Oasis pool in Peterborough…. BEWARE BEWARE of these people they are crooks!! I purchased an 18foot pool from this store upgraded the ladder and paid it in full, we made arrangements to pick the pool up the following Monday…after calling to make sure it was ready we went to get it, only to find out they say oh sorry that was not the pool they had but for an additional $1000 we could have that one …. This is very poor business practice and I will be sure to let as many people as possible know it. Then to top it off I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get my money back … quite certain they sold it for more money.. BEWARE

Nose dive alert. Have used Oasis for about 4 years now, but a little more sparingly each summer as theyre just not holding their own with the competition. Chlorine pucks and chemicals same quality as Walmart (no thanks), service non existent.Honestly worth the drive to Queensway Ct to get what you need at the real pool supply store.

I have used Oasis for many years for my supplies. In the last couple years I bought a security cover, solar cover, pool heater and have had them open and close my pool. Many thousands of dollars of business.After closing my pool last year, and leaving without capping or sealing any of the in ground pipes or use of any anti-freeze. I called to question it, and was told it would be no problem, thats how they do it.When I called to have it reopened this year and got told they had trouble collecting payment for closing the pool (which was a lie - they took payment on my visa) and told I should call elsewhere.I suspect they dont want to be responsible for any damages they might have done closing the pool.As a local business owner, I would caution anyone from doing business here.

We just recently purchased a hot tub from Oasis and couldnt be more impressed with the knowledge and customer service. More importantly then customer service prior to a purchase, is the service after the purchase. They have been amazing before and after our purchase. John, the owner even came into the office when they were closed to meet me (I am from out of town) so that I could pick up a part he had ordered for me.I will be a return customer and would strongly recommend this business!

2pm on a Friday afternoon (Oct 16th if the owner wants to know what an amazing job the employee is doing) and we were the only ones in the store at the time....the young lady met us at the entrance as we walked in and was extremely polite and helpful! She knew what we needed and gave us instructions on how to use them. Wish more store employees had her level of customer service!! Keep up the fantastic work, we will continue to use this location for all our spa needs!!

Nice people, good service, prices are in line with most. There is a young man that works there, he knows his stuff. I am a pool installer and needed something on a Saturday morning. Good job Oasis.

Good place for all your needs when it comes to your health you can get just about anything you need for your backyard or your home.

Great friendly service in a spacious showroom where physical distancing is possible. Free water testing,chemicals and pools accessories.

So happy with the service I received. Kept in touch with me while parts were on order and made sure we were up and running again as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

There should be a rating for 0 stars because clearly Oasis pools deserves 0 stars. I had a pool opening scheduled for Tuesday June 25 at 9:30am and a lady called me a day before saying it was going to be changed to Saturday June 29 (today) at 9:30am. Called at 9:44am to ask if the guys are coming to open my pool and the guy on the phone said “yes their on the way.” Right now it is 11:47am. The guy has not shown up yet. Waited at home because the guys were “on the way”. It’s been 2 hours. Don’t bother scheduling these guys to open your pool or close your pool, just a waste of time. A year ago I told Oasis to come and measure my pool so I can order a safety cover. Never came. Ridiculous

The Staff and management are the best. They are honest and sell you only what you need and the prices are great.

The product is good and John will happily sell it to you, but the follow-up is awful. Set up instruction book was in the box but, when we called for a little help we were told, youre on your own. Same with chemical routine. Had to get advice elsewhere.

Probably the worst customer service, Zero gumption to get a job finished. They could not even give my insurance company a quote. The guy on the phone literly said that replacing my pool liner would be too much work? How can you honestly be a pool company.Is there such a thing of too much work?? The work he said was to hard. Was taking the top rails off my pool. 4 screws x 15 spots. As I can see from the other bad reviews. How are you people still in business.

The experience with Oasis is the worst we have ever had with a local company! We had gone in to purchase one of the floor model hot tubs and after filling out the initial paperwork we followed up with them for over 4 weeks looking to get final documents signed (which they stated at one point were ready) and set up delivery. We constantly got excuses like the sales rep was not in or their computer was not working to print the documents for us to sign. We requested that the documents be emailed and they refused to do that even. The owner was completely rude to us any time we called and made it very clear that their customers do not matter. It has been almost 3 months and they still have not made the effort to contact us AT ALL and we have since purchased and received a different hot tub from another company. The funny part is that they still have the sold sign sitting on our hot tub collecting dust in the showroom! The purpose of having a store is to sell to customers but this experience allowed us to shop elsewhere locally and we found a significantly higher quality tub for the same price Oasis was charging and far less of a headache!!!

Not a place to go if you want advice. Im sure they are happy to sell you a hot tub though.

HORRIBLE customer service. Very disappointed with the service we received (or I should say DIDNT receive). We will NOT be returning to Oasis and will advise friends and family to take their business elsewhere as well.
