The workers are top notch

Last time purchasing something from this joke of a store. I pre ordered NBA 2k21 and I cant even have it when it releases. Last year they stayed open late so you could get it on time. This year you have to wait until the next day when the open. Should have just bought it online. I wont make that same mistake ever again. Im done

Love it I go with my dad and get a 25 card all the time and the employees are very nice but one thing is when the pandemic you had to pay with like cards or like gamestops cards so I just go to Walmart and get it

Always a great experience. The employees at this store are always knowledgeable and friendly and the store is always clean and well stocked. If they dont have it they will help you find it.

I went there just to see if I could get a cheap xbox 360 game and I tryed to hand the cashier $10 for a $7 game and she didnt want it. She told me to go to dollar tree to get a gamestop gift card because they wouldnt except cash. Like if I went and got A $15 card I wouldnt use it again because I rarely go to gamestops

Excellent service, the employees here are willing to help you any time any day. Although one cashier was a bit rude to me due to my method of purchase, it was the only time it ever happened. The hours could be better, I often find my self having to schedule visits to Gamestop.

Heavy upsells abound! So many upsells that I kind of regretted not just downloading the digital version of the game. By the time I got to the register with my one chosen item I has been informed of their sale twice, directly handed a flyer regarding their sale, and asked numerous times if he could help me find anything. Then, at the register, he tried to upsell me the in-game currency, and protection plan. The answer is no. I just wanted to buy a game. Leave me alone.

The entire team at this Gamestop went out of their way to find my 4 year old son a hard to find Disney Infinity Character, I cant thank them enough for being able to get it for him. Not only that but each person interacted sooo nicely with my son and was super excited for him when he talked about the character he wanted. Id rate 6 Stars if I could! Thanks again, keep it up!

I enjoy coming in frequently to look around. I have a playstation 4, wii, wii u, nintendo 3ds, xbox 360, xbox one, and PC. Plus I play the pokemon trading card game and board games. I like their selection of pokemon cards; however, I wish they had the booster packs and tournament decks that walmart has.There clothing rack is nice too!Super affordable for pre-owned games. I am excited to see how their new renting system works.This is a great place for families and people who just want to find something to play.
