Please do not believe the positive reviews. I have posted a review of this company before but I am back to beg people not to feel conflicted bc you see positive reviews as well. Read them closely and you will see their English is difficult to understand. These are all people working for US Moving Team as a third party moving team. They were the worst group of movers I have ever had and I have moved a lot over the last two decades. They were late and came with a huge rented Enterprise truck that was already half-filled with someone else’s belongings and then they charged me for having to go back for the remainder of my things bc it required two trips. THEY CHARGED ME FOR HAVING TO MAKE TWO TRIPS BC THEIR TRUCK WAS HALF-FULL WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S THINGS! You can read about their other shenanigans in my previous post. Please, just do yourself a favor and stay away from this fraudulent company.

We did great job. great discount. Hoping to get this guys again in future. will recommend them definately. maybe we needed to make preparation s very quick cause many staff has to be relocated quick. people from our landlord wanted to move quick. We good with this move.

Could be better if some staff will be delivered asap. I have an idea that some staff should be done properly so we wanted to go with this guys. I had feeling that it was right but wanted to be sure for 100 %. we had this done very quick so we needed to get all set before we done with new place.

These guys are awesome. They came 15 minutes in advance of my move to do paperwork, carefully packed all my stuff, carefully brought it to the truck. Nick and his team quickly placed all my furniture on particular rooms. In addition to their efficiency it was more than affordable.Next time I move, Idefinitely be calling US Moving Team again. Thankfully we are hired the right group of guys for the job and they helped us to all of this at once. They told us to sit back and relax while they loaded the trucks and drove it to the new location to be dropped off. Will definitely hire them again and recommend their service to everybody.

Having much fun while moving with this guys. We got all staff together so it was easy to install the bed and our mattress to cover. I had nothing familiar to this but it was lucky we moved everything so fast. anyway thanks for that

We had everything packed so just needed to get to this as quick as we need. I was pretty sure we got this done but let it be. I had an option to extend my lease or move on so we choosed to get new place. And we got lucky to find this place. I was sure I can get one but its good now we had moved and its good enough for me.

Could believe we did it so quick. I had feelings we need somthing bigger maybe even more guys but we could did it perfect way with perfect team. Best movers! On time, great price, on top of everything, polite and honest employees, you can not get any better. We have used them twice and would not go anywhere else.

It was good. We got everything we need in very short period of time . So we got it done quickly. Many staff was left behind so it was easy to load a truck. We made it as easy as we can. Actually, we got this in couple hours so we even had time to get another business to do. Thanks

CORRUPT COMPANY!!! I wish I could give a negative rating. Ending price was over double the quote. The movers showed up without boxes or packing material, asking us if we had some. When they did start packing boxes, they werent wrapping anything. We had to stop them completely and make them wrap things. We told them that they had to write down on the boxes what was inside the box so that the items could be listed on the inventory, they eventually started to but not well. When I looked into the truck I noticed the truck was packed a lot more than it should have been and with their permission I got inside the truck and saw that the started packing the truck a quarter of the way in, but were charging me for the space of the entire truck. When I called an complained I was hung up on and was told by the last person that hung up on me that if I complained again I wouldnt see my stuff until after the new year. When my items did finally arrive, 12 days after it was supposed to, 1800 cubic feet of the 2630 I shipped arrived and they told me that was everything. Everyone I talk to directs me to someone else, or to another line that just rings. No one will communicate with me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!

