He took a look at my car and immediately told me where an oil leak was coming from and also ordered me a new exhaust system that was getting noisy. The next day my car was repaired and am completely satisfied with the work.They also went the extra mile and attached my front license plate for me that I had in the front windshield because my license plate bracket was damaged.John is a really nice guy and knows his stuff. He also called a few days later to check and see if everything was going ok with the car. Who does that anymore?I highly recommend.

John provides excellent customer service, is very honest and extremely knowledgeable in automobile repair. I trust John 100% which is extremely rare for me to say.Recently the brakes on my truck were failing as I was driving by his shop on a Friday. Needless to say this was very dangerous. John, the owner, is the most FAIR, amazing, servant-hearted human being I have EVER met who also just happens to be a Godly man & COMPLETE expert on just about EVERY motor known to man! He even does farm equipment and plowing equipment amongst other things. He is about 7 minutes away from me and is willing to drive me home when I have to leave my car with him. It was a fluke that I came across this place. Had an incident the night before & was told I probably need a new part plus paint to match the car. I pulled in and Vlad came out to greet me. He said he could fix it without replacing. He had me come in and meet John. I expected to set up an appointment for another day, but he said they could fit me in and take care of it. He was running late for another engagement, but stayed to finish up with me first. Ive dealt with many mechanics through the years, but he is the most genuine I have ever met. Great experience.

Held my car for 5 months and didnt repair. Never returned multiple voice messages. Vehiicle deteriorated outside his establishment over the fall and winter. I could only get him to pickup my calls by calling from a different phone and then he asked for more time apologetically. Even after saying I was coming to pickup my vehicle the next day, he was unprepared. Car was disassembled and I needed to wait a long time. He said they didnt have time to get to it even though I notified in advance Id be coming, Battery was long dead sitting in his lot. When taking it home, oil burning odor was overwhelming. He obviously didnt check valve covers and car had major leak. My car was in a worse condition then when it was brought there.Terrible experience with so called vehicle repair. He said they dropped the ball on my car. Apologetic but 5 months of frustration from someone who said originally he knew my car.Ted

Had an emergency repair on a time constraint. Had additional parts to go in (that were part of substantial mods done to my 03 VW GTI). Yesterday, (Wednesday) they took me in, looked at the car and said they would do their best to fit me in and get me back on the road asap. To my pleasant surprise, they had messaged me via WhatsApp to tell me that the car was on the lift this morning, Thursday, and had already made substantial progress. They got the work done in about what book time would cost. Got the car picked up this afternoon and couldnt be happier with the work. The labor cost is about what the industry average is, so there was no surprise. However, they made the experience a huge relief for me and really knocked it out of the park, so its money well spent. Definitely recommending this shop (currently under renovations) to anyone who needs repairs. They are extremely helpful, flexible and friendly.
