He gave us information we were looking for and we liked his easy going demeanor, with out pressure. Could not have found a better dealership and finance dept. anywhere. Expensive trip for my 16 Silverado Diesel. Out of warranty, needed amp and HMI (known issue). Anyway, got truck back and got low tire pressure warning front tire. Checked pressure fronts were at 65 backs at 55 and 52 (which is opposite of where it was when I took it in). Tire warning system reading back as front front as back. Work order doesnt show tire rotation so no idea how this happened. Called dealer, service said theyd have my service rep get back to me but never did. Unacceptable. If I towed heavy trailer relying on false reading could have been major issue. Set tire system to learn but still reading front as back, etc.
Daniel in the service department was very helpful and awesome about listening to the issue I was having with my vehicle. They were able to identify what was causing the problem and offer up solutions. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend winter Chevrolet to family and friends.
Very accommodating letting me see a truck that only arrive on the lot 30min before. No pressure sales and best price I found in the area. Happy with the overall experience of buying my first Chevy.

It is always a pleasure to come in and talk with Ed great guy. It took a little while but the service person working with me kept me informed and the service tech was great.
Our car sales person was Jacob. He was fantastic. Very personable and easy to work with. Ed Small, the sales manager was equally as nice.However, our experience in finance, was less then pleasant. Our finance person went by the name Eddy. He was very friendly at first, but that quickly changed when we opted to not purchase the extended warranty. It was to the point where he was almost belittling. The comments he made to try and persuade us into changing our mind we’re very patronizing and frankly, rude. Tension seemed very high. He made us both feel uncomfortable and It felt extremely awkward to the point I wanted to walk out because of his behavior.Seemed like he couldn’t get us out of his office fast enough. He was flipping the papers rudely and at one point threw his pen as if he was annoyed with us. Truly, not a professional business man and we could see that he was bothered that we chose to not purchase the extended warranty from him.Once we were done signing the paperwork, he walked Us over to the payment processing center. He was very impersonal and in my opinion rude. Barely spoke To us and just wanted us out of his hair. Took our payment and slipped out the back door quickly.We very much don’t appreciate being treated like that. Especially when we are purchasing a $70,000 car. Very disappointing and if wewere to refer anyone to your dealership, we highly discourage them from having Eddy as their finance person.
Good customer service, fast close on car, slightly overpriced, and provided little room to negotiate compared to other dealerships. As result, we were walking out but was given small amount on trade in

This facility always scams me for unneeded costs. My battery was dead, I asked for a new battery which Ceasar said would cost the battery and $60 labor to install. He then said I should rather pay $270 for a complete diagnostics first, to eliminate paying for a battery that might not be the only problem. So I ended up paying $270 for 1 1/2 labor diagnostics that showed it was only a dead battery and I payed also for new battery $197.99. A total rip off to pay nearly $500 for a battery!!!! Another shop would of started out by only testing the battery first as a courtesy, to see that it had a BAD CELL and should of been the only necessary costs to begin with. Your shop has always overcharged me and I will never again go there. I am hearing from other customers that they’ve been ripped of by your Chevy dealership also and your reputation is negatively growing… the sad part is your Ceasar service advisor had the nerve to blame the high labor costs on the COVID Situation but totally a lie! Your dealership service Dept has been ripping off people for more than six years because that’s how long I WAS your customer but fed up with the dishonesty of some service advisors there so bye, bye!
It was a fair price for an oil change.. I made an online appointment..got there right on time.. and then they told me it should be about 1.5 hours..umm it shouldnt take that long to do an oil change, and what was the point of making an appointment, if you dont have the staff available to do the job in a timely manner? It just reminded me why I never used the dealership for service, it will be the last time.
Daniel was very friendly and efficient. He made sure I picked the best option for my car service. I did have to bring my car back to have the light fixed because it went out again after the repair. They were able to repair it quickly. I really appreciated the great service.
My very first oil change with this vehicle since I recently purchased and I didn’t wanna drive all the way to Tracy Chevy so I came to winter Chevy the guy who helped me at the computer was helpful and welcoming but however now since my oil change my cars been leaking oil in my driveway. It didn’t leak oil one drip nothing at all prior to this oil change and my First one. Very disappointed.
The technicians didn’t take apart anything to thoroughly inspect my vehicle. Also when I purchased the vehicle, was told I bought the extended warranty and then when the service rep went through my file, I wasn’t covered.

