Standard oil change is $39.99 which includes the Standard oil. If you want a synthetic oil, they charge an additional $43. I understand the extra money for synthetic, although they are charging WAY more than the actual cost of synthetic, but why am I still charged the full $39.99 (which normally includes oil), when they never put the regular oil in my car? DOUBLE CHARGED. RIP OFF. AVOID THIS PLACE.

This place ROCKS! Went to Jiffy Lube first thing (8:00) this morning. Their inspection person doesnt come in until 10:30. Other places, their inspection person leaves at 4:30 during the week. I went to Service One and was in and out in no time. Super nice and helpful as well.

They were fast, pretty reasonable on their price, but they left an oily mess under my truck that dripped all over and stained my driveway.

The manager was very courteous and not pushy when it came to recommending additional maintenance services. Fastest state inspection ever!

I always take my car to Kwik Kar Wash when it needs a thorough cleaning. I like to get the deluxe package and although it runs about $120 its worth every penny. They clean my car from top to bottom, even shampooing the carpet and the mats. They take a good 2 hours or more cleaning the car until it gleams. They definitely earn what I pay them!

I went in for an oil change and state inspection today. Only one out of at least three people working there were wearing a mask at all. Another man was wearing one below his nose which is completely pointless. Another man who was not wearing a mask was the one who opened the door from the shop to the waiting room to talk to me. He was also the one who drove my car back to me, without a mask at all. I am so disappointed that they were not following CDC guidelines. I need to get the same services done to our other car this weekend and will not be going to Service One Pflugerville.

The staff was very professional and conformed to all safety mandates for the coronavirus. My brother works there, however he wasnt there that day that I went in. It was a treat to have a mechanic get in my car and not munge up the steering wheel with grease. It was a simple battery change. I have witnessed the care and dedication this shop has towards its clients and theyre great!

An absolutely wonderful experience. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely cared about the maintenance of the vehicle, were extremely friendly and the service was excellent and fast. Took 5-10 mins for state inspection on a Saturday. Employees were wearing masks even while in the garage area.

Repeat performance of last years experience. Shop full of cars not workers. 45 minute inspection took just over 97 minutes. Not impressiveI watched 3 cars come in after me, and get inspected before me last year and i also waited about 2 hours then for a 30 minutes inspection.I will not be giving this place a third chance.

Under new ownership and a great place to get my fleet serviced by a caring staff whos not out to hose the unsuspecting. I appreciate the open line of communication and am glad I found a place that is able to accommodate my needs.Update: revising my initial review to a 1 star. I dropped in to have my truck inspected and an oil change. I was told that it would be a wait which I had no problem with. 45 minutes later I was told that they dont have my oil filter in stock and if I wanted it done it would take about a week. Mind you this is a domestic gas truck that filters are readily available just about anywhere. Waste of my time and it certainly didnt help that the staff here was a bit more abrasive. Its apparent that the new ownership has changed much of anything.

We had a Mercedes that had been a victim of some horrible body work with another shop before we bought it. We brought it to LAB and spoke to team. They did an amazing job at what I thought was a reasonable cost. Car came back looking like it should and you could not see any issues that we had in the past. Great body and paint work. Now Im going to bring them my other car to fix.

Dishonest, went in for an oil change and they said I needed some extra work done because it said so on carfax. I then asked to see carfax and he said the internet just went down and I said he could pull it up on his phone and he continued to site reasons why he wasn’t able to pull it up.

I walked in for my car inspection. Was promptly given attitude by the man at the front. I simply asked how long was the wait and his response was sit down they are all waiting too in the rudest way. I replied i understand that but would you be able to provide a time frame in which he gave more attitude saying they are in front of you. I would have been okay waiting an hour but had somewhere to be after. I left a got great customer service and was helped promptly right down the street.

Ive been getting my car inspected here for years. This week fate stepped in. The employees have been courteous & efficient. I always appreciated their making note of my care of my car. They rarely find anything Ive overlooked. This past week there was no chance. I went early in the week, but the inspecter was out. I went again on Friday. The machine was down. With loads of apologies, I was directed to my closest choices. Thats how I discovered Lambs. The AC was better in the comfy waiting area & the CO. Office where I grab my tags is immediately behind Lambs. I have nothing against Kwik Kar, but the convenience cannot be ignored. All the employees are tops. Lambs is my new #1!

The crew here took great care of my wifes older Jeep Commander: State Inspection, windshield chip repair, transmission flush, and restored cloudy headlights. The windshield and headlights look brand new! Really professional team, quick service, and fair pricing.

They didnt have the filters for my truck. Made me wait while they went and order a fliter. U der filled my oil. Did nothing listed on my bill. Had to ask to check tires. They only check 2. And as they were pulling my truck out to give it back, had to tell them they forgot to put the cabin filter in. And even put the filter in wrong. No air flow in the cabin. When i got home had my brother double check everything, they crossed threaded the oil filter so it was leaking oil. The crew stood around the whole time i was there, joking around, had to go in the shop and ask if there was a problem. And when i tried to complain they just rolled their eyes.

