We had an extremely positive experience with Trimline. We did a huge remodel on our home and a big part of that was our kitchen. Nancy was wonderful and took us through a very thoughtful and detailed process to design our kitchen both from a function as well as aesthetic perspective. They have a thorough process from beginning to finish. Even their installer Paul was wonderful and spent so much time in our home making sure everything was just right. If anything needed to be adjusted/changed, they were very responsive and professional. They made everything right and we very much appreciate it. We love our kitchen and would recommend Trimline without reservation!

My husband and I went to Trimline to get information about possibly redoing our kitchen. Nancy was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and even came out to our house to look at our existing kitchen and offer ideas and suggestions. Trimline Design Center has done an amazing job for me on repeated occasions dating back to 1986, when they designed and installed my kitchen. Over the years, they also did renovations of two bathrooms, a laundry / utility room, and a wall of built-in bookcases. If you are looking to remodel your kitchen look no further. Trimline is the perfect place. No decorator needed. Nancy and Richard came up with the perfect plan for my kitchen. They are with you guiding you from start to finish. I used some of their contractors and I use some of mine. However I recommend everyone that they use. Excellent service. They show up 2 to 3 times a week and called periodically to make sure everything is running smoothly and in time. They are totally hands on from beginning to end. I can not say enough about them and their service. No wonder they have been in business all these years.

Kitchen remodeling is so overwhelming but with Trimline Design you can feel at ease. It has a beautiful showroom that offers you a variety of kitchendesigns & styles you can see & touch to help you visualize your dream kitchen. Nancy, the owner is simply just wonderful! We can’t say enough about her.She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful eye when it comes not only to the aesthetic portion of your kitchen but to its functionality.She’s patient and never makes you fell pressured. I love the fact that she is so detailed in every aspect of the kitchen. Every cm is accounted for and ifthat wasn’t enough you have quick Rick ;) (Nancy’s husband) double checking the measurements on site. Waste of my time. “That’s expensive” was the “salesman’s” reply whenever I expressed interest in an item in their showroom. He was basically saying “You can’t afford it.” Hearing “that’s expensive” instead of telling me about the product was awful. Plywood or MDF cabinets at hardwood prices, with Walmart level service.

I rarely write reviews. I enjoy reading them. So, I figured I should do my part. Id like to let the readers know that I recently remodeled our kitchen after twenty years. Richard and Nancy were able to guide us through the steps and offer choices along the way. It wasnt just Here you go What do you think? They took the time to listen to our wants and needs, and show us options with colors and materials. I was surprised how they made more storage space in the same area.They came up with a schedule that they were able to stick with. Im thankful.

CAUTION, NOT WHAT I PAID FOR...PLYWOOD CABINETS CONSIDERED THE BEST FOR BATHROOMS ACCORDING TO TRIMLINE! THIS WAS THE MATERIAL RECOMENDED BY TRIMLINE, ELMWOOD TOP OF THE LINE CABINETARY, definitely not suitable for the bathroom as you can see. Previously repaired in less than a year all my bathroom vanities are delaminating and expanding. The worst part has been the time consuming process constantly reaching out, sending emails without resolution, they have gone out of their way to accept any responsibility avoiding to fix the problem. Mr. Ware wrongfully accused me of negligence based on a hypothetical without proof of evidence or rational other than the obvious, cabinets where poor quality. The request for service process have been a painful experience, a year process further only making the initial damage worse. The pictures shown represent the current status of my vanities, I have yet to resolve the matter.They will fight you every step of the way, to ensure they are not liable, the cabinet warranty is just a piece of paper they use for show. This 40 year old company employing contractors and engineers, have the experience but lack business ethics!
