Quick turnaround for pre ordered equipment, better than expected.Also, in the five minutes I was there I heard some other customers demand some pretty ridiculous things; someone even tried to setup their home-activated equipment in store. I don’t think I could’ve been as courteous and respectful as the employee listening to all the complaints/requests… explaining that you can’t set up home equipment without it actually being home. That employee should definitely get a promotion or commendation.

Real slow internet in Petaluma compared to other areas. I’ve tried everything with them for years, even updated to a more expensive plan. It what it is, if there is something else I’d suggest that. I rely on the Verizon cell phone from where I’m writing this review as I can’t get on the internet at the moment. Good luck

Staff are not very knowledgeable. They know Comcast / Xfinity policies but appear to be trained to not offer opinions or think independently.

I was having issues with services that I need to change that I was unhappy with.tried calling multiple times could never get ahold of anybody try going through the online chat it was frustrating. Finally was able to make it into into the store I talked to Jackie at the front she helped me to the best of her ability and then when I was still unhappy with circumstances even though I was happy with her willingness to try she provided me with the manager Andrewwho was extremely helpful got me a better deal still not the one I was looking for but a better deal and a credit to my account. I left feeling happythen I got a call this morning saying that the deal that he had set me up with didnt go through but he had found an even better one that was even cheaper than my original deal.so to say the least Im extremely satisfied Andrew and Jackie both went out of their way tell me out I definitely suggest going into the Petaluma Branch if you have any problems

Waited 50 minutes, one person ahead of me. Was there to see about new contracts, 3 people behind me got service first because had trouble with their phones through Comcast. They all got waited on before me. Lesson learned, just tell them you have trouble with your phone, and you can jump ahead on me too. Worst customer service around. Just like their equipment.

The manager comes outside to check you in line electronically so they only let in as many customers as they have clerks and the clerks are very friendly and helpful.

Usually busy. Staff is helpful. But they will have to offer more consumer friendly bundles to keep customers from cutting the cord. I dont like that deals stay valid only if you keep them for one or two years. Customers should not have their arms twisted, especially when alternatives ways to view etc are arriving.

Petaluma, CA. 4pm weekday. Less than 10 min. wait. Salesperson was polite and focused. Listened to my request and filled it. Explained the process clearly. Was not pushy to try and upsell me. Order completed in 15 min. I was satisfied.

Helpful staff, mistakes made by staff are quickly corrected. Telephone support also excellent. Comcast Customer Service drastically improved from several years ago. This company pays attention to customer service.

Fasten your belts for this one! My 85 year old mom took herself into the Petaluma office to order services. Kimball there set everything up, including the appointment. He said there was a cancellation and gave my mom the date of 7/29 between 1 and 3. We waited and no show. Called the 800 number and was told her appointment is for 8/8 and was never 7/29. Went into the Petaluma store and spoke with the manager. She supposedly emailed the technician manager to get them to squeeze the appointment in ASAP. She also indicated the work order did say 7/29. She promised to call me back first thing in the morning on 7/30. Surprise, surprise...no call. Went back into Petaluma Comcast and the manager was not there. Person I spoke with called the manager and was told by the manager that I would get a phone call by the end of the day. Good thing I didnt hold my breath. Still waiting for that call. Taking advantage of an 85 year old woman, who can barely walk just makes me Ill. Comcast had no problem doing that.

Save yourself the headache of waiting forever on the phone with customer service. Visit the Comcast service center instead. I was in and out in 20 minutes with new service and equipment for our new home. Did our own install and had internet and phone running in less than 10 minutes. Crystal was extremely helpful and professional.

If I could give the staff of this Comcast Service Center a 6, I would! They delt graciously with my very limited hearing abiliy, and my need for them to talk slower for me than they do for most people. Their willingness to write things down for me to try when when I got home was so very helpful. I am truly grateful!

Ten minutes before the Comcast store closed, I had a Wi-Fi emergency at work. First, I tried calling Comcast customer service...useless. The phone just kept looping me through the automated voice menu. I gave that up and raced to the Comcast store just before they closed. There were three people working, and all of them I could tell were antsy to get home (I dont blame them). But they were so helpful and efficient! They gave me a brand new router without any question and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was expecting it to be a hassle, but it was so easy! Made my Wi-Fi nightmare not so horrible after all. My tip: skip the annoying and unhelpful phone call and just go straight to the store and deal with real people, it worked for me!
