Took me a couple sips but the pumpkin spice frappuccino was great. Also, the blueberry muffin was delicious, highly recommended. Outside of that, the customer service was great as always.

They are always friendly and have my drink order down perfect every time. They are very efficient and consistent.

My youngest Daughter works there, so Mom was there to get an after dinner coffee on my Birthday. And to annoy the teenager a bit. Service has always been quick and they are always so upbeat and happy and they have never screwed up my order. Not saying these things because my daughter works there, saying them because its true!

Nice staff and great COVID-19 saftey protocols. But coffee was not good. Ordered a Peppermint Mocha with whip but got a quarter empty cup with no foam and very watery. The flat white tasted like a weak Latte and was 12 oz (should be smaller), the Americano was ok. Really disappointed but kinda expected with starbucks now, lots of better coffee around at the same price

Great place! Sam- one of the baristas- is super friendly and helpful. The lobby is very clean. There arent a ton of places to sit inside, but the patio offers several tables outside. Service is quick and accurate as well.

Always friendly baristas who seem to live the Starbucks values everyday with their customers.Only downside is the drive through queue is consistently long and slow moving. I find it much faster to go inside to pick up my mobile order.

Only giving a 2 stars because i have not tried any other drinks at this location. I got 2 venti guava passion fruit and it tasted like straight whole milk. I drove all the way back to switch them hoping they will make it better but even thought it looked pink it still tasted like whole milk.... I wonder if they use coconut or Whole milk coz that will be bad!

Nice cafe located in the Pfluggervile area next to Cinemark. They also offer drive through services with mask mandatory as of now. Expect heavy wait times in the weekend. Service was very quick given the heavy Queue. #HappyCafe

Wait a very long time in line, was charged for an ham and Swiss croissant and received a plain burned plain croissant. Order was correct on the outside of the bag, just not what was in the inside. But I was charged for a ham croissant! Not the kind of service I want.

One if my favorite locations in north AustinIm out an about pretty early in the morning so I always choose to stop at this location because they are always curtious and fast.

The line can be literally wrapped around the building, this location will get you in and out in no time. Come by and get your coffee ☕ or tea 🍵 fix.

Terrible times are incorrect they open at 6 although all times online state 5 am they even answered the phone and I told Natlie that she had a line of 4 cars waiting outside in her drive through and it would be nice to answer someone instead of having them just sit there ...

I’m so tired of times not being listed properly. You’re a business. Either update your times on properly established sites that list your services, or please close down. Wasted time coming here after finding out you close not at 10, but hours earlier.

The employees here are very polite, professional, and fun. The facilities are kept clean. Theyre very inclusive. And their drink execution has been on point every time Ive visited.My last drink from here was a very berry hibiscus refresher, which I highly recommend. Its a great, healthy alternative to a sugary cold drink on a hot day. You can order it in a huge, Trenta size that Im fond of for this kind of treat.

I like Starbucks. I like the place. I like that I can meet people there. I like buying their coffee. BUT, this particular location has its entrance facing south and the sun hits it in the evening and the whole wall is glass and there are DOZENS of flies flying around and landing on everything. The atmosphere (from my humble perspective) would improve a lot if someone would swats those flies once in a while during the evening.That is my opinion, and I could be wrong.

I love this location but the new renovation is not great. Not too many tables. I wish they bring back the old tables. Also people dont share the table which makes it hard to find a place to work. Other than that everything is good.

They arent completely familiar with all their products and recipes. Staff prefers to offer you something different rather than listen to the way want your drink... service is slow.

I have been going to this location for over 2 years. They remember my name and my dog :) Since i been coming here i know the right times to use the mobile order and when not to. I have never had a BAD coffee! I am that customer with the difficult order They even have caught my mistakes when i forget to add a portion of it or order the wrong size on accident! I even had a co-worker stop by and get me something and they even caught her ordering it wrong when they simply asked.. Is this for Brittany,She normally orders... If youre going to stay for any length of time and need to think, its probably fine if you take headphones. One of the employees whistles a repetitive tone every 3 seconds or so and its incredibly difficult to ignore.

This is the closest spot to my house to sit down and have a cuppa, because of that were there fairly frequently. Unfortunately, its been found as Pflugerville has grown and its become increasingly rare to be able to find a spot to sit, especially inside. Its a small store, so there isnt a great deal of seating to start with and very little of it can accommodate people with laptops, leading to necessity of the ever-present coffeehouse problem: a single person at a four person table. The folk who work there are always nice, and the coffee is what youd expect at any Starbucks. Just dont go expecting youll be able to find a seat.

Evryone there is super nice. Even when I was oblivious to what I was going to order lol. Thats what happens when my husband sends me to order his complicated coffee he is very picky. However they laughed with me (maybe at me a little) but they were able to make a great coffee that was hubby aproved. I will definitely be coming back.

If only they could get my order right consistently. Considering I go there at least 3 to 4 times a week

This was my go to when I wanted the perfect drink. I used to go here about 5 times a week but they making my drinks crappie for past month. I have had my drink remade twice in one order & they dont get it right. Unfair & disappointing for the customer. I have a another reason to buy Starbucks so often.

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. The only compliant never room to sit and enjoy which means I have to take it to go or find another location.

I live within walking distance and go there once in a while. Maybe once a week. Good place to chill, have a cup of coffee, and surf the internet in peace. The staff is always nice and the place is decently clean.
