Having already viewed the low mileage 2018 Ford Explorer on All Star Fords internet sales site, sufficient information had been provided to encourage me to visit the dealership. Brief straightforward conversation, and a short drive of the vehicle, with Lance Jorgensen resulted in the processing of a contract for sale. Case Amoni concluded the financial side of this encounter. Their in-house accommodation of my funding sources, competing with Ford, all close in comparisons, resulted in a wrap up of our personal interactions after about 2 hours. At 68, I can push the limits and embark on a lot of storytelling....but, I needed to go to work! These are two good people at All Star Ford. Honest and direct; do not waste their time if you are indecisive! I approve of what I write.

When I called to let them know some punk kid named Cajun or Kayan Kayen. Was super rude me. I will be trading on to another dealership never again and I will never recommend toy friends and family!

We recently dropped off our car thinking taking it to the dealership would be best and that was the biggest mistake! All star Ford had our car for two weeks and did nothing but tell lies. They lied on the warranty company thinking we would not follow up. We would drive by to check on the car and it had not been moved from the spot. We had to call to get ANY updates which was useless since they were being dishonest in their responses. We decided to remove our car from All Star Ford and take it to a repair shop listed on the warranty website and before the end of the day they called with an update. We also just verified the items All Star Ford listed they had completed when we picked up the car and paid $200 for a diagnostic they had not done anything they listed. I would not take a child’s hot wheels toy car to All Star Ford! Very disappointed!

Please beware of some people here at this dealership!!! **Long story** . I use to work at this dealership. I helped my mother in law get into a 3 yr lease on a Ford Focus SEL. I ended up leaving the dealership and moved out of state. 3 yrs later, her lease is up, and so I have her go back to All Star Ford so that she can buy out her lease. I live out of state so I could not go into the dealership with her to take care of the buyout transaction. I have her meet with one of my old buddies Jesus. (If you need a salesperson to deal with, please ask for Jesus! You will not regret it!) Anyway, Jesus helps her fill out paperwork and then she goes on to the Finance Manager. This is where you need to beware! His name is Chris. If he is your finance manager for your deal, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, ask him to break down exactly what is part of your monthly payment! They offered my mother in law a deal where she would be paying somewhere around what she was paying while in her 3 yr lease. The problem is that he didnt explain that she would be paying that payment for an additional 72 months on top of the 3 yr lease she was getting out of. Total of 9 yrs she wouldve paid on a Ford Focus!!!! They told her about her payment being similar to her lease payment so my mother in law was okay with it. She is 63 years old and she has never dealt with a dealership by herself before so it was hard for her to understand everything that was being told to her. After she left, she sent me her contract and that is where I saw how much was thrown in. I saw that a $2500 service contract was thrown in and a $1,500 charge for Simoniz and Star Guard was thrown in Plus the taxes on those charges. I called the dealership to figure out what is going on and the sales manager gives me the run around (of course) and tries to explain to me how everything was explained to her and that she knew exactly what is going on. I know my mother in law and she is very polite and will not cause a scene or question something a finance or sales manager tells her. She felt a bit weird about all the different numbers they were throwing at her and that is why she showed me after. Then I called the actual Finance Manager (Chris) and he tells me Im wrong and that he explained everything to her and that she knew exactly what she was doing. She then goes in to the dealership and tells them to cancel all of the extra stuff that was added on. She calls me after and tells me that while he was cancelling everything, he says I think your son in law thinks youre senile. Are you kidding me?!! I wish he wouldve said that to my face. He also tried to convince her to keep the $2,500 extended warranty because of all the old problems with the older model Ford Focuses. How they had bad transmission problems and trying to use that scare tactic on her. I am blessed to have such a wonderful relationship with my wife and all of her family! Never had any problems with any of them. I just wanted to make sure that she wasnt being taken advantage of! Sorry for the long post but please if you deal with this place, Please ask for Jesus the salesman! He will take care of you! Beware of Chris the finance guy! Im not saying the service contract was a rip off or anything. Its definitely a safety net but just know what youre buying. That Simoniz and star guard is a joke. They charge you a crazy amount for those.***UPDATE*** After leaving a bad review, my temper has gone down and Staci reached out to me to help me with the horrible experience. The dealership is great and I still recommend anyone who is seriously looking for someone to help them with a purchase, please ask for Jesus! Just beware of Chris the finance manager. I had an unbeatable car buying experience with All Star. Not only did they have a huge selection of cars, but my salesman Traevon was so dedicated to finding something that exceeded my expectations. I also got to work with the manager Jay who was very professional, informative and helpful. Together they made the process so quick and easy for me which is always a plus. I walked into the dealership with my heart set on a Hyundai Sonata, and I walked away with exactly that. I purchased an F-150 from Olivia. The truck I wanted wasnt in stock, but Olivia quickly found it and delivered it to personally at my home. The price was right and her service was exceptional.was the finance manager. I wasnt planning on financing the truck, but he showed me how to save even more money by financing. Great service.UPDATE: The truck was delivered with 125 miles and I owned the truck for less than a week when I discovered a nail in the sidewall of a tire. The tire could not be repaired. Now, well never know whether the nail appeared before or after I took delivery, but Sales Manager Cruz was more than fair in agreeing to cover the repair.
Gary is the best!My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new/used vehicle and we were not really looking forward to it. We found a Fusion online that they had listed and submitted an inquiry. Gary promptly responded and we set a time to go view the vehicle. When we got there, Gary immediately showed us the vehicle we inquired about and we went for a test drive. We have been thru 4 vehicle purchases and each and every time, the salesman always tries to up sell you and sometimes you end up with something you didn’t necessarily want. Not in this case. We told Gary exactly what we wanted and he delivered. No bologna. Any time we ever need to buy another vehicle, it will be from Gary. He is the man! Bad service and communication. You cant make this right anymore as I sold it. Paid you 30k cash with an over 45k trade-in. U scammed me for the rebates. Then gave me a free oil change but when I came to use it, u accused me of counterfeiting it because you customer relations fail to sign the certificate. She failed and customer is accused. All for 100.00. Waited for parts with no call back, took 4 months to get a simple missing plug cover. Took 2 months for a replacement cigarette adapter plug. So Done with All star Ford. Now you want to make it right?

