Service was excellent. Bobby (the guy who serviced our AC unit) was very professional and courteous. Took the time to explain the issue, what the possible cause was and how to prevent potential issues in the future. Truly stand up guy. Would definitely recommend him and this company.

I have always received prompt and courteous service when I have called for my a/c not cooling in the summer over the past years. The first few times I asked to just have the system recharged since it had a slow leak. But after several years it was best just to replace the entire system. The leak was in the air handler. I had a Tran that was well over 12 years old so I just put in an entire system. I chose Carrier this time. I bought the additional warranty as well so I have no worries for the next 10 years, parts or labor.I smelled something that had burnt a few days later and called them back to check it out. The tech looked over and saw the black soot on the hot water heater. It was the element on the hot water heater that had fried. Didnt even charge for the trip.This new system is costing us so much less in energy, we are happy we made the choice to get a new one. It has been almost a year now since it was installed.

Air Today handles both my business and personal heating and air conditioning service needs - I have service contracts with them for both. We have had them out to both the home and business for service calls, and they have been great!! The technicians are prompt, professional and courteous and Danny and Brenda are always quick to respond to any questions or additional service requests. Called on a Tuesday morning after noticing my downstairs thermostat showing 14+ hours of daily activity through the holiday weekend (I normally average 4-5 hours per day). Kevin arrived less than 2 hours later, and was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to determine the issue quickly (faulty run capacitor), and had the replacement part on the truck. Less than 30 minutes later my system is running like new. Its so nice to have found an honest and reliable HVAC company in Frisco, thank you!

Air Today got a new owner a couple of years ago. He is very nice and motivated to provide good service. That being said, I was very unhappy with the install of my new system. It was installed by them Nov 2017 and never worked right.They acknowledged it was a poor install. I had pipes in attic sealed and attic insilated hoping to get it to cool. Now the attic insulation is coming through the ceiling of the heating closet where the unit apparently wasnt properly sealed. I have given up and am seeking someone to come fix their install.

We’ve used this company for many years with great success. We manage hundreds of homes and buildings and they do all our HVAC work including my personal home. Highly recommend. Great service and techs.

Stay away from these guys! They were dispatched to my home from a warranty company - Which should tell you something.. Their only job was to do an assessment of my unit, which was leaking water from the coil.. The alleged certified tech, rerouted my drain lines, bent my pan and the next day water was pouring out of my ceiling.. When I contacted Air Today, I spoke to Brenda, the Owner and what a piece of work this lady was.. Basically, she said its not their problem and to go back to the warranty company.. Warranty company said they should fix this, but arent responsible for poor workmanship.. This company epitomizes lazy, irresponsible, trashy service and I strongly encourage you to take your business anywhere but here.. Only guarantee you have from these guys is that youll be taken advantage of... They did however leave me a quote for a new replacement unit, which I thought was the appropriate cherry topping.. Buyer beware!

We had three A/C companies out to look at our a/c unit and received three different opinions. It was the most frustrating, ridiculous fiasco that weve had to deal with. We had Air Today come out, diagnose the problem, and they were able to not only fix it, but complete the repair in a timely fashion, The cost was way under what we predicted and it was done with excellence. Its rare you find the whole package in an A/C company. One that is honest and full of integrity. The crew and staff were incredible to work with. While the unit was being evaluated, they also brought out a single unit to cool our downstairs - totally unexpected and much appreciated!I would recommend this company to anyone needing any type of repairs. I was referred to Air Today A/C & Heating by a friend when my air conditioner went out. They were very prompt and professional scheduling my appointment and I was very satisfied with the services they provided. I needed a minimal repair which was completed on the same day I called. I would recommend Air Today to my friends and family.

Great service for commercial and residential. Air Today installed a new HVAC unit in my home in December 2016. They did a fantastic job. Beginning in 2017 they also have performed the service on my business HVAC systems for 17 units. The service is always prompt, courteous and reasonably priced.

5 stars and whatever I can say about these guys do not do it justice! Ive always said, be honest, upfront friendly and truthful and you will have more business than you can handle. These guys get it! I had 3 companies come out before I found Brian and his team at air today and was quoted for 2 new units, new duct work and 20,000 dollars later will have my problem fixed. Brian showed up and within 5 mins knew what my problem was. (Not enough returns in the home) his team showed up the next day (Vidal,Nick and Adam) and knocked it out for an INCREDIBlE price. Not only that but I could have been sold another 1,000 control board I thought was out but nick found it was just a wire with a short and fixed it!!!! Above and beyond. Now because of this I am using them at my business, and all of my family members will call no one else besides air today!Dont go through the pain and waisted time calling other people. Call these guys and get taken care of. They are looking out you YOU!

Signed a contract for them to service my two A/C units, this included cleaning them up. The job was awful the left leaves inside the units that they said they just cleaned up. I sent pictures to the company and never heard back from them. I also asked for a quote to replace one of my aging units, which they did provide a quote. I called to ask if the quote was still good and was told they would call me back, I am still waiting. I have used this company for years and the were very good, I understand that the business was recently sold and now is a new group. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this firm.

Recently during the 105 degree weather my AC unit went off line. It was still under the new unit warranty. I called Air Today, they came out the same day and did the repairs. They also handled the warranty with Carrier, even tho they didnt do the original installation. I couldnt have asked for better service. They were prompt and professional! I will use them for all my AC work in the future and would highly recommend their work to anyone.Jarrell Shortes

This was the first time Id used Air Today and I was extremely impressed. In the middle of a heat wave, they come the same day that I called, on-time and resolved the issue. They were highly professional, extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. In addition, I had them install one of the new wifi thermostats (Ecobee) and was equally impressed with their knowledge of instillation and wifi set up for this technology that might still be unfamiliar to other contractors. I highly recommend them.