Wow, what a SCAM! Trust me any of these 5 star reviews are fake, I can promise you that...In a nut shell- was promised a 9am pick up from sales who even said hed make sure of it (guy is a complete snake). Called customer service at 920am, they told me it was scheduled for 1pm. Asked to speak to customer service manager and they hung up on me. 12:50pm Rolls around, mover calls and says he is going to be there in an hour. Mover shows up at 2:20pm. Mr. Friendly the mover runs down the agreement again, $99 an hour annddddd for every extended 50ft walk was another $100. Let me repeat that: EVERY EXTRA 50 FEET FROM APT. DOOR TO BAY AREA WAS AN EXTRA $100. I attempted to negotiate since I already wasted my day off from work and the mover just laughed at me. He said the best he could do was load the truck, take it to the place and give me fair estimate there. After he gave me the estimate, I would need to pay them BEFORE they took my stuff of the truck. So in other words if I didnt pay the astronomical new estimate, they wouldve held my belongings. Welcome to 21st century piracy ladies and gentleman.Us Moving Team, you are complete garbage....especially the sales team.**Props to one customer service woman who did refund (at least she said she did, will need to wait to see if thats even true) my payment and had to deal with my frustration...If any of this is inaccurate, I would love to talk to someone from US Moving Team. GREAT TEAM WORK GUYS!

Have this done very easily. Wasnt sure about truck size but now I see it was working only in their way. They new everything about moving so I simply trusted this guys all what was happening . I was sure we will do it in few days but we done very easily in couple hours. Thanks

Was great to move with PROs. Last time we got somebody last minute and it was crazy. So when our lease was over and we decided to move over I started preparation 7 days before moving so it was easy for them get it done quickly. Guys were fast so we got all staff move in one shot.thanks for everything

This is NOT a legitimate company but a scammers that cheat customers. This moving company offers you a suspiciously sweet deal- watch out. I am victims of this fraudulent movers. They will send you a reference number and a form before confirming your order. Once you paid that $50 fee, no one will show up to your destination and no one will pick the phone. Do Your Background Research before hiring this company.

Please dont use this company. They charge me much higher than the market price. They promised me they will deliver in two weeks. However, they spend 40 DAYS!!!! (six weeks) to deliver my furniture. When you call their customer service, they never told you where is your furniture and when will they deliver and never call you back.When they delivered my furniture. They miss two mattresses and broke my lamp. I dont think they will deliver them again or refund me.

These guys were SO FANTASTIC! They came in superb timing and completely wrapped and moved my furniture in swift timing and professional style.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This is the kind of company that connects you to a third-party. They are so enthusiastic and promise you strong, professionals who know what they’re doing. The team they sent (NJ Statewide) were several hours late, barely spoke English, which, in and of itself would not be an issue except they didn’t know what they were doing, took frequent cigarette breaks, charged me $150 to even come to my town, charged me for their gas, charged me for a second trip bc their truck was half-filled with furniture for someone else’s move, broke the cement in the front of my house, chipped a wooden step, damaged my piano, damaged my daughter’s bed and turned it against the wall so I wouldn’t see it until after they were gone. This is on top of refusing to move the majority of my boxes to the floors I asked them to move to, did not reassemble my furniture, I fed them dinner and still tipped them even though they refused to give me a discount for the damages. They promised it would be handled by insurance. Cut to the end of the waiting period it supposedly takes for insurance to process a claim — the guy who handled my move calls me while I’m on the phone with US Moving Team, says my claim was denied and when I asked him why, he didn’t even know who I was. They are dishonest and terrible at their jobs. They charged me by the hour about considering they don’t know what they’re doing, it took them double the time any of my other moves have taken so all I asked was some negotiation and there was absolutely none. I plan on taking this to court but the fact that it had to get to this point is so sickening. I warned each party that I would take them to court and they still have not made any efforts. I have been fair, patient, polite and generous but for nothing. I regret tipping them but I was the fool who believed insurance would handle the damage. BIG MISTAKE. Frauds. All frauds.

Wanted to move quick and I got it. I was hoping to get it even sooner but guys were great. Movers haelped a lot. Much of the staff was simply fitted to truck so we got it wuic. My brother had some staff to move as well so we had plenty of time to do it. if you want me to get some details about your move and you want to use this guys let me know. They are good.

