Went in to trade something in. Only worker was already with a customer. I waited quite a while, but was acknowledged consistently and was apologized to multiple times for the wait. The other member was very friendly and apologetic (unnecessarily) for the wait as well. Would definitely go back again for that level of service.

Super pushy sales staff. I told them that I didnt want to be a pro member when they asked. They tried to tell me it would pay off after 3 visits and I said no again that I didnt want the membership. I said I would like to purchase my items and leave and the manager said give him a break hes new like she wasnt the one being overbearing. I only came in there for merch items and not games and this was a really uncomfortable buying experience.

Staff was great at relaying info to customers on a day when there were multiple high interest items being released

Unfortunately the staff was Its not very knowledgeable on the games we wanted to buy. We live so far away we wanted to make sure we know exactly what we were gonna get and we needed a 2 player couch Co-Op game and we come home and its not even too player :(

This location was probably the cleanest and most organized Game Stop I have ever been to.I did try calling this store several times earlier in the day, but they did not answer the phone. I am sure they were busy helping last minute holiday shoppers. Luckily it wasnt a wasted trip the had exactly what I was looking for.

Open for business. But wear a mask. Lots of games, but there seems to be a shortage ofPS4 controllers. Mandie the manager is very friendly and helpful. 👍

This is the place to go when my son needs anything related to video games, friendly staff and they let you browse the store for as long as you need, something that you cant do with online stores. I wish places like these stay open as long as possible.

Great selection as always with the layout of the store being very organized. Had some pretty decent deals for this time of the month. The gentleman working here greeted us, but left the rest to us. Kinda just browsed the area, and noticed the cool little gadgets you can by relating to the games. Great little aspect about the store is the merchandise.

Love the size of this game stop and the service! They were nice and didnt pressure us into buying stuff. They offered to set up pre orders like usual and answered questions when we had them.

Just left location normally staff are very helpful, but young lady working was very unhelpful. After looking at my system for a HOT second I was attempting to trade in for store credit she informed me she couldn’t take my controllers due to a small amount of dirt inside the toggles and she could only offer me a 1.25 for the console.. 😑 You heard me right one dollar and twenty five cents for the console. Console works excellently mind you. All I could do was walk out SMH, took all my SWAG not to BLAST OFF. #LAZY..

It’s kinda small but it always has tons of games, collectibles and consoles to choose from. It has good prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff and it’s organized. This is my favorite game stop in the area.

Couldnt open the box of a game controller to see if I liked the feel of it, had to purchase it 1st, kinda odd. But it turned out to be a good controller and it was cheap.

Turned out for the release party for KH 3 and it was undoubtedly my best experience at a GameStop ever. So many fans got together and had a genuine great time with games, trivia and awesome prizes. They even got free pizza for everyone and it was all thanks to an amazing employee whose name I think is Scott. Totally changed the way I viewed GameStop, this is a location where they care. Will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

They are not willing to budge on any policy. This was even after I had a legitimate complaint. The Game Stop brand controller I bought was clunky and way too sensitive in the controls. I took it back and shelled out more money to buy a used controller. I got it home and some of the buttons did not work. So I drove up to the store a third time and voiced my complaint and asked to get a new controller. I kindly asked if I could get a small discount. I was told the same refund policy twice, as if that was compensation. After I went to my car I found the same controller at another store for about $20 dollars cheaper. I went back inside game stop to return the controller and they will only give me a gift card for Game Stop. I said to the clerk that you about to lose me as a costumer. And he said well sorry man thats policy

This is a smaller location, bit it is well organized. We were able to easily find what we were looking for, and the staff members were nice enough.

This place has great prices and lots of used games in good condition. Also, they are a Texas based business. The staff has always been patient with my many questions.

Rough day for the crew that was working but typically a great store.

(Im at least sure every gaestop stores dont sell ps2 and older games and their consuls).The have some ds games Pokemon.And 3ds like Mario or Nintendo switch.Super Smash ultimate. Xbox 360 Naruto or dragon ball z. Ps3 and ps4 shooting, adventure and or action.

Very helpful. The store didnt have a copy of the game I wanted but they did help locate it at a nearby GameStop.

Ive never had bad service in this store, theyre always pretty nice and I get some good deals on some games and amiibo, and they also have a big selection of games, consoles, controllers, even headphones.

No one picks up the damn phone ..... I understand if you have people in you line but pick up and put them on hold jezzz I mean your job is to sale video games its not that hard or a job
