So far, it sucks. Ive been waiting 40 minutes, there is approximately 8 ppl waiting in line, and only 1 rep. After getting to me, the young lady was knowledgeable and understood my issue and resolved it quickly and showed me how to fix it should it happen again...

Had the worst experience ever. The lady was rude and refused me service because as she said the man in front of me wad going to take forever smh then i asked for corporate number and she told me to go look for it. I asked for her name and she refused smh. I work in customer service and she lacked that