These people are thieves. They agreed a price and took my deposit, then called up on the morning of the move (before arriving or seeing my stuff) and raised the price 25%. When I said no, they refused to refund the deposit.Everyone should complain to their credit card companies and to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration - its the only way we will get them shut down.They do appear to be scamming the Google reviews. There are two large groups of 5 star reviews, posted in about September and June 2018, largely written by non-native English speakers, some of whom have complaints on their records as being part of a corporate fake review team.I suggest that everyone who has been scammed edit their review to indicate whether they would agree to be part of a joint complaint to the FBI. While each of our claims are too small to be worth investigating, the aggregate amount may not be.

US Moving Team team did a great job! Very professional and took care of all our stuff. It was the hottest day of the year and had lots of steps and they were great!

The company is a fraudulent company. I was quoted a price of $1400 - $1700 to move from Brooklyn to PA. I put up a deposit of $451, and I figured I had about $600 extra in case I had to pay more.The day of my move the driver came, and counted everything over, and told me the cost would be $4,300. I was devastated, how was I supposed to give them more than double the quote? I cancelled the move because I was misquoted and I couldnt afford it. I had to find another company and pay them $2,700 because it was last minute, taking me over my budget by $700.I called and emailed multiple times and regarding my deposit refund. They said, I was not entitled to my refund because I cancelled the service. I expressed at minimum take a percent of the deposit, but not the entire deposit. They refused to honor my request and began ignoring my emails and calls. I had to place a stop payment with my credit card company. I am awaiting the credit card decision.This was a horrible experience. I will never look to this company for any moving needs.

If you want fast reliable service, US Moving Team company is the way to go. The workers were fast, careful, friendly and all around a pleasure to do business with.

Movers in the area did not seem to satisfy our queries completely. Luckily, somebody told us about vector moving and everything went out just great.

They were nice, punctual and efficient. Great timing too, which contributed to making our costs as customer friendly as possible.

I paid triple my original estimate for a pickup that was 8 hours late and a delivery that was three DAYS late. I received little to no information about the whereabouts of the movers and at one point honestly believed my stuff was stolen. The drivers were extremely rude and unprofessional. The company also sells your contract to another company and does not track your move, so you are left to only communicate with the driver (who was a hot head). I was yelled at several times for simply asking where my furniture was and when to expect the movers. NEVER EVER EVER subject yourself to this kind of torture. I am just happy they didnt run off with my stuff. I am 100% getting the cops involved in an investigation of the legitimacy of this company.

Last time I moved with other company. I hired lost a box and I never got it back, even when they advertised insurance. Even worse, they somehow made me feel like it was my fault! I recommend US Moving Team.

They picked our belongings on July 9 in New York and said two weeks before delivery in Helena, MT. AFTER they picked up our furniture they called and raised their price from $1700 to over $5000, and demanded payment by cash or check--no credit cards. (I assume that was so we couldnt contest the charges with the credit card company, to hide the income from the IRS, or both.) It is August 16th and nothing has arrived and they wont return our calls. I will update this review if our things ever arrive. Otherwise, assume they were stolen. Looking into a hiring a lawyer and filing a police report. Please note that all the five star reviews are riddled with spelling and grammar errors--clearly fake reviews. UPDATE: I called them and told them I was hiring a lawyer and filing a police report. They are demanding $1000 before they will let our agent INSPECT--not claim but INSPECT--the furniture before she puts in into a U-Haul, which we need because these idiots didnt get to Montana until November, instead of July. Oh---and one nice man who accidentally got a bunch of our stuff in Seattle is kindly sending it USPS at his own expense. Many people are suing these lowlifes. Dont hire them and you wont be among them.

