Great place to find used items. But only thing is that they do not wash any of the clothing there. They always have furniture that is decent. No negotiating on the prices. Also, the more expensive items are usually put up for auctions there in the store. Halowwen is coming and we always find good its here. It goes to a good cause.

Great store. Found some nice shirts, some kitchen items, and a few books. Great prices, and the staff were extremely helpful.

Nice large location in a nice strip mall. Clean, well lit, & well organized. Very helpful employees. Also found some great vintage goodies too! Check it out!

I absolutely love this location. I’m an avid shopper at Goodwill for years now. This location is by far one of the cleanest locations I visit. And to top it off ALL the associates here are wonderful and so very helpful. This is one of the few locations I shop at that are always constantly checking on their customers making sure we are finding everything ok. And anytime I have a large purchase or something heavy their always jumping right in to lend a helping hand without me even asking. No that’s great customer service. I definitely do not have the same experience at other locations. Megan checked me out today and she was so very nice and pleasant to interact with. And Kyle jumped right in to help me get my purchase to my car. This location on Wells branch goes above and beyond for their customers. It shows that have true leadership behind them. I’ve been a general manager with Visionworks for almost 12yrs now so I know great associates and customer service when I SEE and FEEL it. I left a DVD sitting there for two minutes so I could use the bathroom and somebody took it. I cant prove its a employee, but given how incredibly obnoxious all the employees are they probably did that just for fun. It took me at least 20 minutes to find it again. The selection is okay, but even by goodwill standards the staff is so annoying and loud.

Awsome place to find bargains

This Goodwill location is well organized and has an extensive inventory ...especially of clothing. The place is kept clean, right down to the restrooms... Safety measures for covid-19 are modest, they have arranged different queues for the checkout counter.

Wow! This store was AMAZING! It was the neatest most well-organized GW I’ve ever been to- and I’ve been to SEVERAL! Ally, the manager and her team were PHENOMENAL! Ally blew me away though- she was a not only a cashier, she was loader and a stocker! Y’all this was a Ross with Goodwill prices! You just can’t beat it! I loved my visit here and found some pretty rad things!

I have came here many times it seems like a nice store with decent things to look at and buy. This time the female manager was yelling at and arguing with employees from across the store, which made me feel uncomfortable. She was also slamming items back on the shelves and dramatically pacing all over the store. Sweeping and mopping under my feet 30min before closing (She couldve started on a different part of the store). I will probably try a different store next time!

Who doesnt like goodwill ? They have So many cool things to buy . They also help in the community.

Decent selection of clothes, staff was really friendly!

Do not go to this location. Three employees walked by me with their masks pulled down off their faces. Most of the customers were wearing their masks incorrectly and at least of quarter of them weren’t wearing masks at all. I assumed any major chain would require masks but I was wrong. Stick to Austin if you care about your health.

This goodwill location is SLOW need more people at the Cash register 😩

I do not usually go to GW...I prefer Salvation Army. GW is simply TOO high for donated items. ANYWAY they didnt have what I was looking for. (Nothing in particular). The store was clean and fairly empty of ppl.

Great location with lots of good finds. Great furniture for sale, the auctions are always great items, and the clothing selection is good for the price. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I personally like this location better than the one off of FM 685. It seems a little less pretentious?....I mean considering its a Goodwill.

New to the area. My old local Goodwill used to have lots of fun sales like super Saturday once a month (everything 50% off). Sundays were my favorite because they would have $1 clothes on the color tag of the week. On average an item in the store will cost $6-$8. Too pricey for a thrift store. This store only offers 50% off and only Sunday-Thursday.

Lots of new low quality merchandise. Over priced on pretty much everything. If passing through town this place isnt worth stopping. Its very well stocked and easy to find items on their place. You will find similar Goodwills carrying the exact same low quality seasonal merchandise.

If you like thrift shopper you will enjoy. They do auctions on the weekends for higher value or more sought after items. Son picked up some cool stuff here for a decent price.

This the best one around. Lowest prices and best stuff. Check them out! Highly recommend!

The smell in here was so badd I called an asthma attack from the scent of heavy cleaning chemics smell like some bleach and fabulous mix together with the smell of feet and cheese mixed in this mail is so overwhelming I dont see why anybody would come here to shop

Staff aways nice love this goodwill

I spoke with the very enthusiastic gentleman on the register. Clearly had a passion for the place he worked for. This place had exactly what I was looking for to the brand name!

Ive been thrifting off an on at the Goodwill on Wellsbranch pkwy for sometimes and Im absolutely satisfied with my findings! This location is one of my favorite in North Austin .Pros:1. Wide selection and assortment of clothing that is in pretty good condition.2. This location is usually organized and clean.3. There are always great items in the live auction that takes place on Saturday at 1pm.A great find for thrifting queens like myself in the city.

Not my favorite good will or thrift shop in general. Its pretty small and I feel like I dont see that great of a selection. Also, the dressing rooms were quite messy and not well attended, the lines a long and slow.

Clean overall and very organized. A five star if bathrooms were cleaned.

It is what it says on the tin. The staff are always very nice; helpful that the store stays open later. My go to place for picture frames.

Their prices are pretty high, seeing that all their items are second-hand (previously used) and are free (donated) to them

Bait and switch. Went to buy some boots with a $3.99 price tag. They said that someone already tried to buy them at that price and they said no because it was wrong price but they never switched the tag just put it back up on the rack. Very dishonest.

I go to all the Goodwills in the area and this is one of my favorite locations!

Its a decent store just all the goodwills are getting ridiculous in there pricing. I went for picture frames. I found nicer one at walmart cheaper. As a matter of fact i did some price comparison and found a few things cheaper at walmart and brand new. I get making money but making a killing on used donated items is getting me about to stop going to any of them, and thats something for me to say cause iam a huge goodwill shopper. I however do like their programs putting people through school and putting people to work that r hard on there luck. I believe everyone deserves a chance no matter their backgrounds..

Great staff. Not so good prices

Smaller goodwill, however, the you can definitely find some good deals on clothes and a dishes. This store will not typically have the best furniture and the Saturday auction will be smaller and typically knick knacks and antiques.

This goodwill is not to bad we always find at least 2 or 3 good things..... The only thing i dont like about the goodwills is that they the managers and the employees get first pick and then they put what ever they dont want out....

Always smells fresh! Kinda pricey for a Goodwill but I always seem to find what Im looking for.

Just like most Goodwill stores, which insist on using caustic cleaning supplies, this store reeked of the poisonous chemicals. They overpriced the Corning Ware like four times the amount comparable thrift stores charge including other Goodwill stores. If theyre gonna charge that much, it should not be missing the lids and it needs to be cleaner or come in the original box. Wont come back here again.
