Other services may be great but DO NOT go here for lashes extensions. I have been getting lashes on for over a decade, some great, some just ok but this is the first set Ive had that severely damaged my natural lashes. Sure they looked very pretty, but you should never have to leave with your eyes literally hurting! Also something thats kind of weird is that they were all similar in length rather than getting shorter closer to my inner eye, resulting in them poking my skin near my inner eyes when I opened them. My technician was new and very kind, however she had been taught bad techniques such as: using too much glue, putting the glue too close to the eyelid, using massive fans that the weight of a natural lash cannot support, and most importantly glueing more than one natural lash to each fan. When a tech does this you cannot get around losing your natural lashes because one will pull the others out as they grow at different speeds. So to summarize I spent 3 hours of my day and a lot of $$$ to leave with glue literally everywhere. I had to order a lash remover on top of the $ already spent and take them all off. Sad to say I still lost about 50% of my natural lashes due to the way the exentions had been piled on in giant clumps. Im sad, but not upset with the technician really as she thought she did a great job. This is just terrible training and some scary strong glue. Never again.

I got my eyebrows done here today for the first time. I did powder brows and got them done by Brooke! She was so kind, and made sure my brows were the way I perfectly wanted before proceeding into the procedure. After finishing my eyebrows, it looked amazing. I loved it. This is the perfect place to come to feel comfortable and put your trust in with working on whatever you’re coming for. I will definitely come again and recommend it to all my friends and family. :)

I’ve gone to this place many times and never had an issues until this last visit. I got a lash lift, initially it looked fine, but once my lashes dried it curled into my eyelids and looks even shorter than before. I have called the store and can’t seem to get anyone to answer. Also, the tech poked my several times with the tool and blamed it on the glue, which also go in my eyes. She was super nice but I didn’t feel confident in her skills. Now my lashes are so curled I can’t even use mascara

Ashlie pierced my tragus, conch and daith, and she did the piercings so well that I barely felt anything beyond a nano second of pinching. Her energy and enthusiasm for her craft is amazing and she is so down to earth and fun.She is also a true professional! When we talked about an industrial piercing, she examined my ears and instead of just going for the easy dollar, she explained that my ear anatomy wasnt good for an industrial because it would create an uncomfortable crimp in my ear fold. Mad respect for her ethics and staying true to her craft!Plus, she has a cute selection of white gold earrings at very reasonable prices. Ive received many compliments on my new jewelry.

I saw Ashlie for a lobe piercing and she was fantastic! She was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional. She walked me through each step of the process and was really detail oriented. If I were to get another piercing I would 100% go back to her. I would highly recommend her also if you’re nervous about the experience because she was very relaxing and fun to be around. The price was also great compared to other studios and Ashlie did as good, if not better, than any other place I’ve been to in Austin, TX.

Found an awesome place to get my brows done, having recently moved to Austin and based on the rave reviews of this place. The ladies are wonderful with a welcoming smile and demeanor. Ashley, with her sunny energy is awesome, did my brows just the way I wanted, she is very attentive and patient. Enquired about tragus piercing, she was super attentive to my questions and answered any and all concerns, even brought her cute jewelry vanity so I can see them. I wished I could have rated 5 stars, but unfortunately my lash lift and tint didn’t last for over 5 days. Even before the 5 days, I felt that I still had to wear mascara and the purpose of doing the lash lift was giving a break of mascaras. My lashes was not long as I thought it would be. I’ve had done in other location and it was longer and lasted for 2 months. I followed all the initial guidance, but for some reason (maybe the product) it didn’t work for me. I gave 2 stars because the professional was very sweet and welcoming, but the product used was not good for some reason.

I LOVE B Sweet! They take the best care if me, literally transformed my face, my confidence, my make up routine, everything! I get my lashes done every 2-3 weeks and I also had my eyebrows micro bladed, and oh my Lawd bless these women!!!! My eyebrows are flawless and I dont have to bother with putting them on or worry about smudging make up throughout the day or sweating them off, I mean face it ladies, this is Texas. With full, fat lashes and perfect brows, I dont concern myself with make up, which cuts time out of getting ready. First time getting a lash lift and tint, and I will definitely be going back! Brooke was super sweet, explained the process, & talked to me while my lashes set. Which was super helpful considering it was my first time & having my eyes sealed shut was a super weird feeling. I mentioned I wanted to get my brows tinted sometime & she even offered to do them while we waited on my lashes even though I didn’t book those services into my appt! When I was given the mirror I looked like I have my full makeup done & felt amazing!The shop was easy to locate and right off the highway which made it really easy to access.Highly recommended

Tried to go somewhere else when my lash appointment got canceled because my lash lady got sick and there was no other spaces for me to get mine done and I just so happen to be going to an event. Boy did I super regret it! It was a lot of lost money but I came back and of course they’ve done an incredible job. I don’t know how but there quicker than most people and the lashes stay on for a very long time I’ve had my lashes stay on for three weeks!