My daughter scheduled a move with these idiots. She scheduled a morning move and on the day of the move when they had not arrived like she expected she was told that they did not know when they would show up because they were in Pennsylvania(she lived in Maryland). She waited a few hours and called back and was told it would be sometime in the afternoon....they finally arrived at 7pm est. Not only did they show up extremely late...they were moving really slow like they had lead in their azzes. They also told her that the 4 hour quote that she got on the phone would now be 8 hours...of course my daughter complained(but only one guy spoke any English and not well). One of the movers was over 70 foreign and looked like he had medical issues(in other words he should not have been trying to perform a moving job). My daughter was extremely upset so much so she started telling them what to do because they looked confused(a real dumb bunch..all of them). Finally they cancelled the move and said they werent moving her because she was rude. Excuse me? She was rude...I would have cursed somebody out that day. When your lease is up you have to be out by a certain day and this was a disaster and really put my daughter in a bind. Of course no one was available via the telephone on a Saturday. This business is horrible. They dont answer the phone when you call and they certainly dont want to refund my daughter her deposit. She will be contacting the BBB of MD to report this sorry business.

I provided my cc to this company for $823.00 as deposit for an interstate move. Immediately after (within minutes) I called to cancel as I felt uneasy at seeing the bad reviews, particularly at the company telling me it was not necessary to see the items being moved even though I told them I have a significant LLadro collection. (Expensive figurines). Upon calling to cancel, they said they noted the cancellation and assured me they would not charge my cc because I did not sign an e-contract nor any contract. They still went ahead and charged me and after numerous calls being transferred all over the place they finally said they did not reimburse because they still want to win my business. Really? A reputable company does not do this. I am awaiting the refund and now no one picks up the phone. Please stay away from attractive quotes, you will pay dearly at the end not to mentioned the needless stress and NEVER give then your credit card information. Better yet, stay away from this company.

US Moving Team, made our trip seamless. They came to our apartment and gave us a quote and stuck to that number.When they came to pick up our items - they were thorough and took care of our property very carefully.

Many companies offered me even less in price but it was kind of fake. maybe they simply tried to trick me. This guys did perfect job so I paid them good. Why not, u got good service. Most of the reviews where people have rated the service high are puzzling me. All these reviewers have only reviewed two services. US moving team and NJ moving services. And all reviews are in the span of 3 months. How is this possible? So Im not going to use the services obviously.

Warning Do not use this business! They are completely unprofessional and scam artists. They nevertheless showed up on time and lied about everything, then want to charge double and wants cash or theyve wont work. They refuse to give back my deposit now. Not only that, was asked when I needed my things delivered. Told them 4/28 and its now 5/7 and because the driver showed up in a semi-sleeper and 53 ft. Trailer and, could not make the turn in alley. So now Im being charged another 600.00 for them to rent a smaller truck to be able to make my delivery. What a joke. Low class company with no integrity . PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE! Warning stay away, leave website and find a better company. Will not be hard, ANY AND EVERY COMPANY IS BETTER THAN US MOVING TEAM!

This is a scam, stay AWAY from them. They charged us and never showed up. We were scheduled to move at 8 am and they didnt show up at all. We called them every hour until 6 pm and they said we are on our way. At 7 pm, out of no where they said we dont have your booking and they refused to return our reservation fee as well. Im gonna register a complaint against them in the consumer fraud department. I hope they run out of business.

Most moving companies are beyond shady, asking for huge non-refundable deposits and overcharging for everything.

This is a SCAM!!!!! They tell you an original estimate and then show up days late with your furniture, and when they finally arrive they coerce you to pay more money in cash or threaten to drive off with your stuff if you dont pay the cash. Also, they said they would arrive with my furniture on Friday, and did not show up until Tuesday, and that entire time they would not answer any phone calls and failed to contact me, so I thought they stole all of my furniture. Honestly, they may have if I did not keep calling and texting them over and over again. Oh, and when my stuff finally arrived, a lot of it was broken. DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOULL BE FORCED TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN CASH AND MAY HAVE YOUR FURNITURE STOLEN.

The crew showed up on time. They were careful and professional. They finished on time. They were friendly.

