Im a disabled individual and I tried to call and explain to them Im a little slow they always put me on hold and never get back on they never answer their phone ever these people and Washington boulevard are lack of professionalism and they just need teamwork so they can understand the disability if some people they need to learn to have patience and not just hang up on themAnd ignore their calls

Omar is such a professional at the job he has. We love to come here when we are having problems/want to buy new phones because he really does every little thing so perfect. We appreciate the effort he puts on this job and how he always does his best.

We have not had good experiences at the Novato location so we decided to come here. Sooooo worth the drive from Novato. Omar was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. He explained the advantages of the phones we were considering without being pushy.Excellent customer service and we are very happy.

I had been with MetroPCS for years. I liked that it was cheap, and whenever my phone broke it was always relatively inexpensive to just buy a new one. Fast forward to this past May, I went into the store because I needed a new phone. Lady inside seemed super helpful. Paid almost $300 to set everything up. Not even a month later the brand new phone won’t charge, keeps saying the USB port has moisture. Phone was never in any water or got wet in any way. Go in once again to see if they could possibly give me a new one since it basically is a brand new phone, lady behind the counter tells me there is nothing they can do. Doesn’t even try to be helpful in any way. Needless to say I am now at Verizon. Their customer service was excellent and will even provide me with a new phone if it is damaged in ANY way. Avoid the stress and save money now by leaving this company, I can’t tell you how much money I would’ve saved had I just switched earlier. I received an iPhone and and Apple Watch for a total of $90, and while my monthly bill will be higher I would rather be with a company who provides amazing customer service than to ever deal with Metro ever again.Si tienes Metro, cámbiese a Verizon.
