I normally don’t write reviews but I felt the need to recommend these guys. They’ve definitely turned some really stressful situations into really positive experiences with my vehicles. I’ve brought two vehicles to them. They are very prompt and good at what they do. The best part is how reasonable their pricing is. I’ve had had a couple quotes at the dealership that these guys were able to do for a fraction of the cost. And I’ve tried other shops in the past where I had issues with pricing or quality of work. This place definitely eliminates all my worries. They do a great job explaining everything and educating you. Very trustworthy and exceptional work. A must if you need work done on your BMW.Also, had aftermarket stuff done to my car and very happy with the results!

We bought a 10 year old BMW convertible from a used car dealer recently. Before our return period ran out, we brought our car to Bimmers Only Plano today for a used car checkout even though it seemed to be in really good shape. Well, so glad we did. They found out that the engine was eating itself up from the inside out and would likely need to be replaced in less than 10k miles. Thats something the dealers 150 point inspection missed. Its great to have found a reliable BMW mechanic who saved us from a giant headache down the road! And they were super nice!

Had them install our Bimmertech Alpha One system in our X5. They did a great job and they also went the extra mile and fixed our misaligned downpipe simply because my wife was a veteran! Thank you for the excellent service! We will be back

Our family has known the Torres Family for years. Our kids played soccer together. I recently found an immaculate BMW 326i Hardtop Convertible that I wanted to buy. I made the purchase contingent upon Bimmers Only Plano doing a pre-purchase inspection. Freddie Torres’ team put the car up on the rack and walked me through the entire inspection. While the car was in immaculate, there was significant rust damage to the undercarriage, frame, and brake system. In addition, many immediate maintenance issues were found. I started getting Freddy to do my maintenance and repairs about 10 years ago. At that time, my extended warranty was up and I was looking for a private mechanic that knew BMWs. When I first spoke to Freddy and he let me know what Classic BMW would tell me regarding the maintenance that needed to be done and what truly needed to be done, it spoke volumes about Freddys integrity. Ive been going to him ever since.I have had a 3 series that had over 200K miles and per Freddy would have easily gone over 300K miles if it didnt get totaled in an accident. I currently have a 5 series with almost 215K miles on it and Freddy himself is quite surprised of the good condition it is still in. I might just be lucky, but I truly believe Freddy keeping up with my car maintenance and repairs has been the main reason why I was able to keep my previous car for so many miles and my current car for as many miles it has on it.As long as I continue to own BMWs, I will always take my vehicles to Freddy. I have referred several friends to him over the years and they have been pleased with his work. Long story short, Freddy is extremely competent in his work, reasonable in his pricing, and just an all-around great guy that I enjoy catching up with whenever I need work done on my cars. I recommend Freddy to anyone without any hesitation!

Ive been using this services since I bought my first BMW about 10 Years ago. Ive had services completed at both locations and each time working with Freddy has been amazing. From the start he was honest about what I needed and ensured that repairs were done with quality and priced in a way that I could afford. My first car needed major work (engine replacement) Freddy and his team did the work and after his repairs I havent had any issues with the engine, just other maintenance stuff. Now on to my second Bimmer and I will only trust it to Bimmers Only..

I got my oil changed and brakes done it was less expensive than the dealership and was done quickly. They used very good rotors, pads and oil. I was in and out quickly, they offered to help me get my car tuned and install performance parts for a great deal. Definitely will be using them again, the technicians are very nice.

Went here for about to 18 months or so just to get my oil change and some time ago they told me that I needed my blower motor replaced. They told me the total was over $500 to fix. I left it alone until my A/C started not working properly and making a loud noise. Decided to buy some tools and try to do it myself. Took me some time but finally was able to get to it through the hood and was able to see something in there. It was a $20 bill. There’s a grill that prevents leaves from getting inside so there’s no way it could get in there without someone purposely doing it. After watching a few more videos I realized that in order to remove it I had to do it from inside under the glove compartment. I was able to take it off in 5-10 minutes and remove the bill. It no longer makes the noise and works fine. I strongly believe one of the mechanics put it in there on purpose thinking I would just come back and get it replaced. Saved myself $500 and no longer going back here. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else but just be careful on being too trusting. On the bright side I got $20 which really just paid for the tools I ordered to fix it. Also I had no experience with cars whatsoever but was able to do it watching videos.

This place is great! I highly recommend them! I first found Bimmers Only Plano after a disappointing experience at Classic BMW. I had been going to the dealer for everything but when they charged me $2000 for a repair that was misdiagnosed, and expected me to pay another $2000 so they could fix what they thought was actually the issue, I couldnt go back to them. Bimmers Only Plano diagnosed the issue quickly, correctly, and repaired what was needed at an affordable rate.I just returned from my second experience at Bimmers Only Plano and they changed my oil in 30 mins. SO much better than the dealer where I had to leave the car all day, sometimes longer, and make two trips to drop off and pick up. I will keep coming to Bimmers Only Plano!

Awesome worksheet! They replaced my valve cover gasket, rear seal, 2 wheel bearings, windshiel washer pump, oil filter housing and daytime running lights. Yes, my lil bimmer was pretty sickly but Bimmers Only gave her the TLC she needed and were running the roads again.

