HORRIBLE experience. Left without purchasing due to terrible, unwelcoming and SEXIST environment. You have two guys at the counter TODAY OCTOBER 15 FRIDAY AT NOON 12PM WHO are yelling profanities to each other in Spanish, talking about their $2,000 versus $5,000 child support debt they each have, about how much they hate being there at work, and their latest employees reviews - which apparently they’ve already been talked to about the bad customer service/ customer complaints but they know nothing will be done because “autozone / the store” needs them. I was in the store, walked every single isle for over 20 minutes and was NEVER acknowledged by the staff. I left without purchasing what I came in for and instead * WALKED across the street to Oriellys * and supported THAT business instead. Your employee conduct is absolutely ridiculous.

Site says open till 10pm, 8:40pm doors are locked and employees are inside leaning against registers laughing and completely oblivious of my presence. Luckily there’s an O’riellys next door, aholes

Just another OReilleys, auto zone Will hire anyone. Which is great for job seekers. However, when you need a part a specific part and you need the right part and you give them the right information about your vehicle and they still give you the wrong part after giving you the doe in the headlights stare because they have no freaking clue what youre even talking about theyve got to look it up in the computer and you got to spend twice as much gas to bring the freaking part back well its just if you really need to go where people know their stuff youre better off at monument car parts or NAPA Auto parts or youre going to find someone older behind the counter. Sorry but its true.
Told one price over the phone get there and then given 3 times the price.After playing phone tag with district Manager Justin James I was offered a 10% discount. That is an absolute joke. I was quoted the a price for a remanufactured Alternator that is the same as a brand new one. Makes no sense. I originally called the store to get the quote and quote that was given was 88.00. I even went over all the car information with the person on the phone as I was looking it up on my phone as well. He reassured me it was 88.00 and they had it in stock. I get to the store it was 288.00. No miscommunication on my part at all.
This is the second time (last time was a while ago)Ive been to get a steering wheel cover and both times their selection have been slim in colors.

I went to have a battery check because l got stranded two times. The young men right away said that it was the starter. l left the battery and went to pick it up the next day to find out the battery was not good. I purchase it 5/2020 not even a year old. I was not a happy camper.
They need to update their closing time it’s says 10:00 pm and I get hear at 9:30 pm and they see me at the door and they all look away and keep stuffing their faces with Burger King and they don’t look at me until I knock really hard

I have witnessed on more than one occasion where your employees are allowing people in the store servicing them, taking care of their needs, while the customer has no mask on, sneezing, snotting all over everybody without any face covering whatsoever the minute they walk in the store. Thats just 1 of many violations this store (probably all) continues to have. I plan on reporting this to the the BBB, County & City officials & local news. Get with the program or are you trying to kill us.

I booked order to pickup and go to pickup same day after 3 hours and show the slip for pickup and they say the do not have in stock. Very poor service, if you booked something online or from other autozone store for pickup please call the store before going.
This store has some good employees and a few that really dont know what the heck theyre doing. Ive ordered parts and was told they would be in the following day and I would receive a call when they arrived. I didnt receive a call and it took 2 days instead of one, plus it was the wrong part. The other time we never received a call and the part took much longer to come in so we went elsewhere. So its a hit and miss with this particular store. All in all I like Auto Zones prices and get most of my automotive parts and stuff here. The employees are polite and helpful.

They probably would have the parts that you need but unfortunately there is no management, 4 or 5 employees walking around talking not helping, people walking in with no shirts seems to be allowed. A new manager seems to be needed.

Theyre not very knowledgeable and your battery goes in needing a charge comes out to always be bad. No real refund just siore credit and Im never really sure if parts are new or refurbished. Theyre friendly but inventory lends you to order the part a lot.

He puts me on hold to ask his manager.A minute goes by and the manager is yelling at me like Ive been calling 30 times for the same question.Ill never shop at AutoZone again for the simple fact their managers have little to no customer service training.

( He was Hispanic also) 🤔?? Im a Black woman,!! Finally, one if the Caucasian clerks (make) came to my aide 😌 he told me that, hed watched from a distance for awhile, and felt like, I needed His help 🤔🤔 well, thanks to Mike, I made out pretty darn good. Inadequate stock was disappointment, when I was looking for an independent jumpstarter and I bought one without lithium batteries inside. I then returned it, once I had researched available ones online. Prices quoted for an alternator to replace my failed one were deceiving... New vs. Refurbished were deceiving terms, as there are no truly NEW alternators for my older Acura. All are refurbished, which I determined with a little research and some common sense. I am a senior, disabled customer, who happens to be female. That does not mean Im brain dead, just unfamiliar with automobile repair. I feel your staff tried to take advantage of me. I bought a refurbished alternator from a competitor with a LIFETIME guarantee and it was at the lowest price Autozone quoted to me. Your employees tried to encourage me to buy what they termedNEW for increased reliability. I will do all my shopping at competitors store in future.

This location is one of the worst experiences. The cashier, Elizabeth, was not only rude but scanned the wrong item and made it seem like it was my fault. I swear she started pranking me by making me go back and forth between 3 registers. Im from out of town so odds are Ill never visit this location but local shoppers beware. As I was leaving I noticed a competitor down the street.
Fernando amd Julie were the people I dealt with diredtly. I had nothing major a battery chk/chrg and altenator warranty issue. It was just nice to see people that seemed to enjoy work and treating people like they would want to be. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I dont work here.A customer came in angry about being sold dexcool antifreeze for his jaguar. He made staff really uncomfortable.Customer was clearly clueless about the coolant he needed when i tried to explain it to him to move the line along so i could go home. According to him the coolant type he needed wasnt in the factory service manual...Ended up leaving my money on the counter and walking out with what i needed. Had no problem there. Staff was busy difusing coolant guy. Left a small tip.

I went to AutoZone to get Antifreeze for my daughters car, the store is clean and organized, the clerks greet you as you walk in, I told her what I was looking for, since my daughters car only uses a special type of Antifreeze, she looked it up and they had exactly what I needed. Thanks AutoZone.
