I would recommend this place always takes time for me never hurrying

Went to the Piqua store. Both people working there had poor attitudes and acted like we were bothering them. I bought an IPhone SE. The whole experience was ackward. No communication from the lady working there. I got the phone home and immediately was locked out of it. My employer requires I have a phone. I went back to the store and again was treated poorly like I was a bother. Didn’t offer any solution other than to google it. Really? So I go to the Troy Ohio store. A new girl is working and claims the computers are down and that her trainee left for the day? So you have two stores less than 15 minutes from each other who are completely worthless. How can you serve customers and make money here? My brother and his wife and family have boost. Not anymore. Turns out the iPhone I was sold was garbage and was completely locked out of it despite many many attempts to fix it. Thanks to boost i am out of $170. I will tell everyone of my experience.

The customer service is great but the store never keeps the correct hours waited outside for a hour no one ever showed and the store was supposed to open at 10 am it is now 1pm

I still much rather have verizon.

They are amazing customer service reps. Friendly with a smile and always willing to help. I have been to many different boost stores and none can compare to this one. Great deals and service for new and existing customers.

Chaz from this store helped me yesterday in Troy and absolutely impressed me. As someone who feels they have exceptional customer service skills, I must admit this guy is probably even better. He was professional but genuine, very helpful and knowledgeable. In my time there I watched him assist many others in a quick professional manner.He even managed to change the attitude of an unhappy customer to a pleasant one by the time she left. If I have ever though anyone at boost deserves a promotion it’s seriously this guy !

I have been to other phone companies and this one is by far the best! Will never switch again!

Horrendous service in Troy, OH. Tried to return new phones 2 days after purchase and they would not. Buyer beware that if you buy it there is NO RETURN POLICY in Piqua Ohio store. I live less than 1 mile from I-75 and I get 1 bar when sitting in my living room. Phone calls drop anywhere in my house and I’m using a brand new iPhone 6. Unlimited data is useless if you can’t access it. I never thought I’d say this but I wish I stayed with straight talk. I had them for 2 years on an old iPhone 5s and never once lost a call or had trouble accessing data. Only drawback was no tethering.There is no customer service. If you live in Ohio, be aware that the service sucks. If you need your service, it won’t work for you. If you expect a company with a reasonable refund policy, you won’t find it here.From experience: straight talk is great but you can’t tether. AT&T was good for me but got too expensive. I hear and read really good things about Metro PCS. Whenever I ditch this wasted investment, I’m trying Metro.

Dont waste your time. Terrible cell service. My calls drop all the time and the calls that dont drop are full of static. Its reminds me of the old Verizon commercials- can you hear me now? Only the people on the other end cant hear me. The plans and phones are cheap but they are not worth the frustration. You will not be able to hold a conversation without asking if the other person is still on the line or if they can hear you. If you want to go back to cell phone quality of the 1990s, go for it.

Employees knew exactly what i needed and delivered it quickly and efficiently and i was in and out in under 15 minutes and went about my day

Theyre phones r not real gd ..they try to force u to get phone u dont really want ..wanted a moto g5 nd they didnt have any in he said ...nd told me since i already had a sylous 3 i should get sylous 4 plus lmao nothing but pure junk .i got one nd it was defective they took it bk nd gave me another nd didnt even try to let me have opinions of other phone .acted mad becuz i bought it in ..they gave me another stylous 4plus ..now im stuck with paying 15 a month for 18 months ...