My mom recommended me to come here she has been going for years. Verses going to get an oil change at jiffy lube with a $10 off coupon I went. I walked in the front attendant was on a personal call on his cell phone didn’t greet me I said I was dropping my car for an oil change he said “sign in” and continued his phone call. Did not go over prices my mom was picking me up so I dropped it off was told I would get a call when it was completed. 3 hours later no call, I had to call them to see if it was done and they said it was. Picked up my car I was told my oil change was $92. I asked what?! Why so expensive? I just wanted a “regular” oil change. They used synthetic oil & 5 quarts & my car took an extra quart supposedly, almost $100 for an oil change on a non high mileage car. Ridiculous. The windshield washer fluid wasn’t replaced I had to ASK why it wasn’t the man explained to me that they ran out & he could manually “mix” some and put it in there. He did. Horrible customer service I feel like I was taken advantage of and that I wasted my money, after calling to inform a manager the manager to ask what was the basic price for an oil change he said $39.99 told him everything & he apologized didn’t ask for my name, phone number type of car I had or anything. Didn’t say come back we’ll take care of you next time for a discount or anything to try & keep me as a customer which I’m not needing anything free but this experience could most definitely had been different if they had better customer service the man who mixed my windshield fluid was really nice that’s the only memorable thing about this whole experience. I won’t be returning.

Even one star is too much.Thanks to the window in the waiting room I have noticed that one of the employees is struggling with something under my car hood. It was an air filter. Eventually, he dragged it out.My complaints were ignored.After I have paid for the inspection and get my car keys back I did check under the hood.The air filter was not installed corectly. The air filter compartment was was still open on the bottom.Since when the air filter is on the state inspection list?Why they are trying to do something that they do not have a qualification.An attitude of management was unacceptable as well.

Came here for a vehicle inspection. Wait was about 20 to 30 minutes. There were a few cars ahead of me. After the inspection was done the employee gave me a list of things that are overdue for maintenance. All things that I fully aware of. He wasnt pushy but offered assistance in getting these things taken care of. I will be back to check prices. The staff here are very polite and knowledgeable.

I have lived I Pflugerville since 1982 and have never gone to Kwik Kar. I took both my daughters’ cars there for inspections. That was fast and easy. Then we got coupons for services and that was better. Last week I took my truck for oil change and AC service. It was during a World Cup game and all the guys there became friends and watched the match. The employees we good and fast . I left there feeling like friends had just service my truck! P.S. The car washes are good too!

I went here to get a DPS inspection . The guy with a frizzled beard in a hat came up. He told me there were two cars ahead of me, and to park my car over there. A Honda and a red Toyota were ahead of me.So I went and parked and waited 1 hour. From 1:30pm to 2:30pm most of the time I saw the mechanics standing in the back chit chatting and talking. No cars being worked on.When the Toyota left I pulled up and they were telling me that Im not on the list and didnt know how long.I went in and talked to the original guy. He said the same thing.Pretty unprofessional and not service. oriented, either of the two.

State inspection was fast and easy.

They always do a wonderful job with our cars and are fairly priced. They also make the moment right and have helped us numerous times with our aging cars. I highly recommend them to anyone for all their car needs. They are amazing!!

The employees are always polite and pleasant and I never have a long wait time. The employees have always taken time to explain to me what they find as they check my car over thoroughly and are never pushy about these repairs. The pricing is very reasonable also. I have been taking my car here for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this business and their services.

Came here at 5pm (they close at 6pm) to get a state inspection done. I was told the computer was off and to come back the next morning. I came back the next morning and was told I should have got here earlier because if the mechanic has other jobs that are not inspections, he doesnt care about doing inspections.Sad work ethic, sad customer service. Dont waste your time with this shop.

Upon arrival, I was met at my car with a smile and greetings. After confirming that state car inspections are done there, the mechanic opened my door and then opened the door to the establishment. I sat inside the cozy waiting area and conversed with the receptionist. Not more than 10 minutes passed and my inspection was done. It was refreshing to get wonderful service on a cold morning. Payments can be made by card but tips can only be accepted by cash... or food. The staff is wonderful!

I like to thank Kwik Kar and specifically the Manager Chad for his advice and honesty. I brought my car to him because I thought my car was out of warranty. He advised to check. There was a dealership warranty that I wasnt aware of. He turned a $1200 problem into me just paying a $50 deductible. Awesome job, true professional Chad!!!

Kwik Kar is my go to place for oil changes and vehicle inspections. They do good work and they are courteous. They are connected to Car Fax so they have your vehicle history about service performed. They are thorough and wait times are good. My family uses Kwik Kar and I would recommend them to a friend. The techs are great.

Greasy hand prints in your car and the entertainment of the customer shakedown while you wait for your car inspection is really fun. Then your own shakedown before leaving but they did inspect my car quickly.

