He recently came out to perform some maintenance as the unit was struggling to cool during he hot Texas summer. Josh was professional, timely and courteous and took time to explain the issue and things I can do to keep the system running efficiently. Highly recommend them for AC help! The person on the phone was very pleasant and helped me get an appointment convenient for me and they send follow up texts and emails before your appointment. The tech was very friendly and helped me understand the problem and explained what he was going to do before doing it. Easy payment with a credit card also makes it easier than finding a check book. My entire experience with Josh McGill and his company could be described in one word - OUTSTANDING!When Josh first arrived at my place he immediately spotted a problem that had been created by a previous technician which had pretty much put my 9-year-old AC unit out of action. After that, he sat with me and gave me a detailed explanation as to what he would be doing if he got the job of replacing my AC unit with a new one. He then gave me a very competitive price after some negotiation and was able to give me an installation date within a couple of days.His people (Ismael, Noah and Oskar) showed up exactly on time on the scheduled day. They were polite, respectful of my property and appeared highly competent. Everything worked perfectly once they completed the job and they left everything spic and span, as if they had never been here to do a major installation where numerous large and heavy items had to brought up and down from the attic.Subsequently, I verified from the bank that the terms of the financing deal were exactly as stated by Josh.Josh then returned the following week to do a Quality Control Check (first time I have had any company do that on their own accord). He ensured that everything was done right by his people and corrected an issue with the thermostat touch screen that I reported to him.Last but not the least, the Office Manager, Kristy, was extremely prompt in responding to any email I sent her.Bottom line - I wish every service provider that I engaged operated like this one - that would save me a lot of headaches!Based on my experience, I would highly recommend All Service Heating & Air to anyone needing AC and Heating repair or replacement services.

Complete HVAC system replacement (two units), including the 45 year old ducts.A lot of work, and the first day was rainy. Yet not only was the work done in a professional, quality manner, they completely cleaned up. My wife is fastidious in her housecleaning, yet struggled to find a morsel to remove after they left.

We needed to replace our entire HVAC system that was some 18-20 years old. Josh came by and checked what we had, what we wanted to go to, etc. He was very personable and helpful. After getting another estimate, we decided we really wanted to go with Trane units. Cesar and Gambino came out a few days later to do the install. They were fast, efficient and easy to work with. And I LOVE the new smart thermostat! Would highly recommend All Service to anyone!!!!!!

I am a repeat customer. I had All Service Heating and Air install a new AC and furnace last year (2019). They did such a great job, I had them to replace my other AC and furnace earlier this year. They visited my home on a maintenance request for duct cleaning today and I could not be happier about the level of professional and friendly service they provide every time. All Service cares about their customers. The service technicians wore protective masks, feet coverings and sanitized their hands, etc. prior to coming inside. All the work they have done in my home and the service they have provided has been truly top notch. If you want it done right, this is the company to call.

Replaced 2 units and did great but no follow up at all....dont know filters, service timeframes, etc. Would have been 5 stars if theyd followup!**While I certainly differ with their written response as to what happened after the install, they did immediately sent someone out to go over the system with us and show us the filters, etc. Based on their quick response and very nice person who came out, Ive raised them to a 5 and do highly recommend them for your AC needs.I have now recommended two of my neighbors/friends to All Service!

Prompt, professional and responsive.I reached out late Friday after 5pm and left a VM. I received a return call within 30 minutes and surprisingly they scheduled a technician to come out that evening.They sent a text with a picture and description of the technician when he was en route.He was prompt, courteous and maintained social distance with a mask. I described the issue and he instructed me to make the appropriate thermostat changes inside while he worked on the outdoor AC unit. He was able to quickly isolate the problem and fix it without coming inside. Our issue was resolved in less than 3 hours on a holiday weekend. Thank you!

Thankfully, I didn’t.They inspected the unit in the attic thoroughly.Then while Josh inspected my outside unit, his coworker asked if I had a spare air filter, and graciously changed the air filter for me.I intended to do so, but hadn’t brought in my 10’ ladder from the garage yet, as it’s heavy and difficult to bring in...Fortunately he was very tall and only needed mystep ladder to replace filter in the ceiling. 😃They were both very kind, professional, prompt, and left with all of my questions answered.P.S. We recently used All Service Heating and Air to install new service at our house. I ask three companies (all referred by friends) to submit proposals for the same equipment ...Trane 18 Seer, Variable Speed. All Service, Josh, did a more thorough pre-inspection than the other 2. The proposal was for a 5 Ton, 3 Ton Zoned, and a 3 Ton, with air purifiers. The All Service bid was substantially less than the other two and included replacing a fair amount of duct work that had been poorly engineered previously plus cleaning all the ducts (which the others did not include). They scheduled the installation quickly, showed up on time and completed the job on time. The technicians were very courteous and professional. It was a big job done right. We are very pleased with how quiet and efficient the new units are. We would not hesitate to use All Service again and to recommend them to friends

