There are a few things to know before going there. Their furniture is super expensive, everything is special ordered from Italy and it takes several months to receive it.If youre ok with all that, it is THE go-to store for high-end sofas and various other pieces of furniture. Nothing beats the looks, comfort, functionality and quality of Natuzzi Italia. Not to be confused with Natuzzi sold in other stores, as they are made in China, granted with Natuzzi materials, but the lower level types. Still good but not as amazing at the Made in Italy furniture sold in this store. Those reclining sofas are out of this world and their leather is luxurious. They also have gorgeous tables, dining sets and accessories, all with a high-end price tag.Our salesperson, Mario, was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. If you can afford to shop there, by all means, run for it! But be patient with the delivery!

As a designer, I have worked with the Natuzzi Pinecrest showroom on numerous occasions. Jasmine, the manager, and the salespeople, both Mario and Andres are all extremely helpful, organized and patient. I would highly recommend sourcing Natuzzi for all your hand-crafted Italian needs.

My wife and I went to the store late Friday afternoon primarily to look for a sofa and reclining loveseat. Unlike the previous reviews, we were warmly greeted and were given the royal treatment. The staff readily printed out spec sheets for the various models we were interested in and showed us other items of potential interest. True, there are many items that are quite expensive, but there were available alternatives that were more reasonably priced; obviously, this is no IKEA, but as they say, you get what you pay for. It helps if you use an interior decorator as the store gives generous trade discounts. Overall, an unexpectedly pleasant experience and we will be making our purchase soon.

From the moment we stepping into the Pinecrest store the customer service experience was above and beyond! Andres designed our living space including an initial visit to our home to review the placement of the furniture and ensure the pieces worked. In addition, Andres was on site for delivery. The overall experience was outstanding! Jasmine, the store Manager, was as engaged offering stellar design ideas. We were so happy with Natuzzi Italia Pinecrest, we went back to accessorize our living space. The teamwork demonstrated by Andres, Jasmine and Mario was seamless! Worst customer service and experience at this store! Save youre time and money if you would like to be treated with any respect. The store manager, and I use that term loosely, J.C. Bernace, was both condescending and aggressive towards my children and husband. There are better stores throughout Miami so save yourself a visit!
