I was in town visiting Sonoma when, I unfortunately dropped my phone facedown on the concrete. My screen went black and I wasn’t sure what to do. The next day I reached out to a shop in Sonoma and they directed me to Petaluma Wireless. They were able to fix my screen within 45 minutes and send me on my way. I can’t remember the man’s name who fixed my phone, but I told him when I left that he had made my weekend and I wasn’t lying. Thank you for your help!

The service here is extremely nice. The people working here are very knowledgeable about their job, and all seem to enjoy working at Petaluma Wireless. I personally had my phone screen crack, so I took it to Petaluma Wireless for service. They were able to take it in the day of, and by the same time tomorrow, they had restored my phone to a like-new quality for a very reasonable price. In addition to the phone repair service, they also sell phone cases for most phones, noticeably the recent Samsung and iPhone models.

Damon has always been the guy I have come to first for anything cell or service related. His opinions are based on first hand experience with most of the major networks throughout the years. I can drop by, ask a question or just chat about a recent movie around the corner at the Theater and they are always pleasant and informative. They know their stuff for sure. Went in to look for a screen protector; came out knowing more about screen protectors than Id ever thought was possible. Outstanding service and products, albeit with limited availability for certain accessories to newer devices.

I shattered the back of my 2 week old Samsung Galaxy S7edge. These guys got the replacement back of the phone the next day and installed it on the spot. Great customer service!

Why wireless? Wires, wires are what I need. There are like 4 of these useless mobile stores in a couple block radius.
