Its Harbor Freight what can you say, just make sure you have the app loaded and your coupons ready. Customer service is pretty good, manager usually is friendly. As long as you have your receipt it is a no hassle return. I purchased a 9000 W generator two years ago at the very beginning of the pandemic. Figuring it might be just large enough to start my house and have the air conditioners and freezers running. To my surprise when I wired it in not only did the generator full load of the house it did not struggle or try to stall. I will suggest when using their brand of generators, to use racing or Aviation grade gasoline (100 octane unleaded no alcohol). If you live in the East Bay it can be obtained through sunco fuel, at mobile gas station in Brentwood California. If you have a good quality gas can that is airtight, you can buy it straight from the pump or they sell it in 5 gallon steel pails. it cost a few more dollars per gallon however it is extremely clean has almost no smell and usually a 2-year storage life in a sealed container. Also the increase in fuel party will greatly reduce the amount needed, you will see almost twice the runtime for the same amount of output power. Also the generator will not bog down and stall as easy. Just remember to change the oil exactly the way it says to in the manual or sooner.

They have everything youll need and the Pittsburg tools which is the house brand has lifetime warranty and super good prices. Employees are helpful as well so ill keep going here.

Went there for the first time and absolutely loved it. Lots of products, everything nicely stocked and store was very clean. Cashier lady was sweet and polite and I had just wonderul experience shopping there. Would recommend for anyone to come check out available tools and other products.

First visit here & not very happy. The associate who was NOT helping me made a condescending comment about a question I had. I may not be a tool-savvy person, but I am an intelligent person, I did understand what I was asking & that wasnt necessary. Probably wont be back, unless just to return the items I ordered, to purchase them elsewhere.

I dont know but the prices seem to be getting higher and higher.

Great location with plenty of parking. Conveniently located nearby a variety of places to shop, and many restaurants and other eateries, a movie theater, a hotel, and banking facilities are also nearby.

Helpful staff. Got there credit card while I was there and saved $16 on my purchase. Had all the items I required in stock. And if you ever need to cut off a hand cuff from youre left wrist they have hack saws and a vice. I dont have a lot reasons to shop here but when I do it is usually a quick place to go to buy items at reasonable prices. This last visit the store had more than an usual amount of people there so the wait was longer. The employees are always ready to help. This time around they were sold out of some of the coupon items. You really cant go wrong shopping here.

Cool store with great coupons always in the mail with free items with any purchase. As for the quality of their tools, I’ve never had any problems but, I’m not the type to thrash on my tools and use screwdrivers for hammers.If you need a quick one-time use tool or small equipment this is your spot. They are way cheaper than any other places that I know of ie; Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, etc.Would’ve given 5 stars if the staff was a bit more helpful at times. Nevertheless I’m a fan of HF!

The store was fine no problem however the parking lot area around the store was not safe. I was almost a victim of a car on car robery while leaving the area after shopping at hf. There was a set up car 1 at the exit and another car2 attempting to block my exit. Alot of horsepower got me out of there quick. This form of attempted robery was a new on me. Be careful and keep your witts about your surroundings in this area. Google please do post my profile and picture.

Theyre selling the battery impact wrench, customers have to buy the battery separate and the charger separate. It will show $69.00 you end up spending over $100.00

I give them 4 stars because of their prices and deals. Not because of their service. I mean theyre nice and all and greet you when you come in the store. But for some reason they didnt seem to be all that helpful. Like today I ask them a question two people brushed It Off. So I just let it go. But I was still shop there. Maybe the employees just werent knowledgeable. I dont know. But the prices and deals everybody when I compared them with the stores. And I get 20% off and free stuff every time I go there. Plus the prices are already lower then other stores. So if you want customer service go somewhere else. If you want the best deals go there. And their products on most are just as good as top name brands. Some may be better.

I have been coming here off and on. Today Sonora shined with customer service. She assisted me with my purchase And help me save almost $100. She was thorough and helped me out with questions regarding product and a membership program I had not heard about. All in all....I felt great about my purchase and just wanted to call it good service.

Its a good place to get welders, engines, wielding helmets, best price engine is 212cc for 125$ theres a decent welder in there for 145ish maybe less I saw 10 dollar heat guns thats a good price but they over charge a bit for the 300cc and up I also got a real nice 2000w generator for 255$ its quality and quite to

Never have a seen a line wrap around the stores interior perimeter with only one register open. Horrible customer service!! So they quickly filled up all the registers to handle the crowd so i changed from 2 stars to 4. Good job harbor freight

I went there looking for 1 small item (Carabineer $0.89)and found a few more things that I could use! Amazing selection at great prices!

Its a circus with great deals. Obviously the items are junk but when youre in a bind and need an item quick this is the place to go. I witnessed a couple of people stuff their purses with products and walk outside, great discounts if you ask me!
