Thanks to Billy at Hotsprings World Peterborough; youve been brilliant! The experience of choosing, buying and making arrangements for installation of our new hot tub was so straight forward. What has really made the difference though is the after sales service. Billy has always been available for any of our questions and gone out of his way to make sure we had anything we needed. Many a winters evening has been enjoyed in our hot tub already, cant wait to enjoy many more in summer and BBQ season too!

Amazing endless pool and hot tub experience today!.. the variety of using a bike, a treadmill and then the swim workout in the endless pool was awesome. Would make a brilliant addition for general training or rehabilitation from injury. Billy was a great help throughout, very knowledgable and a really nice bloke!Highly recommend a visit!!

We bought our hot tub from the lovely Billy two years ago and we love it! Pure relaxation in your own back garden! We go in there as a family and i also love to get some peace and quiet on my own. Weve had ongoing support from HotSpring World Peterborough. If weve had any questions theyve always been happy to help. Weve not had any problems at all with our tub since the purchase, just the odd user error now and again. Basically, if youre thinking of buying a hot tub...do it!! You wont regret it! Make sure you buy it from these guys, not only because you get a great quality hot tub but you also get peace of mind; should you have any problems, these guys are always here to help. I cant recommend enough.

A process was piece of cake from start to finish all down to Claire, we’ve been talking on and off for nearly a year and the information and help given by her has been invaluable, so once we were finally ready to purchase our tub (after long house renovations) there was only one place and one person I was going to getting my tub from. From looking at tubs to delivery took less than 2 weeks, the instructions made the installation a piece of cake and Claire was able to answer all my many questions about access, suitable placement etc... Highly recommend HotSprings Peterborough and Claire!!

Can’t thank bubble Bill and his team enough they supplied us with the right product at so the right price. Then due to delays in building work delayed delivery and installation. No pressure selling the products sell themselves and the plug and play range is awesome. Bought our Limelight Flair tub with ACE system from Billy nearly 5 years ago. Had a couple of issues with the cell initially which were resolved under warranty with no quibbles. Been as good as gold ever since. Pretty much looks after itself. We use it 3/4 times a week and have done so since the day we bought it. The ACE system is brilliant and perfect for when the grandchildren come over (age 4 to 7) - i just turn the temp down and they think they have a swimming pool!!

We bought our Relay hot tub just under four years ago. Billy helped us choose the right one for us with construction, functions, location and how many family would be using it all being taken into consideration.The process included Billy visiting us to ensure our location was able to site the tub and following on from that the installation team arrived not long after to complete the process, deliver the tub and fill it ready for use.Here we are still loving the hot tub especially as fewer of us use it now they have grown and left home :)! Our relay has space for 6 people and includes a lounger, seats at differing levels, lights, assorted jets and a great place to relax. We feel it is a really good tub for a family because of the seating arrangements - something for everyone.It has been beneficial for easing back and hip aches too as well as providing a social setting. Our hot tub is used all year round as we have a purpose built surround around it - not only does this keep the wintry elements at bay but also helps protect the hot tub too to a certain extent. Being able to use the tub all year makes the initial outlay seem much better value too! We can thoroughly recommend speaking with Billy and taking the plunge!

This is our first hot tub, weve been contemplating the idea for years, but couldnt decide, we originally went looking for rattan furniture that day!! But thought wed have a look, Claire showed us all the different ranges, told us everything we needed to know about them, gave us all the information we needed what to do, how efficient they are, how easy to maintain, and how good they are for you. So in the end we went for the vanguard, and I have to say its brilliant, our best purchase I think were all really happy with it. Had my hot tub a couple of years now absolutely the best thing I ever bought, use it almost everyday, great to be able to relax and unwind in your own garden. Service, installation and aftercare was excellent, very easy to keep clean etc. Chose a larger one so all the family can enjoy, which they all do! Would definitely recommend one.

Having had our hotspring Grandee for nearly a year now, we can only say how lovely it is sitting in the garden being soothed watching the stars. Swimcross Exercise System X500. EXCELLENT! Having tested the pool at Peterborough I was completely hooked. Billy was welcoming & friendly, answering all of my questions, and I didn’t feel rushed or under any pressure whatsoever. He kept me informed of progress until I took delivery of my pool just over a week ago. If I have any questions I know he is just a phone call away to answer them. I cannot fault the after sales care, including a visit from him just a few days after installation. This pool/spa is so versatile, plenty of room for the serious swimmer, or just have the temperature a bit higher and have a relaxed swim, a float around on your favourite inflatable, or just sit in the spa area. This pool really is my bit of heaven, and a feast for the eyes too. Highly recommended.

