Lucky has a great pharmacy: uncrowded, reasonable prices, good service. I especially want to point out the importance of Pharmacists and their role in keeping us all healthy and safe. Remember, we can get our vaccinations at Lucky Pharmacy and I highly recommend the Lucky in Pinole Vista shopping center.

Bought a birthday cake from the bakery is was delicious, first cakes I ever tasted that didnt taste like a bowl of sugar. It was great.

This is the BEST Luckys in West County. Always stocked. Produce always fresh, varied and plentiful. Great choice of fresh meat, seafood. And great selection of frozen foods. Parking is great. Staff friendly. Clean well stocked store.

If you go to this store, be ready to spend at least 20 minutes in line. They usually keep only 1 or 2 registers open and there are always 6-7 people in line. That is why I prefer to go to the different store.

Clean and organized but store still feels dated after minor remodel. Employees on this day seemed average. Not much in the way of greeting customers or asking g about their shopping experience.

I am from Sacramento visit this store usually shopping for my mother. The first time in the store got charged for items on my receipt did not purchase?Second time at the store was last minute shopping for a barbecue before the 4th of July. So there were some bottles of Dads rootheer on the counter.I asked for three she rings three up. continues her conversation with the bagger. I get home that one bottle is in my bag. I paid for three? Call the store they dont answer their phone?My two very ugly unprofessional experiences reason for my review and remarks. My advice is to check the receipt before exiting the store.

They always only have two Lines open and they have large lines they never grab anything to solve that

Bought a double choclate fudge cake . Omg was it yummy . They have great cakes for a great price . Compared to other large grocery stores . Check out luckys first for a great cake and great price . Service was good too in and out . No waiting

This is our grocery store for shopping. I enjoy the cleaniness, the friendly workers. Theres always something to buy thats new. And the bakery and deli area always has yummy bread,cakes and salads. Our beer is always on special so thats a great thing.

Got 2 slabs of ribs got in and out in minutes and bagger was courteous and got me a cart

Train all of your employees to be consistent when they’re carding... if the law is that you’re supposed to card everyone who buys alcohol make sure you do that regardless of what they look like!!!!

Cashier was so kind and helpful! This place is definitely improving. Sanitizer and wipes at the door, this is not a given in some places. Store was clean and well sticker with good selection. Only one way in and out....thats the only downside. I would ask for one door to enter and the other side to exit. That would be better for social distancing.

Its a lot better with the renovation. Customer svc good barriers up at self check out.

Its changing inside and for the better. All meats and salads are now in glass cases and many other aisles as well. The entire store will be like this and it is so neat and clean. Really enjoy shopping there

I went in to buy 1gal of milk. I stood in line for 22min. I was there at 9pm. Finally walked out at 9:27pm. The line was 3/4 of the way down the aisle. Pretty sad. Very disappointed.

This store is very clean and well-organized. The staff is very friendly I the Isles are very nice and wide especially if you are in a wheelchair pushing a basket

I went to their deli because the website says they have gluten free options. They do not have any gluten free options-theu wouldnt even do a lettuce wrap. I then tried to find gluten free bread and checked with a stocker that said he would look in back, however he went back to stocking and talking to other people and never came back to us.The only gluten free bread I found was in the freezer. So no sandwiches for me... boo.

Oh my God! DO NOT GET YOUR CHERRIES OR POMEGRANATES ANY WHERE ELSE! and the pharmacy which Im a regular customer of, is pretty good as well! They will have my refills ready without even asking! Excellent! And theyre so nice!

Good selection but a little bit more expensive compared to other grocery stores like Raleys where I can get the exact same two items for the price of one item that Luckys sells them for.

The miserable checker Steve C., was extremely rude ... felt like I had to walk on egg shells! The young bagger had some etiquette skills and she was very pleasant.

They need signage. I would have stayed longer and done more shopping this last visit but couldnt find the things I wanted. They rearranged most of the store and they lack signs. Needs more work.

The New York steak I bought from the meat counter was dog food. Literally, I gave it to my neighbors dogs. I dont shop there much as about a year ago got some rotten chicken. After they did a store face lift I thought maybe they were better. A BIG BEWARE they are dumping garbage. The people who work there are wonderful, helpful and trying to do a fantastic job. I think the corp is screwing them. My shopping there is at a n extreme minimum now. Oh, 5 years ago it was great.

Great place to shop for groceries. Generally good prices too. Sometimes the lines can be long, but the automated checkout line is often available. Plus today, Boxing Day aka the 26th of December, they had all sorts of Christmas stuff all half price.

They have been stocked during the quarantine which has been nice. Their organic section is quite small.

Convenient location. Wider cleaner aisles, much better than local Safeway. Quality of meat is not as good as Safeway. Rewards program is not good and effective like Safeway does.

Please fix that deli chicken. Most times it looks like it was cooked the day before and reheated.

This Luckys is quite nice, has a mix of price points which is nice. Not too high end but better than the Safeway. Parking is easy. They are remodeling the entrances so a.bit messy but not bad! Self check if in a rush..

It can get pretty busy but self check is great if you don’t have too much stuff. I like that you can get money orders until 9pm! And they recently remolded so it looks pretty nice.

They only have 1 entrance into the store now, thats ok but why do they only have 1 front Handicap park, in front of the entrance! They need the whole section UP FRONT, FOR HANDICAP PARKING ONLY!!! Nobody outside wiping down carts! They were out of cleaning solution for the carts!!!! Awful these COVIC-19 DAYS!

A little pricey at checkout but its close to my house so convenience is my main reason for frequenting this store. Not a lot of organic chicken options and sometimes its hard to find 90%+ lean ground beef.

Luckys grocery stores are a favorite In the bay area. The prices are not to expensive and the service is really good. I can find almost everything i need immediately but if i cant find it i can locate a worker that will show me where anything is located. The one downside is that California has to charge for bags so if you go shopping and dont have bags you will have to pay!

Always shop here, friendly people that go the extra mile, and with a smile on their face!I love their 5 for 5 in the meat department, its the perfect amount for my husband and I.So many people shop a Safeway and they are so busy I just hate even going in the parking lot, lucky can get busy as well, but with the Threes a crowd even if they are busy they open up another line tell there all open if more then 3 people are in line, now thats nice!So I guess its lucky me.

This store has the rudest employees that Ive ever experienced in a grocery store. Its so frustrating because it is a nice store, but the employees are just not happy to be there. They do not say hello or thank you at the check out and they do not know how to bag the groceries. Groceries are not cheap and it would be nice if they tried to act like they appreciate the business.

This store is so much better than the nearby Safeway. Friendly staff and they seem to keep everything stocked. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is sometimes the lines are ridiculously long.

Crazy media-hyped crowds tonight! The employees had deer-in-the-headlight looks but handled the chaos really well!

Shopping 🛍 for groceries

Seafood is not fresh frozen. Don’t eat it! Meat/seafood customer service with Latino gentleman very rude and not helpful. “I’m closing soon, you should just take what is here.” I asked for frozen and for him to “tare” the scale to such as the gentleman did the night before. He just blew me off. Welp. Driving to El Cerrito where they are always helpful. Only came here because it is 5 minutes from my home. I will not that counter ever again.

Great store friendly staff super clean

Good grocery store, usually good prices and a very good selection, mostly better than Wal-Mart or Target. Better quality than some of the other nearby groceries. Generally really friendly employees.There are a few odd items like pine nuts that are sold for twice as much as other nearby places.

The checker was very nice and outgoing. Store is great and the isles were not crowded and narrow.