They were amazing!!!! I brought my car in to have my battery replaced and my husband noticed some corrosion on the battery cables. So I made an appointment for a Friday. Ricky handled taking care of my car and he also got me a rental car. It turns out my battery was defective and it had a crack in it, which led to battery acid every where. They took the time to get all of it cleaned up, which was no small task. My car had to stay a couple of extra days because of the clean up. I didnt mind because they took the time to do things right and to prevent any future damage. I didnt get the technicians name, but I wanted to say thank you for your hard work. Ricky also extended the rental car for me. I would actually give them 10 stars if I could, thank you again and I will continue to do business with you in the future.
Giving All Star Ford one star is overrated. Be careful when dealing with this dealership. They will sale you things and then act like they installed them and they don’t. I purchased the lo jack system and went and had it installed. Service dept said everything was installed and great. Someone tried to break into my car we went to contact lo jack the device and system was never installed even though the dealer had the car for the whole day. Now the “customer service” people toss you back and forth from one another oh Janice said she emailed you or called you. No calls no proof showing they respond. Besides liking the car and Bob internet sales everything else has been horrible with this dealership. An oil change can take almostTwo day here

There is nothing good to say about All Star Ford. I have had problems with them over the past few years and every few months I decide to give them another try. After the most recent car buying experience I will never go back and never suggest this dealership to anybody. My family owns nothing but Ford vehicles, currently we have as a family, 2 Mustangs a 1967 and 2016 GT, 2015 Expedition, 2 F-150 2014 and 2016, an F-250, an Edge 2017, Focus 2015, Fusion 2015, and Fiesta 2014. We love Ford vehicles and have bought them from different dealerships, All star Ford has no customer service skills between the staff and managers. When going into buy a Certified used Edge, we asked if it was a rental car and were told that certified vehicles only have one owner. We again asked another 2 people that were also helping us if it was a rental and both said no. So we purchased the car and got home to only find out that it was rental. I called the dealership and they made it up in reducing the price and giving us weather tech mats. My problem is not that it was a rental, I would have bought it either way. My problem is that I was lied to 3 times about it. A week later I went back to pick up the weather tech mats and had a concern on the recently purchased vehicles weather stripping, it has been falling off in the back seat wheel well. When I asked Stacie the Manager about what can we do that will fix that issue. She started confronting about the over the phone survey I received and saying that they generally do not like helping people who give them bad reviews. I did not want to discuss the review I left, I want what I bought fixed. She was very short and rude with me and was telling me how disappointed she was in me. I do NOT appreciate her attitude and the dealership as a whole. Very disrespectful and would not suggest to anyone.***I have had problems with service also, different review already posted***