Have recently purchased our Hot Tub from Hot Spring World, we would like to thank Billy for his help and advice also the price was competitive.After the initial installation we did experience a couple of minor faults on two occasions ( loose pipe & software reset ) but these were dealt with quite swiftly and the service team were very professional. Great product & after sales service would not hesitate to recommend in the future.

Bought our hot tub from here in December and couldnt be happier. No problems at all. Team really helpful throughout. Billy did a site visit which other companies wouldnt which sums up their approach. Havent really needed after sales support but I am confident it will be just as good.

This is our first hot tub and we really needed advise. Claire was fantastic and guided us professionally, patiently and with great care to detail. Weve had our hot tub for a few years now and its still running perfectly. We got the Hotspring tempo model and as a family we have had fun and relaxing times using it. It has really helped my back issues I have had after a car accident and it not expensive to run. We . The staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.

I purchased a Vanguard HotSpring Hot Tub about 6 months ago and my experience from leading up to my purchase (about 6 months research) up to now (12 months later), has been fantastic.I visited 5 Hot Tub manufacturers and decided to purchase from the Peterborough HotSpring site mainly down to their Manager, Billy. What a nice, helpful and none salesy experience. Totally focused on customer service which made a refreshing change to some of the others Id visited who were only interested in selling me something ASAP with their usual blaggy special discount..I should have written this review 6 months ago after purchasing the Hot Tub initially but kept putting it off up to now. So, on a Friday night at 8.15pm why am I writing this review now? Billy, thats why! On his day off today, hes taken the time to visit me, partner in tow, and help me with my first clean of the tub. That says it all.If you are looking to purchase a Hot Tub I cannot recommend HotSpring highly enough. The quality of the Hot Tub and the customer service and hassle free friendly experience to purchase my tub has been great.Thanks for all your help Billy and thank you for popping round today to help. Bought our Hot springs Grande hot tub 18 months ago and it was fantastic service. We love the tub and use it regularly. The reason why we chose hot spring was the quality and the after sales customer service. We had a great trial at the shop which we good to work out which size and shape we wanted. When shopping around for a hot tub, we thought wed try Dobbies. Despite opening hours being advertised, we attended and found that the staff were not there. We left a message but found another shop who were open and from whom we bought a hot tub. When the chap from Dobbies finally returned our call he slated the other company and basically told us we had bought an inferior hot tub. Everything he said about the rival company (who shall remain nameless in order to maintain some integrity for this review) was wrong and stank of bad business. I dont mind businesses competing, but when someone tells you straight lies about another company you doubt their integrity. Even if wed still have been looking, I wouldnt have trusted them- the fact they lied about other peoples products makes one wonder what spin they are giving you. I value honesty above all else and you just cant guarantee this from the hot tub department at Dobbies, Peterborough. Avoid at all costs- theyll tell you anything to sell you one of their products. Shame on them.

I bought a 6 seat hot tub from Billy, and I found his service both honest and extremely helpful. He explained at some length the need to consider the differences between air and water jets and the impact this has on temperature management. The more energy or power to maintain heat the more it will cost to run. My tub runs very efficiently and at a relative low cost. Whilst supermarket / mail order tubs seem better value, buying from someone like Billy will help you appreciate that a lower sale price doest mean lower cost after the first year. The delivery and installation was seamless providing you follow the very clear pre-install advice Billy gives regarding siting and power supply.

We chose to go with HotSpring World after visiting one afternoon. There was no pushy sales pitch as we had experienced elsewhere and Claire was extremely knowledgable and helpful in relation to what we wanted. After a second visit, which included a test run in a couple of tubs, we took the plunge so to speak and purchased the flair model in early October 16. The tub has been the most brilliant purchase for us. Installation was very quick and simple. Pre-installation instructions were very clear and Claire did a site visit to check everything was ready to go the week before it arrived. delivery and installation was done within 2 hrs. Since then we have not had any issues and the tub is working perfectly. We use it on average 5 times per week. After sales care has been really good and we often go back in to buy products and ask advice on water care etc which has always been welcomed without the pushy sales pitch to buy more than we need. Overall we are delighted with not only the tub but also the service and advice we received and HotSpring World comes highly recommended.

Got our tub in October 2016 Claire Kelly couldnt have been more helpful especially the home visits to ensure we were happy with everything. Had a problem with a pump but this was fixed really quickly and since then we have used it every day. Wished we had got one sooner. Thanks Claire and HotSpring World Peterborough.

