James was absolutely fantastic! We needed to add a new line to our account and wanted to upgrade our phones from Android to Apple. Not only was he knowledgeable but he also got the new line added and got us our new phones very quickly! The process was smooth and he was fun to talk to while we waited for our information being transferred to our new phones. He also helped us lower our bill by explaining how to enroll in auto pay. One of our BEST experiences at a Verizon store!

The service that Matt provided me with the beyond anything I have experienced. He was so nice and kind and gave us what we needed and didnt push us into things we didnt need. Ill be back in to deal with him personally. Thank you so much for everything Matt.

We switched from T-Mobile today. We had Hailey as our Verizon sales associate and she was absolutely amazing. She made it so easy and was super sweet. Made it all super easy and was super fast about it.

Bo has by far been the best to work with at verizon. My wife and I purchased new phones and cases and he was a ton of help. If you visit the store in Piqua definitely ask for Bo.

My husband and I have both purchased our phones here. The store is clean, bright and were always greeted when we arrive. The sales people here, although quite helpful, are definitely sales people who are trained to steer you to the latest and greatest. Just be aware that they may not have what you are looking for in stock, unless its the flagship model. Both times we have had personable young guys who appear to be amped up on energy drinks bouncing off the walls, who talk 100 miles/hour. Its as if they are on a timer to get you in and out as fast as as possible. This is not all bad, but if you want to ask some questions or browse a little, you will feel rushed. Overall it was a positive experience.

Haley ABSOLUTELY saved my life today. My phone was crushed. She got me a new one and got my content restored. Im so grateful for her. I was in and out in a timely manner and her courtesy was much appreciated!!!!

Bo helped me add a phone to my account that was originally on a spectrum acct. it was possibly the most frustrating process I’ve ever been involved with and Bo was the MOST patient and MOST polite and MOST helpful and MOST tolerant person I’ve ever seen. I don’t have words enough to compliment him adequately. He ended up staying at least 45 minutes beyond closing helping me get the problem resolved. I certainly hope there is some way of recognizing his consciousness and dedication to doing his job well beyond the call of duty.

I went in with a shattered phone screen on one phone and a needed upgrade on another. Beau did an amazing job at making sure this happened for me in the easiest/ cost effective route. He was very informative, friendly, and customer service oriented. He went above and beyond by calling me when I forgot my bag of accessories and stayed later than his store hours to be sure that I got them. I appreciate all of the service he provided. I also apologize for forgetting the bag.

I was trying desperately for 2 days to get my mothers new phone activated. I called Verizon and dealt with their customer service people for 2 days with no luck! They kept asking me where I got the phone and I kept replying from Verizon! Finally, I called my local Verizon store and talked to Bo. I told him the situation and he told me to come on out. He said it was getting close to closing but that he would stay if needed! When I got there it took him seconds to activate the phone compared to the two days I spent on the phone with Verizon! AMAZING customer service! I highly recommend not wasting time on the phone and just going into to the local store! Thanks Bo!!!

Made the mistake of going to the huber heights store for a phone. They suck. I went to TCC for help and Hayley was truly so kind. She helped me get it set up. Im sorry for the folks who had a rough time, but the TTC people have always been VERY helpful and VERY kind, professional and courteous to me. Offered problem solutions to help me save $$$ and get more phone for my money. THEY ARE NOT A FULL VERIZON AUTHORIZED CENTER, but then...there are a few tricks they can pull because theyre not tied to the corporate tether.