I went on line and did a search for a moving company, i gave my information and us miving team repeatedly called my for my business, I spoke to them and they sold me a bill of goods about how great and professional they were, they told me they would call me the night before to tell me what time they qould be at my house, at 5 oclock on 9/28/18 i called them to ask when they would be arriving, the guy said they will be there in the morning, someone will be calling you between now and 7 p.m. to confirm. At 9 oclock the next day morning i called because no one had called me back the night before and it took 35 minutes for someone to answer the phone, they told me the dispatcher would be calling me back in a few minutes, 2 hours later i callled back and pressed a different number, i got a woman on the phone, i asked her when my truck would be at my house, she left me on hold for 45 minutes, i finally hung up and called back, i pressed a different number and a man answerd the phone, he too put me on hold, when he came back he said your truck will be there tomorrow, a four bedroom house lied it was actually 6 bedrooms and they sent my truck to them, i said i booked you, you took my money, i have a contract, i didnt lie, i need this truck today, i was pissed, he said he would see what he could do and call me back. A little while later someone else called me back and assured me i would a truck today, just a little later around 1 oclock, at 3 oclock i called back, i went through being out on hold, hung up on and then finally someone telling me he was on hold with dispatcher and he would call me back as soon as he got off the phone, at 530 i called back and asked him if he was still on the phone with dispatcher, he said oh they never called you, i said no you were supposed to call me back, my phone rang at 6 some guy telling me to text him my address, i said what time will you he here, he said first text me your address, i texted him my address, then called right back, he didnt answer, i called him over and over again until he answered and he told me tomorrow, i said that is not acceptable he said to bad and hung up on me, i rented a truck sunday and moved the stuff myself, i just called this morning 10/1/2018 and asked when i would be receiving my money back, the answer i got is the guy isnt in. I asked do you automatically refund the money when you dont show up for the job, the answer very rudely and in so many words was no, so not only did they beg for my business and not show up, now i have to beg for my money back. Do whatever you want, its your move but believe me if you want to be a victim on a day already filled with stress then by all means book this company.

Bunch of frauds. And horrible frauds at that. Please look at all the 5 star ratings and see the pattern in poor grammar for each one. I initially called and booked a trip with them and right after reading the REAL reviews I immediately called and canceled. When I called a few times they hung up the phone and when I finally got a hold of someone they claimed the internet and phone line was tangled. Iam guessing they still use AOL dialup as their internet provider. I called to cancel within an hour and they advised my payment is being processed and they will refund my payment in 7-10 business days. I asked for an email showing that the trip is cancelled and the representative stated sure I will send it now and hung up. She never sent it. I contacted my bank and they advised the payment was not processed it is still processing as I thought and I wil charge their asses back tomorrow and hopefully their merchant fee for a charge back kicks in. DO NOT BOOK A TRIP WITH THESE FRAUDS!!!!

Absolutely the worse company we could have hired. They charge you for so many things that are supposed to be included and then that price changes get jacked up dramatically when they get there even. They send workers that barely speak English and are rude they were on their cell phones as one of the workers bank accounts were in the negative and needed to find a wells fargo so he waited outside 45 min before coming back to pack up stuff in which my husband had to do most of the work for them. Then they showed up with a smaller truck and then had to come back not even getting everything on the itemized list and charged more money once the said again. They picked our stuff up on 8-8 and promised delivery by 8-11 and still nothing when calling there never is a time they can answer where your stuff is or when its coming just that it will be there tomorrow or the next day. There cannot be any good reviews if they are as you can see they dont have propper grammar which just like the hot head driver and the workers, im thinking that they are a scam and its time to seek a lawyer and the BBB. Im very concerned at this point.

