Very surprised we went this past weekend & it took less than a minute for a store associate to ask us how to help & took a total of 30 minutes to buy a new phone, the fastest service we’ve received at AT&T so thank you to the woman with curly hair & bright blue contacts, you made is the easiest it could be!

The associate I met is an excellent, knowledgeable, and honest human being. I was very pleased with my in-store experience.

I was in the store over the weekend and received 5-star service from Greg W. He took his time to explain all of my options to upgrade to the new iPhone 12 and helped me pick out accessories without trying to over sell. While we were transferring the data from my old phone to my new phone, I told him how unhappy I was with the U-Verse cable service and that I was planning to cancel as soon as my contract was up in 6 weeks. He showed me the new ATT TV options and found a plan that met my needs and saved me $80 / month. He hooked me up with the new service. Greg was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable regarding products. He was patient while teaching me how to use my new phone. I would definitely recommend this AT&T store. Ironically, I picked this store due to the google ratings as the one closest to my house had terrible reviews. Greg and the team at this location did not disappoint! And I am very happy with my new iPhone as well as my new ATT-TV!

Came into this store with questions and Erick was very helpful to answer them. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience here and would return again.

Serviced by Erick. At least I think thats what his faded name tag said. I assume he has put in his 2- week notice and could care less about a customer experience. . Despite having an 80-year old customer on a walker, he had not a greeting, smile nor pleasantry to share. He did get the SIM card installed though, and maybe thats all AT&T told him to provide. 🤷‍♀️

Came in with my dad and brother for all three of us to upgrade our various devices. Linda came up to us within seconds and started helping us look for which devices we wanted. She got us a table to sit at, and then grabbed all the new phones. Started working right away. Even had us laughing and entertained while we waited for the old phones to transfer data over. She made the 2 hour visit feel not so long and not so boring.We have just left, all with our phones and cases without a hitch. What a nice experience.

We had been fighting with Corporate for over 30 days to get our phones ported over from another carrier. After endless phone calls/chats and unfulfilled promises we finally got the actual phones we ordered and then couldnt get them set up. We went back to the tech that had delivered them who said everything was fine on her end (it wasnt) so we went into the store. 2 reps, a British woman who knew how to find the problem and Greg who helped us for over 2 hours figure out how to get it fixed. The store staff was amazing. I recommend going into the store if youre having trouble dealing with customer support.

Linda at AT&T in Pflugerville gave us great customer service and handled business like a pro. It was like hanging out with a friend and we had never met before. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days, so big Kudos to Linda!

Samantha and her team, Stephen and Erick nailed it. Had to move over three lines of service and the process is detailed but they handled it with little to no issues. Very much a different experience then what I had with previous carrier. Was with Sprint >14 years, every time I had to interface with Sprint it was over an hour and extremely frustrating. Best customer service that I had in a very long time! The staff were friendly, patient and very helpful. Another customer was there at the same time and the staff also gave her great customer service also. They made what I thought was going to a bad experience into something pleasant!

This AT&T store is usually busy, but they do not use it as an excuse to give poor customer service. I have always been greeted as I walk in and told that someone will be with me shortly. I have had the pleasure of getting help from Linda the last couple of times I have visited this location. She is absolutely amazing and showed no frustration as I answered a FaceTime call and talked to a friend a bit longer than I expected to. She was patient and still helped me make some changes to my AT&T account. She also assisted me with the setup of my new iPhone 12 Pro Max from a new SIM card, screen protector, transferring of data and a new phone case. Today I went to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 11.... not realizing it was the release weekend for iPhone 12 pro (yes I still got the 11 because I wanted the purple one). I was helped by Jeremy the store manager.... it became very obvious why he was the manager. He was super nice and friendly and very positive. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely patient. The store was crazy busy but he never got frustrated or lost his superior customer service skills. He was able to assist me and manage his employees all while greeting everyone that came in. Also as busy as they were social distancing was practiced and masks were worn.