My 2020 corvette had a free oil change but my car only had 3100 miles. But I was charge because I pass the 1 year.
I have been to winter 4 times since I got my car of 5/6/21. Each time I had to deal with an associate Mark in Services with extra care. It would benefit sales if a floor supervisor was there to support associates.For example, when I set up an appointment with Ceasar R for an oil change, order a GM part, and fix a broken glass window to my passenger door I got Mark to check in my Malibu. He approached the car and began screaming that the door window was Out of market and that we dont do glass here twice he has sent me another associate for help; a point again to the supervisor, Mark needed support to complete sales twice. According the cashier, Mark said no to $604.15 in Service sales. Ceasar said yes!The first time was to Homero, when Melinda didnt give me second car key after she sold it to me. I had to get my dash cam installed anyways the next week. I had to inform you that I never received the second key and Melinda cat-ed out of the duty.After Mark finished helped me I got service observe him help other clients. Winter has both Hondas and Chevrolet. When someone came in for an oil change, He just let him know he was on the wrong side while humming his favorite R&B love song and Family Guy.The reason you got 3 stars and 7 in recommendations is due to the lack of supervisor engagement and product knowledge support from Leads. I will also follow up on that 800 number you have by the cashier.
I had a Saturday appointment to change oil and a Tuesday appointment for the two recalls. They took care of both that Saturday. Very satisfied with the service.

I had my car in service since 3/26/21 with promise for update later that day or the next day. I have never gotten one update, so I popped up Fri. of that week at the end of the day and they told me it was done. While bringing my car to the front he said he got a service light and that the corvette mechanic would look at it Sat. and give me an update. Monday by the end of the day no update, so I tried calling a few times nobody answered. I popped up again to see service open, so I just went around back to see if my car was there, I then talked to a service tech that said he and corvette mechanic would work on it tues. To day is Wednesday two weeks later still no update. If your service dept. was able to take my car in on 3/26/21 10:15am I figured there would be better communication by 4/7/21. Very bad service, very bad experience if I knew this I would have went elsewhere
Took longer than expected to get my vehicle. Exterior was very dirty...wouldve be courteous to rinse it off. Service seat belt light was on when I picked vehicle up. Was this seen on the initial inspection?

My 2017 Chevrolet bolt premier had the shift to park issue. I took it in and it cost me $175 for a diagnostic that took 15 minutes. They told me what it was. I’m pretty sure the Volt tech already knew what it was. I think $175 for this service is really overpriced.Also this is a well-known issue with the GEN two Chevy Volt GM should step up to the plate and take care of this shift to park issue. I’ve had many brand new cars and used cars and I’ve never had this issue.Other than that my experience was great. Daniel the service advisor was great to work with. Communication was great.

The service person got me in right away, let me know the approximate cost of the services I requested (oil change, and cabin filter change). After the inspection was completed he provided me with information on one more thing that needed to be done- My rear wiper blade needed to be changed. The waiting area allowed for social distancing and the bathroom was clean. The only thing I would suggest to change/add. Window darkeners when the sun is shining bright because it made many of the seats uncomfortable when it hit you square in the eyes. Due to Social Distancing, there are limited places to move out of the sun. The windows at the very top by the ceiling, use the darkening film to help cut down the glare. The cashier is friends and helpful.

Sales department (not Parts). The finance person was Very Rude and even hostile to my wife and I. Your sales manager has terrible communication skills even blamed our salesperson, who was new to the job and with more training, she could be the star of this sad excuse for a dealership. They even messed up our DMV paperwork by not fixing the misspelling of our last name even after we told Rude Finance Person about it. They delivered the car to our house a few days later, then we were surprised by a bill in the mail for a bridge toll violation the driver got when he was bringing it to us. Weeks later we are still fuming over Rude Finance Persons treatment and only a letter of apology from him will put this to rest.
Made the appointment dropped of the car, they called me when it was ready.Don Mayjoffo always take good care of me and my truck.

I took my vehicle in on January 8, 2021 they looked at it determined what was wrong. Scheduled an appointment for January 12,2021. Called me to inform me they had to order parts, which I thought they did on the 8th. I requested a rental, which I never got. I had to miss three days work due to the incompetence of service I received.
I had a concern and it was addressed and answer to my satisfaction thank you winter chevrolet.

Last Sunday when I went to church I asked Jesus to bless the staff of this dealership. I was in a tough situation. Having been to the Hyundai & Ford store & being turned away I made a last stop at the Chevrolet store. They made it happen & I am now out of my unreliable Fusion & driving a really nice Malibu. I didnt feel judged about my situation & everyone was willing to help find a solution. Jeannie was the one who made it all happen.
I recently had service done on my new leased Volt. I told the service person that it was leased and I had to pay for excess mileage on the car. It had the check engine light on. On Star had sent me a report it had to be taken to the service department within 24 hours. The car was there for 4 days. They said there was not a check engine light on. The technician only updated the computer. the invoice said zero miles put on the care. After we picked up our dirty car (the outside was splashed with dirty rainwater spots) I noted there were 50 additional miles on the car. At 25 cents a mile, that is a lot! Not happy, Wont use that dealership again even though it is the closest to me