Very Bad experience. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. They sent us an estimate of 600$ (incl everything) . Mail clearly mentions, no hidden cost. We had also sent them our inventory list in the beginning. We also mentioned all minute details, like we stay on 3rd level, miles to our new home, etc. Everything was great until we paid our deposit (115$).Later they stopped responding to our mails, phone calls. Some how after multiple attempts we managed to fix and finalise the timmings with them for the moving day, as we had already booked in the deposit money. Movers arrived 2 hrs late on the day, and even before he evaluted our stuff, started demanding 750$. We asked for explanation as deal was for 600$ and we had already paid 115$, so we were due for 485$ and now he said its going to be 750$ (almost twice the amount). He said 485$ doesnot include travel time, secondly you stay on 3rd level, so cost has gone up. We even showed him the mail, which clearly shows cost break up offered to us but he refused to budge.. Later he said Us moving team is a broker and these guys picked our job at last min and rates are 750$ or else we loose on our deposit money if we dont move today. We were left with no option but to pay. Us moving team is still not responding, neither on mails or on calls.worst company, not recommended at all

Absolutely horrendous company. We had such a bad experience moving from Boston to NY. Understaffed, dishonest, late. We were expecting our things at 6:00PM. They arrived at 11:00 PM after an unbelievable bunch of excuses. Prices greatly inflated; a lot of trash talking between the movers and the sales people, as if there were two different companies. I lost a TV that they let fell flat inside the truck. Not careful; most of my items have deep dents and scratches that are the result of poor, careless handling. They set they would re-assemble the things they disassembled. Not true.

This moving company is the absolute worst what a bunch of FraudsPaid for my move 3 weeks prior then on the day of the move I received a call from the driver he was 15 mins away this dude never showed up and i could not get anyone on the phone all this time and now these THIEVES are refusing to give me back my money . TRUST ME YOU ARE BETTER OFF RENTING A UHAUL AND MOVING YOURSELF THAN DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS STAY AWAY I WILL BE FIGHTING AND REMOVING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

I am the communications director for the Paulist Fathers, a community of Catholic priests, based in New York City.Today, U.S. Moving Team out of Plainfield, NJ, was scheduled to do a pickup here at the motherhouse at 415 West 59th St. The boxes being shipped were for two of the Paulist Fathers who are moving to California.U.S. Moving was to arrive between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. They arrived at 11:45 a.m. They then proceeded to leave, without notifying us, because they claimed there were not enough boxes to be shipped.A call had to be placed to find out why they had left without saying anything.Needless to say, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It was great to have one successful moving experience for a change. Even makes me want to move all over again!

They never showed up on 8/25/18 & I gave a Deposit. The Driver kept lying saying they were right around the corner. Sennding Crazy Texs like YOU WANNA MOVE OR WHAT. Then Sunday morning not the day scheduled this young guy gives me an out rageous quote. I said No. Refund my Money Back. Horrible Service....Not Professional at All...

I had made several mistakes so i figured it out. I decided that that time I would figure it out when I would choose this guys. Then I had so many estimates and figured out that I would go with this guys.I was expected a little bit discount and I got it. Thanks to my wife she had knew how to do that ) Thanks

Whatever you do please stay as far away as possible from these criminals. They took my deposit came to my house with a full truck expected to move a full house of furniture, Add a schedule delivery of 8 AM the driver showed up at 4 PM in the afternoon.Their customer service is horrible they had me waiting on the phone for two hours and 16 minutes then transfer me to another moving company saying it was their billing company.Who have never heard of these guys before. Either way I will be filing fraud charges against them because they won’t give me my deposit back.If there was zero stars I would give zero

We did not really imagine that this move could have ended with such positive results. It began as a headache as we had clutters of boxes everywhere and barely had enough time to organize our things.

If i could give this company zero stars i would. they attempted to be 4 hours late, were rude when we called to figure out where the movers were and sold my contract to another company without telling me. When we called to find out who the movers were that showed and WHY they were there they were extremely rude and said take the help or you wont have any movers. they never refunded my deposit, didnt respond to my emails requesting it. WORSE MOVING COMPANY EVER