Linda is fantastic! Had issues transferring data from my old phone to my new phone and it was very important as I had the last voice messages and text messages from my mother who suddenly passed away. Linda spent 5 hours total between 2 visits to make sure this happened and in between still managed to help other customers. She has the friendliest and best attitude ever on top of that! We came here to get a new phone and switch over to att! We had THE best customer service rep helping us! Linda was wonderful about everything! She was insanely patient, kind and funny! The time went so fast!!! She did the best job and did everything possible to get what we needed to get done! My old phone was giving me a hard time so I made an appointment and when I showed up I was greeted by Linda, who was absolutely a pleasure to work with! She helped me purchase and set up my new iPhone 11 Pro Max and Apple Watch 6. She answered all my questions and was super helpful in assisting me. I went in to the store today because my week old phone would not make calls. I get home and get an email that my plan and bill has been changed $200.00. How is this OK? This is a true rip off. A sim card,unable to make calls, bad weather pending and all I could get is a very dishonest person.

Went to this store to bundle my devices. The 2 people working there completely ignored me. Granted they were working with customers but no Welcome to the store we will be with you as soon as we can. So I waited 10 minutes neither one looked at me so I left. Never going there again

Nia assisted me and she was great! I had visited about 2 weeks prior and a young guy did not help me much. He gave me conflicting information from what Nia gave me and it seems he may have done that to avoid upgrading my phone. I was eligible for an upgrade too.

I highly recommend Linda if you’re thinking to switch to AT&T cell phone provider or internet or both. She’s not salesy or trying to up charge you. Greeted when I came inside, gentleman was direct yet personal when helping me out. Didnt try to upsell me unless it was a lower tier phone. But, Im glad, to have gotten the better phone, rather than the one insurance would have paid for. Anyways, great experience all around today!

Jeremy was extremely helpful and professional, and he was also patient in explaining answers to my questions. They didn’t have my phone in stock but promised they would come to my house the following day with the phone and help me to set it up(which they did). He also offered me a free screen protector and said he would put it on but I ended up getting a different one. Overall very good experience! I recommend Jeremy!

Terrible. I hate AT&T. Once my contract is up I’ll go with someone else. It took them 14 days to get internet and cable installed in my house after hours and hours of being on the phone with customer service. I was lied to constantly by representatives about getting a tech to my house. Any time I have a question about my account (Linda) says they literally can’t do anything (unless you go in person) and I have to call 611. They can never help. I don’t get it. So I have to go through 3 different people in customer service to get any help. So annoying.

Never using that store again. Terrible customer service and clearly when youre there - they are right and you (the customer) are wrong. Seems to be the going thing at AT&T Stores - especially the retail ones. Found out they are not aligned with Corporate stores and once you lock in, youre stuck with whatever they give you - zero flexibility for the company as a whole. Went in to get an upgrade on on two phones, ended up with a phone i dont need on an extra line i have no use for. Truly an amazing expreience and not in a good way at all. My loyalty means nothing to the company in general.

Very horrible experience. We walk in right around the closing time, and of course, typical employees want to leave around closing time so I get it. But we needed a problem solved for my brother that was overseas in the Army. We walked in, saw 3-4 employees, and none of the greeted us, none of them let us know about the time we were going to be waiting for, nothing. No acknowledgement. Secondly, knowing there was a line waiting, after successfully porting numbers over, they sat there and began to chat with their customers and “milking” their time with them. At least until we either got tired of they got tired and had no option but to help us. All we had was a simple question, and if someone were to have greeted us, we would’ve asked the question and there wouldn’t be a bad review but we waited for 30-45 minutes before we decided to just go home because we were all hungry. Very bad experience here.

Good service but took quite a while to get attended the chairs in the sun from the windows are cool for who likes to keep warm lol.

AT&T has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend researching their charges.

I’ve been in this store twice so far, and each experience was very helpful.When I walked in I immediately had help both times. I think one’s name was Alex and the other name was De...both amazing.

Ask for Gabe, he caught a mistake in my account that was going on for almost a year and took steps to save me a ton of money. I lost over 1000 over the past year due to all the other employees overlooking the error.Thanks Gabe!