If you own a Mini you know that every little problem can turn into a money sink when you go to the dealer. These guys are a great alternative as they can order any parts (including keys) and charge much better rates compared to the dealership. I needed a brake light replaced and they were able to order a part and get it replaced in a couple hours. They even charged me less than what they quoted me. The dealer would have charged me DOUBLE what I was charged and likely kept the car overnight. I also didnt get the standard your car has all these problems call that I get from the dealer trying to pick up thousands of dollars off me while my car is there (Classic BMW),

Recently moved to Dallas from Austin. Finding a good mechanic for my Mini was a headache. I went to Bimmers only and expected to see all makes and models in their stalls. Surprise!!!! They really ONLY service Bimmers and Mini. Service was excellent. Facility is clean. Staff is professional. Another happy customer! Thanks guys.

I been using this place for more than two years and never disappointed me. They are very knowledgeable and explains in lay man terms. I been got couple of quotes from other places and Bimmers only always beats or meets the same price. I’ll definitely recommend it and will always take my Bimmers here.

Did not inspire confidence. Cooling system wasn’t bled appropriately after service. Low coolant warning came on on my way home and I had to top off the coolant. Oil hose clamp wasn’t replaced during service resulting in an oil leak, which they fixed after I took car back. Finally, around 50 miles was added on the odometer while in their care. Seems excessive for a test drive.

Very nice people, got there, he was working on something, stopped quickly to listen to me, came out checked my car and fixed the issue in less than 10 sec, and he did it all for free. They did my front lip spoiler very well. I got my lip on eBay and is not a perfect fit, but they still manage to make it close to perfect. Staffs are very kind, knowledgeable and considerate. Waiting time is not long during the installation and fee is quite fair. Would highly recommend any modding done here for any bimmer because they surely know their stuff!!

Chris was very helpful and accommodating. The shop was promptly able to determined the issue with the car, tried to perform the least expensive option available, then when that did not yield the desired result, proceeded to the next option, which fixed my problem. Also had them do the oil change while I was in - which is certainly more cost effective than the what a dealer would charge.I will definitely be going back as they have shown an appreciation for the service they offer and for the cars they service. Great Job!

This is the only place I will take my cars! Hands down the best in Texas for BMW repairs, maintenance and service.

Just make sure you have an appointment. Any random issues with your vehicle, you might as well go to the dealer or somewhere else.Other than that they are good people, honest, and efficient. Just plan your service/performance tasks in advance, and set an appointment.

I own a 2012 BMW 328i sedan that has 95k miles on it. Bought it brand new and has been serviced at a prominent North Dallas BMW dealer since new. Last week, suddenly the muffler started making a very loud rattling noise. I contacted my service advisor and ask if I could bring by for him to listen to. I left the car for the tech to diagnose and used one of their loaners to get to work. Got a text about an hour later saying I needed a new exhaust system that was going to cost $1500!!! I ask if I didnt fix would it hurt the car, advisor said no. When googling the noise, I found that many others have had the same noise with various solutions besides a new muffler system, so I returned the loaner that day and again asked the service advisor if there was anything that could be done besides installing a $1500 exhaust system and he said no, not to their knowledge. Then I started googling for an independent BMW garage and found Bimmers Only and Freddy. Explained to him the noise, he asked me to bring car by for him to listen/check. Within 60 seconds, he diagnosed the car with a missing spring on the muffler flap. He ordered the part for installed yesterday for a total of $140!!! Car is quiet as can be. Freddy and his team are great and indicated to me they are certified BMW technicians and can handle any service needs I may have! They will be my new go to shop for my 328i...no more dealership for me as I now can no longer trust them. Bruce B. McKinney TX.

Replaced the battery there to have it properly registered, but instead was offered to replace an expensive wiring part - which was not the problem at all - have to go somewhere else to properly register it.

Before i took my 2012 M Sport X5 to Bimmers Only i went to a few other places and got ripped off and the issue was not resolved but instead it got even more complicated but Bimmers Only (Freddie) hands down the best BMW mechanic/very professional/cheaper i have ever came across, he thoroughly checked my car and was able to diagnose the issue and fixed it. I will definitely go back to Freddie in future.I would strongly recommend Bimmers Only please dont go anywhere else and get ripped off if you have a BMW go to Freddie.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Not pushy on maintenance but do let you know of critical points of failure and things that might be missing. They have a super clean facility, a nice waiting area and Wi-Fi. They answer all my questions and give me prices on things I might need. They stay busy so I recommend making an appointment.

WOW! Freddy and crew are amazing! Not only did he save me tons of loot on my O2 replacement, he also gave me expert advice and replaced my cig lighter fuse (minus the dime found in it) fo free!!!! I took my recently purchased 550I in to ask about an battery charging issue. I meet Freddy and he was very helpful, they gave me a diagnostic check, registered my battery and solved my problem. It would of been easy to tell me it needed a repair to my BMS and charge me for it, but he was very honest and did it at no charge. I personally respect this kind of customer service, I left him something to get a few drinks and feel very confident that I can go back any time I need help with my Bimmer. Thanks Freddy.

Ive been going to Bimmers only for over a year,now Im even more satisfied that they opened the new location in Plano. A lot closer to home.I came in to get an oil change and a head light control module on my 335i.I was out of the door less then an hour, extremely grateful for Freddy the owner,always gets me the best parts with the best prices! #bimmersonly