I called this company to ask them to come out to my residence to give me a quote on a Trane air conditioning and heating system to replace a 14 year old Trane system (one of three I have in my home). The owner came out within two hours of my contacting the company. He was very professional. He checked all my systems and listened to my concerns and addressed each and every one. He measured the area, wrote me the quote and I was so happy with it all, we signed immediately and will gave our new system installed this week. So far, it couldn’t have gone better. All Service is outstanding! It was time for an inspection of my heating system. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Josh and Taylor arrived right on time. I cant say enough good things about this company. Let me first tell you I am an engineer so my expectations and attention to detail are probably unreasonably high. With that said, these guy did an exceptional job and exceeded all my expectations. They went well above what was in the contract and didnt leave until I was satisfied with every detail. Roland and his entire crew were prompt and courteous in every respect. They cleaned up well after they were done and left me feeling very comfortable that all was well. I recommend them highly!Here we are about 6 weeks after this initial review. I had three 20 year old systems until All Service replace the first one. As luck would have it a 2nd system started giving me trouble and wouldnt heat so I called All Service. We decided that it would be more cost effective to just replace the 2nd system. That was on Monday March 2. On Tuesday they installed another entire system. They did the whole thing in one day and, as last time, they did an excellent job. Keeping my fingers crossed that the 3rd system lasts a little longer. :)

One of the best contractors Ive ever dealt with.Took time to give me a detailed outline of the work to be performed, explain the pricing, and there were no surprises at the end.Install crew worked very quickly, showed up when they said they would, and didnt leave a trace behind, even though they added three returns. I expected to have to clean up some sheet rock residue, and that wouldnt have bothered me, but they literally left no mess.They sent a manager out a few days after install to inspect the job, and finished up a few minor things. When the system was running louder than expected, they came out multiple times to get it right and ended up installing an additional return for the bigger unit at no extra cost.Very prompt in communicating if they were going to be running late, but that only happened once. Two times they showed up at the beginning of the window they gave (after calling in advance), and two other times they called to see if they could show up early.Great experience, highly recommended. Family-owned company, and the owner cares about the job his team does. Great experience with owner, manager, supervisor, and install team. Give them a chance to earn your business because.

I was referred to All Service Heating and Air by my neighbor. Called them around 11AM and had a tech out by 530PM same day because the heater wasnt blowing on our upstairs unit. Josh Heinen, our tech, came in and asked what was going on. I told him the issue and asked him for an honest assessment of both of our units since theyre roughly 16 years old. Looking at the upstairs unit first, Josh asked me who last inspected our units. I told him On Time Experts who we asked for an assessment too back in Spring and they told us we needed to replace both our units, which would cost us somewhere in the neighborhood of $30 to 40 grand. Josh found that something wasnt plugged in which was the cause of the initial issue and then found a secondary issue which leads me to believe that On Time Experts has some shady business practices and people working for them.Josh cleaned up a few little things on both units and told me that the units were fine and would last longer than I originally as long as they were maintained accordingly. As a consumer, we should be able to trust the experts we let enter our homes and never feel like were being taken advantage of. This is the type of service we got and are grateful for. When it is truly time to spend the money to replace our units, Ill gladly spend with All Service Heating and Air. Our former a/c company was purchased by All Service Heating and Air. We made an appointment for our annual spring check up with Brandon. He was prompt and very professional. He looked over our units and shook his head. Our Trane was about 20 years old. We knew it needed to be replaced since we been told that several time. We told him wed think about it. Well, during our current August heat wave it began acting up. I called one Friday night and left a message. He called back promptly and we went over what we had discussed in April. He took care of everything and both units were replaced on Sat. Pablo and his crew were professional and took everything off as promised. Brandon helped set up our smart control and answered out questions. Awesome customer service is rare.

So I want to start off that is barely summer and the unmentionable happens.. our AC went out. Super old system. We called them to price out a new unit and they were extremely prompt and the installer Taylor was completely professional and knowledgeable of the system and explained how to use the new system since ours was from the stone age apparently. We are a new customer of All Service!!! Our old Carrier unit, just went out on a summer weekend:(. I was quick to call many companies and just seeing who would be first to respond, or provide the best experience including our current AC company.Of all the companies only All Service even called me back, they had a technician (Austin) come out on a Sat, and have everything quoted, agreed and setup to install in 2 days!!! None of the others even called me back! Doing my due diligence I still called a few others myself, and got quotes from some, they were more expensive and couldn’t come out for around 4-5 days.The install was great, the crew was awesome. We had an emergency where our main AC unit stopped working. When we called, All Service Heating and Air told us that all the techs were booked-up the following day, but you know what they did? The owner of the company personally came to our house and fixed the AC! Not only did he quickly fix the problem (blown capacitor), but also did a thorough inspection and gave us information about maintenance we may want to do in the future. I feel that they were fast, honest, and truly cared about me as a customer. 5-stars!
