I’ve stopped into this shop on occasion and although the exterior appears very run down and the parking lot is a mess, the people working here are great and the service is impeccable. I appreciate the effort they put into their store and I’d give it five stars if the landlord would clean up the rest of the building.

Great place to go for a refreshing drink!Kudos for the personnel at this location. I had to stop to ask if this was the right location where I had placed an online order for pick up.After checking the order they advised that the order was placed to be picked up at other location, which was about 10 minutes away, driving time.So, the lady in charged offered to serve the drink ordered so no need to go to the other location to get it.They were very cordial and helpful. Excellent customer service. I have order few times before at this location from the Mobil app and they have always been rock stars!I will recommend to anyone who drives by or if you are close to this location to request your online orders here!You will not regret it.......they know what a customer service is.Great job!!

I swear this Starbucks is the epitome of smooth sailing. It looked chaotic from the outside, but inside was like a well lubricated tool. Smoooooooth. Get the cold buster after you get your vaccine. Definitely helps.

I did not frequent this Starbucks because I have to get off the freeway and back on. But the other day I stopped and the lady was so nice I stopped again this morning. Again, they were so nice! It might be my last minute go to now. Whomever it was that recommended the pumpkin foam, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I wish you could order it on the app. It is sooooo good.

My green tea latte was perfect but it took me about 40 minutes to order and get my drink in the drive thru.

Outside of the great service I always receive at the store on California ave..today was truly remarkable! The car in front of me took care of my order! The employee couldnt advise on a reason however it was a true act of kindness! I will be paying it forward on my morning visit tomorrow! #trueactsofkindness

Due to the pandemic ALLstarbucks store are super busy, I’m a regular at this store because of the staff. I learned to order my drink at least 10 mins before leaving to pick it up & I usually don’t have to wait long. I love the staff here they are all amazing and know me by name ! I don’t Like to single anyone out but ELLIE YOUR AMAZING!

I like Starbucks from time to time but waiting in their long to the drive through as well as not being able to go in and use the facilities makes this one low on my list of places to go.

Covid 19 precaution! The Starbucks lady handed me my drinks while using her hand grasped the top of the cup. She covered the whole lids of the cups with her palm. The lid has the area where I would place my mouth in to drink the coffee. I don’t think this is an appropriate way! And She did not give us any straws. We used our own straws later on after removing the lids.

They are disorganized and all over the place. Everyone is working to get orders off their plate but dont keep orders consistent. I had to ask for my missing drink and missing pastry. It is a hot mess in there..

This Starbucks from my experience has always had long lines in the drive through and inside and it doesnt help that this isnt the fastest team of Starbucks employees. Some are really fast but normally you go into Starbucks and theyre all moving really fast and working really hard. I cant say the same for everyone who works at this one

I was in need of coffee and a bathroom and thought I would stop. My one and ONLY time I will visit this Starbucks. The bathroom had paper towels all over the place except the paper towel holder, very dirty. And it took forever for my coffee. There was no one in front of me.

Murder was made correctly and very quickly as well. They did have a drive-thru And the staff was friendly enough to make me feel welcome and didnt try to take all my time with long conversations.I needed directions to a certain business in town and they made sure that I was confident in getting to where I needed to be before they let me go and their directions were accurate and helpful as well

They like to not actually open at 3:30 sometimes. Waste of my time to play a guessing game in the morning. Pulled up at 3:50, no one inside. Waste of time.

The best Starbucks around! When I want Starbucks I drive all the way across town past 3 other Starbucks just to go here. They are friendly, upbeat, clean, and have yet to screw up my order. Great job keep it up.

This is slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to in my life. It was maybe 4 cars in front of me and I was in line for 18 minutes. My drink also was not great at all I just couldnt go back because I hoped straight on the freeway🤷‍♀️ safe to say I wont be revisiting

Edit: For some reason, store is closed today 1/7/2020. At least it was at 7am. Driver throw windows was blocked and doors locked.Best starbucks in the area!

We went in the drive through but they were efficient and my lemon loaf was fresh, my mango dragon fruit refresher was nicely chilled and the ice wasnt melted and my reduced fat Turkey bacon and egg white breakfast sandwich was hot and tasty!!!!

Over rated, th9e only put 2 shots in their large lattes. And 2 shots in the medium, just not strong coffee. Petes puts 3 shots in the large and very strong coffee.

Great coffee, great staff, great seating and atmosphere. I can honestly say as a woman who likes to keep it cheap, its worth every penny!

Long wait to order inside, long drive through, not enough staff for the volume of sales, unprofessional. They really tried hard though. I believe their District and Regional ns ager need to be more accountable.

Drinks were great! Employees were great! My only complaint is the counter where you pick your drinks up from was nasty sticky mess. There was no place on the counter to set anything with out it getting nasty too.

Starbucks California Ave. Pittsburg Ca on Jan. 2 2019 Not Open at 3:30am or 4am. Nobody inside. Not a great area in the first place. Thank goodness for Starbucks at Nob Hill shopping center in Martinez Ca.

Stuck for a 3 hour oil change down the street? Do what I did, fresh croissant. I love their breakfast sandwiches, is that weird? Ive never had coffee, that probably makes me weirder.Anyways, a pretty new location here, but still gets a lot of busy traffic - dont they all?Stop in for the usual fare here.

The staff has a consistently hard time honouring orders and are often out of important ingredients. I mean probably 3 out of 5 times they get my very simple order wrong.

I usually dont get real food at Starbucks, just the drinks and pound cake. This time the, I had a grilled cheese sandwich (with multiple cheeses) and was very pleased.