All I can say is from the moment we stepped into the showroom we had nothing but help. Advice and tailoring to our needs. Claire listened to how we wanted a hot tub work for us and explained it all. The reasons for purchase were for chronic hip and lower back pain for me so hydrotherapy an absolute essential. My husband is a lorry driver and needed aching muscles relieving after a good 12+ hours a day in a lorry cab.Im now pain free, destressed as the relaxation purposes are worth their weight in gold. I sleep better after an evening dip as its comforting and relaxing. Multi purpose use as we also have friends around to socialise and chill in the tub. So easy to keep on top of maintenance as Claire has terrific guides to help with the levels and cleaning. When we pop back to the showroom for top up products its like your popping to a friends for help and advice. For us the purchase was a luxury which has now become an essential in our daily routines. Had my tub a year now. As a medical professional I knew I wanted a tub that was more than a party piece, I wanted something to help relax aching muscles, stimulate circulation, aid relaxation. I researched all about filter areas, insulation, chemical checks and balances, and once I had the opportunity to try several tubs in the show area and talk to Billy about my needs, I felt I got top service. The delivery and installation were completely painfree, the aftercare also top notch. Would recommend Billy and HotSprings if you are serious about having a quality spa tub.(Do try before you buy though, it surprising just how different each tub feels, my other half floats too much so we had to change plans to get a tub you could brace your feet against, I wouldnt have known this without trying out the tubs on site and its really very private and respectful so I didnt feel embarrassed at all- and doing this saved me real disappointment if Id got the wrong tub)

We purchased a Rhythm from HotSpring World in December 2016 and we have been very pleased with both the product and the service we have received. We have friends with hot tubs so to some extent they had done some of the research for us and we went to browse them here and we had bought one within 25 mins! Billy was very helpful and directed us to a model that would suit our needs rather than the most expensive. Billy did a site visit prior to installation and also came to check we were happy afterwards and gave us a few tips on basic cleaning and maintenance. He is also available on the phone if we need to call, as the chemical processes can be a little daunting at first but he explains them very well and you soon get used to what you need to do. The hot tub is looks good and we have not had any problems to this point. I have been impressed with its filtration and how easy it is to keep clean. I would recommend this company highly.

We was very impressed with the customer service and care by Billy, he also came out to visit us a few days after our hot tub was installed and even given us some good tips on how to maintain our tub. I couldnt fault the care and dedication of the team, it just pays off going for a well known brand like hotspring, as we did alot of research on other hot tubs and even looked into cheaper online companies, but we didnt want to take the risk. The high customer care and aftercare *Sold* it to us 100% and it goes to show that it does pay off in the end as it has given us a peace of mind if we ever did need to contact Billy or Claire for any future enquires . After spending the last couple of months researching hot tub brands and their maintenance and running costs I visited three retailers. Claire at Hotspring World in Dobbies was friendly, knowledgeable and frank.Following a home visit where Claire offered advice and options on both delivery and positioning we took delivery of our new hot tub less than two weeks later.On the morning of the delivery I was contacted by the delivery team an hour before arrival and following a smooth installation, including a good grounding in the all-important water maintenance, the hot tub was in situ and heating up by lunch time.Having visited the showroom twice since the delivery for advice and chemicals Claire has continued to offer excellent service even suggesting a follow-up home visit to help address any additional questions I may have.I would recommend a visit to Hotspring World Peterborough to anybody considering a new Hot Tub.

We were thinking about getting a hot tub to relax in having just moved into the area but we didn’t want to spend a lot of money having just bought a new house!Whilst browsing on the internet, I saw that HotSpring World in Peterborough were advertising the entry level Freeflow range. I sent a web form enquiry about the Cascina which Claire promptly replied to.We were pleasantly surprised at the competitive price and went to visit the showroom some weeks later. Claire was very helpful and informative and helped to alleviate our fears about running costs and maintenance. Soon after we placed an order and set about laying a base for the tub.The delivery and installation process two weeks ago was smooth and uneventful. The installation teamwere very efficient and talked me through the maintenance process. I could maybe have done with a little bit more information but Claire and Billy have been very helpful when I’ve rung or emailed with queries.We really love the hot tub and use it most days. It’s a basic hot tub but totally adequate for our current needs.We would highly recommend HotSpring World and Billy and Claire in particular. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you!

Bought a hot spot rhythm in dec. 15, by the end of dec. it needed a new heater switch!, by the beginning of jan 16 my water had turned milky, i was told it was my fault, so paid to have it professionally cleaned, then find out not my fault! didnt get money back, had them out back & forth, finally they gave me a new tub mar 16, that is now going back? will never get another from this companyhas 1 star because it wont let me post without 1
