I see it could have save some of you guys if they hadnt removed my review from quit a while back. Out of the box a wire was broken and they would not just send me the wire with a terminal. I would have had to send it all back and pay the shipping both ways. I had to keep calling to ever get response...finally. Then it did no good. Yes, min shuts of and sometimes only last on for seconds when it is set for 10 minutes. A guy ran a red light on me and sure enough, it didnt record that!

I dont know many company that is on call you just to see what are your specific need for a system. Answer all my question and send email whit link to see in video what we talk about. Top Dawg Electronics are really on the top of there game. Tks again

Ive been dealing with their customer support for a few months now with a dash camera that turns off 5 minutes into the drive and then does not respond to button inputs or turn back on until its been off for 24 hrs. Their support is awful, Im on my 3th RMA (return) and it takes 4 to 5 emails and a phone call to initiate each one. They have sent me back the same camera unfixed each time, stating that it works perfectly. Only to have the camera turn off and lock out everything a few minutes into a drive. (video on youtube)If you want a reliable hassle free dash cam to prove the guy you just rear ended cut you off in an insurance scam, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE to get it.

Bought a 2 camera dash cam. After 3mths SD card gave me issues. I called them 2 times no answer, and left a message. No returned call. By month 5 the power cord went bad. Again called too order a new one. No answer or return call. Now month 11 battery dont work and wont record at all. Poor product and poor customer service!
