These folks are great. I have taken a variety of cars there over the years. They always use the best parts and charge you a fair price. Dealer parts, and higher quality work at way less than the dealer price, how can you go wrong?

Got my car towed in after it just broke down, they called me an hour later to let me know it was the fuel line. Told me the price as well, told me they would have it ready by the end of the day. 3 hours later it was done and my car had been great ever since.

My sister had to have my car towed in since I lived 4 hours away. They took my car in, diagnosed it and explained everything in detail as to why they needed to do this in order to do that. I called and the ADVISOR told they do not work on older carsmy car 1997 Mercury Cougar ( low miles ) seemed she was notinterested . My comment is only because I HAD NEVER HAD A PERSONTURN AWAY WORK !

I called⁰ to ask questions and possibly get an estimate but as soon as I asked my first questions and started my second he cut me off and was very unprofessional. would never use their service because of this situation.

Did not like the charge I was told about to check out my car. I asked the lady if I choose to have the service done would that check out charge be waived. I was told no. I also thought the Check out charge was way too high at over $100.00.

We started taking our cars after having many problems with other shops where they said something and didn’t follow through. For this kind of job you need to trust your shop because you can not see the work being done.From the beginning we always got excellent service starting with the moment they answered the phone. They are very welcoming and ready to set up an appointment, then you get there and their office is always in good shape and clean, the bathroom and the work area is very well organized. That’s a lot for a place that can be messy most of the time. After that they always listen to what you have to say about your problem and ask you questions. Very friendly staff with people ready to help you. Then they examine the car and give you a price (Always a great price).Always on time for giving your car back. They have options, like ride home-shop-home at this moment I don’t use it but they offer those services. With our eyes closed we trust them and always make us feel special and give us the feeling to come back again. NO DOUBTSThank you Pittsburgh Automotive!

It was a nice experience I went there to get my air conditioner worked on. The attitudes of the workers were great everybody was nice the place is really clean and comfortable and it was just an overall good experience I will be going back there again

This is my go to mechanic shop for all my vehicles needs. They have great customer service and great quality. Jessica and Nancy are always helpful and great with communicating whats happening with your vehicle and this shop is just well ran.

My husband and I brought our Ford, Taurus here to be diagnosed. We gave specific detail about the issues we were experiencing with it. After a few days (and a $130 bill) they called us to let us know they needed to do further testing to figure out the issue. This would result in an additional fee which I was not willing to pay at the time.So we took the car home, looked at a few youtube videos specific to the year, make & model of our car and the issues we were having. After my husband and I looking under the hood ourselves, we discovered a spark plug wire was hanging off and also our cruise control sensor had worn and become misplaced.We fixed the spark plug wire by pushing it back on, and used a twist tie to hold the cruise control sensor in place. The car now drives with no issues.We have ordered the $15 dollar cruise control part needed for the permanent repair.All in all, disappointed that a mechanic was not only unable to find the issue but also charged $130 diagnostic service fee for something I, myself, a woman with little knowledge for cars, was able to solve in a days time.Very unsatisfied and disappointed with this shop.

I was referred by a friend over 5+ years ago, he has brought all of his classic car show vehicles and all of his cars for over 15 years ( I thought wow!!!! If he trusted his classic show cars, vets etc.... They must be good). After my first visit, I told them they were now my personal mechanics. I have been bringing both cars ever since. The staff are friendly, professional, honest. They are reasonably priced. The 2 young ladies!!!!! Jessica & Nancy are very knowledgeable about cars. I was impressed. They will explain/ show in detail what any problems are with your vehicle. The owner Bill is a gem as well. I Finally found a mechanic who is not out to take advantage of women or try to rip you off.Thank you guys!!!!!!!!

My car recently over heated and I took it to Pittsburg Auto for diagnosis and repair. I chose them because they had good reviews and were only a mile from my home as well as offered Saturday hours. They took my car same day, diagnosed the issue to be a leaking y connection within the cooling system. Nancy, who runs the service desk did a great job explaining the issue and was very sweet, pleasant and easy to talk to about the issue. They checked over the entire car and reported to me other items that should be addressed soon, but in no way pushed me to get additional work done. The cost was very reasonable and I will definitely use them going forward. Thank you Pittsburg Automotive for a job well done and no high pressure sales tactics! Really appreciate you!

I have been going to Pittsburg Automotive since they were Honda Pro back in Antioch. Ive been going here for 12+ years. I have always loved their honesty. They have NEVER steered me wrong. They are always willing to work with you and they are very understanding. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I cant see myself going anywhere else!

Ive been going to Bill for years when it comes keeping my cars in tip top shape! They are always on top of things! They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy, and they have a extremely clean shop!! Jessica and Nanci are a big help an make you feel as if your family!! My Husband and I were lucky enough to find a little place in the back of a gas station called HondaPro when we moved to Antioch in 2000. Since then Bill Sanchez has expanded to the Pittsburg Automotive that we see today. One thing hasnt changed: TRUST! There is nothing more important than trust when it comes to automotive service. When you find that, hold on tight! Thats why my Husband and I only use Pittsburg Automotive for both of our Honda vehicles.Bill and his staff give it to you straight. Here is what we see; you need to fix this now and this can wait until next time, but we need to keep an eye on it. Fair price and fair service. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else. I took my car there and I had a very good experience. The price was reasonable and the staff were both knowledgeable and courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner. Had a radiator replaced for half the price of what my dealer wanted, I will definitely be a return customer.

My honda car was running fine until it started stalling all sudden and randamly. A mechanic I was going to did some work done but was unable to fix. I almost gave up on my car but decided to try Pittsburg Automotive before looking into buying a new car. They asked for paperwork from the previous mechanic and asked me some questions, and my car was fixed a couple hours later. It has been more than a month, and my car has never stalled!!I will stick to this place from now on.

I had a very positive experience with this shop. They installed a rebuilt transmission with a 3-year warranty,fixing the botched job that another shop had done. They were efficient, accommodating, friendly and very professional.I liked them so much that I had some other minor work done immediately. They perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle and document everything in detail, providing user-friendly reports, labor descriptions and recommendations..If you have looked long and hard for the shop that has it all, your search is over. These guys and gals are top-notch.

I was in need of a smog. My neighbor said he uses Pittsburg Automotive and highly recommends them. I went online and made an appointment. When i arrived there I was greeted by the two lady service writers who promptly did the paperwork. The smog tech started the smog. When they were done with the smog Jessica went over a few maintenance items that my 4Runner needed. (They also did a complete inspection for me). I made a appointment to have the repairs done. I have taken my car to Pittsburg Automotive for its repairs for a few years now, never had anything bad to say; always professional, quick and kept my car running like new. Recently, I received my tag renewal that required a smog check, so I took it to a place in Antioch. They put my car on the machine, revved it, and told me it failed. They told me to go down the street to a specific shop to be diagnosed. No way, I took it to Pittsburg Automotive, that I know and trust. The same day, they put it on their machine, and it passed smog. Nothing at all wrong with the car. I have learned my lesson, my cars go no where but Pittsburg Automotive!

Was a long time customer took my truck for a smog they tested my truck said it failed called it a gross polluter took my truck home found one plug wire disconnected thats why it failed they refused to correct it....Never been back