I rated 5 * at first based on my first day experience with dealership, but once vehicle is sold they are least bothered about promice made during deal and I am still waiting for some of the items to get deliver. Contacted many time but no proper response. Hence, changing my earlier review. It been 3 months am still waiting registration to be completed and 2nd key to be delivered? All Star Ford and Ford Motor Company, is it too difficult to get these small things resolved ? Is it too difficult to make sure customer is happy in simple things? Iif not in simple things, how can I or customer expect service in big things? It was . It was my childhood dream to buy Ford and from Nally to ND up in what I am going through. Ford, please listen and fix my issues.

He made buying our new car as smooth as possible and even sat in the car with us to explain all of the features that our car had to offer. This review is about my experience in trying to return my leased car.I leased a mustang from All Star Ford 3 years ago and I got a very good service from the sales rep.Turning in my car upon lease expiry was a totally different story. I called in to schedule the return. The person that supposedly handles this asks if Im getting a new lease. I said no I just want to turn in my leased car. He then said he doesnt do schedules. What he wanted was for me to call him half-an hour before I go there because he said he doesnt know what he would be doing beyond those time intervals. I asked what day should I call. He said he doesnt know, just call everyday and dont forget to do it half an hour before I plan to go. I explained to him that I would need to schedule a time off work so I would need to plan way ahead of the daily half hour window hes giving me. His response was, this is the way I do it and Im not about to change that. I was so surprised as Ive never seen worse time management and poorer customer service than what Ive just experience with this dealership. I tried to get in touch with a business manager but to no avail.I called ford credit and they suggested I go to another dealership to do my return. Luckily I found Bill Brant Ford in Brentwood and told me to come in anytime and theyll take care of it. I went in and the entire process was done in less than 15 minutes - Im not exaggerating.So there you go. If you plan on leasing a car from all star ford, go right ahead but just be aware of what awaits you when you do your return at lease end. I suggest you do it in another dealership.

*NOTE Less than One star-No one at this dealership has integrity or follow through. Its been three weeks Ive been waiting to get my GPS chip. Everyone blames everyone else and there is little to no transparency. I was hoping for more from this team as opposed to San Leandro but that was expecting too much. I will be writing a formal complaint to the Owner, who probably has less concern as he allows this poor level of service from his team/ or he just ties theyre hands. In any case be warned!

I previously purchased a car from here before and it was a good experience. Decided to go back and purchase a second vehicle, the buying process was good but the vehicle wasn’t. Went back and everyone was unprofessional, would tell me to come back, or that they would help me and nothing ever happened. Now fast forward 3 months and still nothing has been resolved, and to top it off a lady name Stacy had such an unprofessional attitude and was of no help what so ever.
Walk up and got yelled at that it was private property. I was rather shocked when it wa 12:10 in the afternoon on a sunday while I can see others people looking at vehicles

So I went in to the dealership looking for parts the cashier guy was friendly and called out parts dept for me. A gal came up and was so rude and disrespectful to me her tone of voice was so mean and spoke to me like I was stupid! She said she I would probably have to go somewhere else and you know what I did! I went to future ford in concord and they were awesome! Never going to all star ford again for sure! My services will be with future ford from now on. Just over a head light bulb they just lost me as a customer!

Pleasant maintenance check. The shuttle can take some time to work around to you, so set a pickup time when you drop off your car.
I recently bought a Tucson, Hyundai from All Star Ford and I had a good experience. I came about a month ago to test SUV and Tuli Taufoou helped me. I test drove a Ford Escape and the Tucson. I like the Tucson better because of the color and size. The only thing missing was a moon roof, which they installed for me so I love it. Thanks!
Very slow working people takes them forever to install or remove things from a car wouldn’t suggest getting work done on your car here.
