The worse employees anyone could hire. Dillion i’m talking about you… huge waits to get anything done. expect to spend 2HRS at the store for one person. I brought the wrong phone and went home to get the right phone then when i came back 20 minutes later Dillion canceled my warranty. Another employee called customer service to get the warranty restarted but that didn’t resolve anything so now… they have to reorder a replacement phone instead of giving me the phone they had in front of me 20 minutes ago when i was there. If you wanna waste your time go here otherwise go to another store. Dillion is the definition incompetent.

Jimmy Portillo is one of the nicest easy going helpful guys I have had work with me on getting a new phone. He was very patient with me and really looked out for my best interest and needs based upon what we talked about. He cares about his customers and really goes above and beyond to make sure you are secure and get what you really need. God bless this man.

I was a T-Mobile customer when I first started buying used unlocked GSM phones to save money. Voice service was spotty where I live and data was limited. So I went to cheaper GSM carriers. But I have had it with Pure Talk, and I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with Luis at T-Mobile in Petaluma. Everything I needed at a price which is actually going to be less than what my low cost/poor service carrier was charging.

Everything about my experience at this store was pleasant, and not at all frustrating. Nicole was more helpful in 30 minutes than AT&T has been in 15+ years, and explained everything, answering all questions. Switched two lines; my daughter lives in another state. Her phone died and she needed to get a new one today. Nicole made at least ten phone calls trying to find a corporate office to make it easier for my daughter to get a phone. Saving tons of money is nice, of course. But also getting friendly terrific service is amazing! I highly recommend T Mobile and Nicole!!

I dropped my phone in some salt water. It was insured by Assurant through T-Mobile, no big deal right? Well, I bought a burner phone while waiting for the insurance to kick in, which caused my claim to be rejected systematically. After working directly with Assurants customer support and T-mobile customer support separately with no resolution, I went into the Petaluma, California store 4/13/2019 and worked with Ashley. She was able to get both T-Mobile customer support and Assurant customer support on the line at the same time, be a customer advocate, and get my claim approved, all within the period of time it took me to take a round trip to the Kmart. She heard me out and offer a resolution. Not a half fix, not a compromise, a True Resolution. She is exemplary for Brick & Mortar customer service. Thank you so much for your help, Ashley!

DONT DO IT!!! If you do, just remember I warned you. NOTHING they told us ended up being true. I moved 5 lines from Verizon and not only did all five of them have HORRIBLE service, we didnt get 1/2 of the promos they promised us in the store. 1 of the phones would NOT ACCEPT CALLS, you could only call out on it...we were told its because it was a Verizon Galaxy. Now the best part...we cancelled after 2 mos because it was that bad...they told us at TMobile we dont have contracts or cancellation fees...that is NOT what their collections dept is saying now. We cancelled on the 13th of the month and our billing cycle started on the 14th. They didnt officially cancel us until the 20th so THEIR POLICY is to charge a FULL MONTH + PENALTIES for those 6 days they claim we were still under service. The staff in the store always says they are sorry but nothing they can do about it.

This store is great if you have any questions you cant figure something out just go into the store thatll answer all your questions theyll spend hours with you if thats what you need these people are great I recommend them highly

Do standard shipping no matter what they say, they will try to trick you into shipping it earlier for almost $50I had to order and replace a new phone, thats fine. I was told starndard shipping would take about 1 week and about 5 days if i wanted it earlier for $40, so I went standard since it was cheaper. Then was told there was something wrong with the order and it would take 1 month in buiseness days to get here and 2 weeks to send it earlier for $40, so I ended up getting it here sooner because i needed it. It ended up getting here in 4 days because I got lucky. I felt like they had lied to me.Do standard shipping no matter what they say

Went to pay my bill,waited 20 minutes. I was hoping that they would say we will be right with you .I asked one of the employees and they would not even help me, plus she was available .Also she said that she was busy, she wasnt.
