Special ordered an oven and waited 6 weeks just for them to deliver without the cord. The delivery people said we didnt order one, but we did and is on our bill. Called store, they verified we should of got one. Told me I could come to store and get one, but they were out of stock and told me to go to Home Depot to get one....this was store manager that told me this.

Worst place to do business with. Company has now canceled twice on delivery. Cant seem to get items in stock. Communications with store is very poor. Dealing with the Piqua store.
