Ok Ive had issues trying to use their self service copiers with a thumb drive, but the staff here is great. Always friendly and very helpful. If youre buying supplies go elsewhere, but if you want actual customer service, go nowhere else.
Dont expect the store to be open at 10am when they say they should be open, And dont wast your time going to avons. Just go to the hub at the air port.
In my over 20 year sales career, I have visited literally thousands of Kinko’s/FedEx Office Centers all over the US and I am currently spending around $10,000 per month in shipping fees with FedEx.I have always loved the utility of FedEx Office. Many times when I stop in to ship/print things I will also do some work on my computer because I can’t do that while I’m driving. On several occasions I found myself working at a FedEx Office Center for several hours because I was on the road and had few options (and I believe they put the word ‘office’ right in their name for a reason ).Today was a first for me.After spending about $50 on some color copies and then putting together some marketing brochures, I took a conference call and then opened my computer to do a bit of work before I hit the road again.While I was working, the manager came up and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I said no I was fine. He then stated that they have a ‘no loitering policy’. I admit that it took me a while to process what he was saying. In other words “get out you’ve been here too long.”So, I gathered my things and walked out. For good.No one was waiting to take my seat and get their overdue work done, but after that kind of embarrassing treatment in front of everyone else in the store I really didn’t want to stay.If I could completely stop doing business with FedEx today I would but it’s not really possible right now for my business. I can choose which FedEx Office locations I visit and do my shipping/printing from and I will never visit this location again if I can help it.
Most expensive packing material! Be sure to use your own box and packing material. I did a return product shipment and needed a return box to ship the product ($3.50). There was extra space in the box and the FedEx employee asked if I wanted to add packing material and I accepted. They used standard brown paper. The total without tax was $8.99. That’s essentially $5.50 for a little bit of brown paper. Can you say price gouging!!
I ordered a iPhone XR and its almost been a week for it to get here and I still dont have it. I received a message saying it has the wrong address which I put my address down and made sure it was correct. I wanna know how you go to the wrong address??? Better off if Amazon delivered it instead.

As I read all the other reviews, a few comments said they were understaffed, but those comments were years old. One comment said overpriced. What did you expect?As for my own experience, I had lost a copy of a document I needed to get to my probation officer, this was maybe a month ago. I had it emailed to me on the road, and I was able to print it from their computers. Ive only used FedEx self-service twice before, so I asked for an access card to the in-house printers. The whole trip took me *maybe* 10 minutes, and I was back on my way.The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, and if I needed another service I would use this office. (My other favorite is downtown, Indianapolis.)
These guys print my electrical drawings at least once a week for me so I can do my estimates and have prints on the job. They Always do a fantastic job!
I have used this location many times to ship similar items & usually have no issues. My most recent experience is a different story. I had my wife ship out some fairly expensive art I had sold on Ebay. They tried to charge her $751. There was only 2 more expensive options. I printed the label myself at home & shipped it thru FedEx for $194 including $20 for insurance & signature. The ignorant girl behind the counter tried to tell my wife insurance would cost $1000 to cover a $1500 item.
Plus, I have never waited in line here.I only do drop offs though.However, for some reason this location feels the need to ask me what I’m shipping. The level of ignorance behind asking this question still blows my mind. I ship around 20-50 items a day which should be clear by the label I have printed. Not only would no one with the intent of shipping something dangerous answer that question honestly but if I gave an accurate description of the Industrial equipment I’m selling I don’t think your employee making lass in a month than the value of these items is going to understand a word that I say. Stop wasting my time and take my packages like every other fed ex location on earth.
This will be the second time in one week that this facility has made an error delivering my package. If you plan on this Fed ex to deliver a package of yours on a holiday, you will be very disappointed because they will loose your package and no one will no what happen to your package.
Slowest place ever! I hate having to go in here because all you do is stand in line... Hire some motivated people!!!

Nothing! Was going to send a package to FedEx office in Cartagena, Colombia, to be picked up by my son there, and they refused to look up the zip code for it! How inefficient can these two women get. It was going to a FedEx office!