The service here is always great and quick. Also, they dont push unnecessary services on you and give your real mileage numbers when asking about when certain services should be done (unlike the dealership). The prices are decent, usually around average or slightly better. All in all, this is the place to go locally for a great value on regular car services.

I do not recommend this shop. Came in for oil change and an indicator light. Called back later that day, shop guy was rude after I couldnt hear him, since he was talking from the very loud and windy garage. They didnt even acknowledge the missing bulb and went to to offer some other service I didnt want. I wasnt interested so he hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked for the price for my oil change and I was charged a higher price $119 more then the $89 they have done many times before, also I called the same Kwik Kar shops in town and they only charge $69-89.

We always get great service from Kwik Kar Pflugerville. I have found them helpful and friendly. They do not push their services but do accurately recommend what is needed which is very helpful. We will continue to use Kwik Kar for our automotive repairs and oil changes.

Stay away from this place. I brought my car in for an oil change and they kept trying to tell me that my car needed an oil flush. I said no thanks but the guy kept trying to push me the oil flush. I said no again and mechanic said my oil was going to be dirty after the oil change. I know my car very well and it only has 60k miles and the oil never comes out dirty after an oil change. I figured this guy was just trying to scare me into buying the flush. So when I picked up the car and took it home I checked the oil stick and the oil was all dirty. It looked like they just drained it a little and filled it back up with some new. And what’s worse it doesn’t look like they even changed the filter. On top of that dude was trying to get me to file a claim with my insurance to repair the windshield rock chip. I said If rate goes up I’m not going to do this and he replied that it won’t, so I called insurance agent and agent said that they would know at the time of renewal. Which meant it could go up at which point I said no thanks, and that’s when dude said well I already fixed the chip and wanted to get paid. I said I never authorized anything. This hustlers are con artists... stay away

I had a good experience here getting my car inspected. A gentleman walked up to us on a Wednesday morning at 8AM, took our car keys, drove them to do the inspections, and asked us to wait in the lobby. As were waiting he asked if we are interested in getting coffee from their machine. The bathrooms were really kept well. If you are waiting, then they pamper with TV, magazines, and of course free WiFi. Couldn’t have asked for me from a inspection.

My car is older, but I keep it in good working order. I brought it in for an inspection because it looked like no one was there and it might be quicker. I watched as they turned my steering wheel from side to side until it stopped on the rails for the pit. Then two fellas proceeded to browse their phones for 15 minutes. Presumably shopping for parts they thought I needed? Then he comes over to me with some chicken scratches on a piece of paper, says my steering is binding and that itll be $800. I said, no thanks, paid my $18.50, and drove down the road to where I usually take my car. Guy says he cant find anything wrong with it and passed it. He said he thought it was odd that the system said it had just failed inspection somewhere else earlier.EDIT: In transition for a good month now. How much time do you need to tell your mechanics not to gold dig on inspections? Especially to the tune of $800. If theres any subjectivity involved - like there was in my case evidently since another mechanic couldnt find a reason to fail it - then you should pass it so folks can get along on their way. Maybe say something like, Hey, Your car passed, but you should look at XYZ pretty soon when you have time.. That would have been a class act thing to do.

This place was sweet, I had to get an inspection done and just remembered this place next to Dairy Queen. Im still new to the area and was my first time going there and it felt great. The professionals there told me everything was fine and gave me a few good tips on the services they preform to make sure I keep my car like new.I was about to jump across the street to get it washed right after but then he told me about the free wash as I was paying. I had to say something because this company in my opinion was caught being good.

They cleaned the headlights on my 2002.5 Dodge Hemi...for $49.95...now they look new and are 5 times brighter!! Worth it for safety reasons...:^)

I have been a customer for several years. They do a good job of keeping up with services done, and those needing to be done. Its not high pressure, and they keep track of what was recommended. Kevin, the manager does a great job as do his mechanics and techs. I also learned that they now show the maintenance work done to car fax so you can easily show the upkeep when you are ready to sell your vehicle. I feel like this is a real plus, that doesnt require holding on to all of your receipts.

That mechanic is a fraud. I told him I needed my car looked at because I had a check engine light gave me code P0705 which is transmission range in switch. He swears there’s no code or history of it. My car lags speed and u have to go up to like 5rpm and it drags. One time gears didn’t even change. He basically told me he called my company because I have a warranty. And told me that they said they will not pay to have it fixed...but I called them and they looked up my name and info and said no one ever called and it was not on file so that was a lie. He says transmission fluid needs to be changed and he was trying to scare me and upsell me on an hundred and sum dollar fluid change. I brought the car there it had like 70 miles on it he says he took it for a drive to test it and had no problem at all. Like really no problem?????? I can drive for at least a mile thn it’ll start dragging. Point is the car is only two years old and he straight up lied to me and never even fixed it. I don’t trust these guys after HE STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME!!!! WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. AND IF I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE HIGHER I WILL DO THAT.
