helpful the staff is - this is the only place I like to shop for video games; that being said, however, I feel like Gamestop needs to do something about its website. I read/heard so many complaints about it, and they usually say the same thing: if the website says that a Gamestop store has something in stock, the store itself (usually) doesnt have that item in stock - this is really frustrating. Especially if I see something (like a Nintendo 3DS, for example) thats cheaper than it is in the store - only to find out that its out of stock and Gamestop didnt bother updating its website.Come on, Gamestop. Do the professional thing and update your dang website! Im sure people would be more willing to shop at your stores if you bothered to straighten this up - I know I would!Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I was sold broken goods. When I called in about it, I was told that used peripherals are not tested before they are sold. NEVER BUY FROM GAMESTOP, they dont care about the customer at all. I was told Im just an employee, its not my job to make sure we are selling working controllers. Wow, thanks for keeping my best interests in mind. It would take a minute to say, that hasnt been tested, would you like to plug it in and test it?, but they dont care AT ALL. Rude, uninformed, thoughtless employees, and terrible corporate practices, thats GameStop.

I bought a digital card that said immediately available at checkout I spend two hours waiting and never got the card. I requested refund. I will never buy anything from Gamestop again.

Been using this GameStop for years now. Friendly staff and great selections.