Went there for a lash tint and lift this past Friday. Had it done before by Marissa and it was outstanding. (She left the salon and they refuse to tell me where she went.)This time, I could barely see much difference. I figured maybe i was being too picky. The girl who did my lashes was nice enough, but she kept leaving me unattended to work on another person. I was nervous, so I kept count in my head for each part of the procedure.By Sunday, I had developed blisters on each eyelid. Thankfully, theyre not severe, but they are on my eyelid and that is a scary place to have an issue - near ones eyes. Oh, and I do not wear makeup (kinda the point of getting a lash lift/tint, no?) and had not put any product of any kind on my eyelids.Pity, because I was excited to have found something to make my naturally long, blonde eyelashes stand out. Now, Im afraid to go back. Not really sure what Im going to do, now.

And while I believed they were good looking, Brooke brought to my attention that I needed more of an eyeopener look by creating more space with my eyebrows. And I couldnt be happier with the results! I love their work! Very precise and beautiful! However, I’ve had eyelashes for 4-5 years now and recently tried a new tech here, I had the same tech for about 2 months and never had issues. Until my last fill I was sent to the ER for a infection caused by my lashes the very next day. Doctor suggested tech exposed me to some bacteria and won’t be going back! My eye swole shut and wasn’t able to go to work for a couple days! Be careful !

Used to love this place until my eyelash extensionsfell off at night last week. Immediately went on Saturday morning to see if they had an appointment to fix it and they said Sunday at 4:40. I understood they said they were short on staff that weekend so I was fine waiting a day with my eye looking like that. After that I received a text message saying my appointment had been rescheduled to Monday at 9:30am. They didnt even ask me or try to contact to see if I could go. Of course I couldnt cause I had to work. Its been a week and they never try to reach to me again. I feel very disappointed but I guess Ill just move on even though I paid for a $120 set that just lasted a week and half.

Clean, friendly, GREAT atmosphere, and super helpful. I have had a number of services (eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint, microblading, lash extensions and makeup for photos) and have never had anything less than a 5-star experience. I have never felt rushed or pressured there. Most of my services have been with Brooke (owner), but Sophia has done my lash extensions. Both of them have made me feel so comfortable and have always taken as much time as I wanted to answer questions and make recommendations for the best product/style/color/lash type, etc. Stellar service every time! Cant recommend them highly enough.

I really like this place. I’m on the more mature side and have had a number of different services done here and I’ve been 100% happy with every single one, plus the prices are great. I’ve had eyelash lift & tint (for both myself and teenage daughter), facial peel, eyebrow microblading, and most recently IPL photofacial. I’ve had these alldone (except microblading) at other locations in the past, but B Sweet has given the best results from the different treatments, they make sure you’re happy. I also think that all the staff there like working there, they seem to all get along and care about their work, which shows in my interactions and services results.

Y’all- Marissa is the BOMB. I’ve had my lashes done other places but I’ve never had this good of retention before. Marissa listens to your concerns and gives you exactly what you want while also paying attention to your natural lashes and knowing what will work. So happy I’ve found my forever lash girl!!

I am so pleased with my Microblading experience I want to tell the world. Brook was very professional, continuously consulted with me and gave me just what I wanted. I was so afraid of EYEBROWS! But mine are very subtle and perfect for a “woman my age”. Just do it.

I got my ears pierced and eyebrows microbladed here.pros:- She was professional and sweet.- The studio area is clean and semi-private.- I liked that she consulted me first to see what I wanted done and then worked with me.- ear piercing - quick and easy, friendly. affordable. and no infection.- I also liked that she took the time to slightly trim and pluck my brows, my last technician does a wonderful job with brows, but never cared to trim or pluck...- appointments can be made in store or online.First Timers (I feel like ppl just assume one would know this info before microblading... so heres what I learned...)- its not pain free, but its doable.- this was my 4th time getting my brows done.- I dont consider myself experienced so I told her what I wanted in laymans terms - natural looking brows, not too dark, same shape.- I was told by other ppl that you shouldnt wax right before microblading, so you can do that a few weeks before. double check with B Sweet first though.- your brows will be numbed for 20-30 mins before microblading begins. If youre like me, and you have a low pain tolerance, tell her - shell leave it on for longer.- post microblading care (7-10 days) - dont wipe your brow. I workout so I make sure to dab dry my brows. youll wanna have aquaphor or some other ointment similar to put on your brows 1-3x/daily (this is really just to prevent itching and scratching).- maintenance - usually done annually 😊 but it depends on your skin and its rejuvenation pace/processcons:- none.

This is a hidden gem located in Pflugerville. I had eyelash extensions done by Dana and she was very very kind professional and thorough and fun to be around and made the session very enjoyable! After that I had my eyebrows Micro bladed with some tint and Brooke did an amiazing job! She was meticulous at making sure everything looked perfect and I was beyond happy with the outcome!which I absolutely am! THRILLED with the outcome. The boutique carries items that are truly original, wonderful quality, on trend and well priced. It’s worth a trip to go there just for the shopping experience!
