So this place is awesome! From day one, it was clear that customer service has always been a priority to them. Theyve always greeted me when I walk in the door, and theyre always Pleasant to work with. Sometimes theyre in the back, but Ive never waited for more than a minute or so before someone comes to the counter. This is why Ive always come back. The place isnt the cleanest, but it is clean enough to sit down and watch television or review a magazine while you wait, which I never do. They are pretty much a Down-to-earth bunch of guys, so communicating the issues about my car is easy and I love that they explain things to me that I dont understand. They are patient and respectful. Their prices are decent and they show respect for your time. Ive never gotten the feeling of being taken advantage of because Im a woman, which is what I feel in many places. When I drive my car away it usually works the same, but the next day...it is so nice! I can feel the difference. Now that is a 5-star review, well deserved!

These guys are great. They always have my car ready in a timely manner, they are laid back and friendly, knowledgable, and never try to upsell me on things I dont need.

The guys here at Meineke are always a help. I’ve brought my cars here for 6 years and have always had honest and good work done. I can always count on them to find the issue and give me an honest estimate. And if they don’t feel comfortable with a certain job, they’ll tell you. Many mechanics run predatory shops, preying on the less mechanically inclined. Skip those places and choose Meineke.

On one of the most horrible days of my wifes life, Dave stepped up and got us taken care of. My wifes father had a massive stroke and was declared brain dead. She received the call and we immediately got up and got going. Not five minutes into our 7 hour trip, the check engine light came on. A mouse had chewed into our 2nd cylinder wire. We had to get it fixed right away. Phone calls abound Dave at this Meineke answered and immediately went to work getting us in and taken care of. Taking away one major stress and letting us get on our way. I cant thank him enough!!! To Dave and all the gentlemen at this Meineke, wethank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Great customer service

For 3 years now the staff here have always given my 1989 service van the prompt attenion it needs to get back out on the road serving my local customers. Starting with the initial phone call to then end, when explaining what exactly was wrong.I always get a verbal estimate and the work is done thoroughly and correctly. Dave and the staff are great communicators and if someone else has had a problem here with I thought it was this and they repaired that or it was more than they quoted and I had no warning then its their own fault.Dave always explains whether I ask or not because, he cares . I made an appointment to have my brakes checked and they did an excellent job. Not only that, there was a rattling noise from both front brakes (was not there for that) that I believed to be normal for years. While working, Dave spotted the problem, replaced the caliper supports and the noise was gone! I had the noise for 10 years easily. Not one other mechanic saw this while servicing my van before. Im talking about local shops that specialize in custom trucks very nearby to this shop, why? Were they not looking at their work or were their eyes closed? To me that speaks volumes about caring for your customers and their cars.Get over to this place and have your vehicle serviced, start with an oil change, what are you waiting for!

Staff is fantastic! Always honest, friendly and welcoming. Never once have they tried to push unnecessary work on my cars. Anytime I have had issues, they explained everything so I could actually understand, thats not something you get from most shops. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to. They are amazing and hardworking. I love these guys and couldnt recommend them enough.

SCAM! Went there for an estimate to just connect a simple exhaust pipe. I got a $560 estimate that totally was a lie. Saying I need a new muffler, practically a whole new exhaust system. I remember when Meineke was a reasonable exhaust shop. I went to the dealer and got an estimate for a fraction of what blue mohawk wanted to rip me off with. scumbag

The service rep. was pleasant and respectful. He explained my issue in detail. He gave me options and an estimate that was right on target. He said one hour and it was one hour to get my alternator replaced. The rep. mentioned that I had another minor issue and assured me that it wasnt an emergency. There was never an elbow twisting moment to get this work done now. Very happy. Unfortunately, I was visiting relatives so I cant use them again since Im so far away.

Last month I brought my car in to have the exhaust fixed. Pleasantly surprised I wasnt pressured to replace the entire system, just replaced one part. Who now a days fixes anything? They did!Yesterday I went back with the same car, a Lexus, that I wont just let anyone touch, for brakes. Another positive experience. Not only did the manager Dave explain everything but the tech Dan did too. They even applied two coupons without even having to be asked.These guys are professional, knowledgeable, nice and HONEST!

I made a appointment for this Meineke shop. I went there and thought I needed a whole muffle system. But instead they told me I did not and just needed a muffler kit which cost almost nothing. They were very honest and had me in and out of there in 20 minutes. Great place very friendly and the prices are not bad at all. This is the place to go

They ripped me off and caused further problems with my car that I didnt originally have. Went there for simple problem and ended up with major problems such as my car not running at all. Had to pay another mechanic to fix what they messed up. I will never go there or recommend them to anyone ever. Dont go there!! You have been warned.

I need synthetic oil for my car and I had taken it in for an oil change and it had only cost me $30 so the next time I brought it in for an oil change I was told it was now $99 for the oil change. So I asked why it was so cheap last time and the guy said that they put regular oil not synthetic in it last time (which can ruin ur car), I asked why would he have done that and the guy said you must have asked for it. Which I didnt Im not stupid, I know what my car needs. Safe to say I told him to leave my car alone and called my regular mechanic and the oil change was only $60. Never going back here, they where rude and almost ruined my car. Beware

Want for a brakes replacement and left without brakes drove 2 blocks carefully without brakes back to meineke had my hazard light on and sound my horn came to a traffic light sounding my horn a car hits me pins my car to a pole and the car that hit me. All because I want to get my brakes done and they never test the car for a drive.

Having lived in Bethlehem PA for 10 years now you would think I would go to any of the garages much closer to me, but I prefer to see my friends over at this Meineke in NJ because they always skip the B.S. and get right to the root of the problem. Ive never been pressured in to anything I didnt need, and Ive always been treated as an equal, not like some garages that talk to you like you couldnt possibly understand the situation. Ive always gotten the problem solved the first time around with my cars at this garage. Cheers, guys!

Went to get my brakes and exhaust checked out. Thought I needed whole new exhaust system which was gonna cost a lot but the guy makes the pipe himself and it will be costing me a lot less.

I had engine light on due to a leak so i did the smoke test over this the Worse experience ever after 4 hrs he said i need to change a vent so i changed it and light came back on so i went back to redo the smoke test he wanted to charge me again so i said no bring my car out so the jerk dave wanted to charge me 25 $ for just for putting my car on lift with no work done on it i was going to call the police so his coworker hand me the keys and tood me to leave stay away from that store i called meinke and I complained about him

We were taken care of right away, & treated fair they showed me the problem & a few solutions & costs, I recommend taking your vehicle to Meineke

Having utilized the services of this Meineke in the past I can confidently say that Meineke offers superfluous service at a very good price.The technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough in their diagnoses.There are no pressured sales tactics and the value is superb which facilitates a great customer experience .

I had an oil leak that I got fixed in February.They have a 3 month warranty.Now, 5 months later Im having exactly the same problem.This is ridiculous.

I when to this location because I have little leak on one of my tires, and told me I have to wait for more the 2 hours, of course I walk away i drove 3 blocks and they did it in less the 5 minutes, was a nail, so Im going to give you only 2 star for dont Ive try to look at it !!!

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee to Meineke today with a loud exhaust they told us that are catalytic converter and Muffler was no good and had to be replaced when all it was was a small hole in the pipe itself they gave me an estimated price of $1,400 to fix everything when all it was was just a $80 repair
