It was great. Chris Finch was very nice and helpful. He asked me questions about my vehicle that I didnt consider when I had noticed my problem. They were able to get me in fast. They determined that I only needed an alignment and didnt have a brake problem. I was very happy with the work and the place was very clean.

Great company to work with, fixed my A/C quickly and at a reasonable price. Very honest people, worth every penny. Turnaround was quick, I got a list of items that my vehicle needed but they did not try to sell me anything that I did not want or need.

Chris was super friendly and helpful, and thoroughly explained every issue. Showed me exactly what was wrong with the old part. And he even stayed past closing time to finish my car before the end of the day so I wouldn’t have to wait until the next day.

I don’t usually do this, but I had a really positive experience with these guys today. Very authentic and up front; as I waited today I saw them be transparent with a customer into the garage to adequately communicate the issue and when another individual arrived with a need for a repair they didn’t offered - they were quick with recommendations to help that person out. Just a really positive experience and I walked away knowing this is the type of place I would go back to again.

My exhaust manifold had 2 broken bolts causing my truck to lose power and good fuel efficiency. Chris and his team were able to extract the broken bolts and installed OEM Mopar parts so I could get back on the road! I also highly recommend the Platinum program. It basically pays for itself if you use it! Lastly, I believe they are truthful! Most mechanics get the reputation of tacking things on but not here. Thank you Chris.

I had a very good experience sending my car to 1st integrity for the first time. BUT in my visit 2nd time, it was really an unpleasant visit. It was a cabin air filter change (maybe a few more work on my car) and I already got the filter at hand and the staff in 1st integrity ALREADY KNEW about it. When I asked about the price, Sam answered $56 or something around it (I don’t know this price is a official charge or it depends on the mood), then I said, I contacted my Ford dealer just now and they said it would be around $50 with their filter included. Then he answered immediately with a price around 36 dollars..I trusted 1st integrity based on the name as a lady not knowing so much about cars and also my 1st visit. But this time, it really destroyed my trust. It just give me the concern that if I WAS NOT CAREFUL ENOUGH, THEY WOULDN’T BE INTEGRITY.Then, I was recommend to change air filter as well, that’s ok and I don’t mind my car getting changed with a new air filter if needed. And they told me it will e extra ten something dollars. In the middle of their work, the worker told me honestly that it didn’t need to be changed and I really appreciate his honesty which made me feel a little bit better.BUT when I tried to pay after the work finished, I was charged over $40 with also an air filter change by Sam without asking and confirming with worker what kind of work they did.... I FOUND THAT OUT and asked, Sam returned the extra charge...Now I’m just concerned whether I was overcharged on my 1st time visit or something they didn’t do and I also didn’t notice... Very unpleasant visit this time.(Also please don’t ask your customer how much the oil change in Take 5)

Before buying a used car, I asked these guys to check it out. They were incredible through, but what really impressed me was how personable they were. They were professional as well and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. It wasnt just me; they treated all customers extremely cordially and respectfully. They provided a full report on the car and I was able to take it back to the salesman and receive several hundreds of dollars worth of replacement items and services that dont believe I would have gotten without their report. And theyre follow up afterwards was equally impressive. Ive never seen such sincere customer service at a mechanics shop before. Ask for Chris!

Check around other shops for competitive pricing, I paid too much here one time and almost overpaid by 35% a second time. Im not saying the workmanship is bad, not at all. Im just saying you need more than one bid!

Got flagged down for a faulty brake light, gave them a call and they saw me same day immediately. They offered me some drinks while I waited inside. Promptly fixed my light and checked/pumped my tires, and then told me not to worry about the cost this time. Incredible service, will definitely spend my money here next time I have trouble with my car.

UPDATE: Was told they were under new management and I took my car there for an oil change. The new manager is personable and even wiped down my car for me after service. Above and beyond good service! I love the location and the various ways they look out for their customers. It is clean with plenty of extras from good magazines to the cold water and soda.

They were very professional and gave me a fair diagnostic listing all the things that needed attention and some things that might need attention soon. Services were done quickly

It took 4 separate trips to fix the same problem. I was told numerous different things and was sold parts I didn’t need. Which of course I didn’t find out until after the fact and $500 later. I would get a second opinion and consider taking your business elsewhere.

Been using this location for years, Al is a great manager. When a lube shop down the road messed up my oil pan i first came to them and have never looked else where. I cannot give this shop enough stars! I am from OKC and was in a major bind being in Dallas on a Saturday with a major brake issue. I had just had my pads replaced and the boneheads in OKC didn’t torque down the mounting caliper bolt and it found it’s way out. The caliper then interfered and galled my rim. Chris and Kevin were super helpful and quick for it being a Saturday! They helped me with the repair that was quality and cost effective so I can get back to OKC to raise hell with my local shop. Too bad Chris and Kevin don’t work in OKC! Thanks again for your help guys!

Yep - definitely found my new mechanic shop. Al (the manager) extra helpful. I was sent a diagnostic and pictures of the problem areas from my actual vehicle and not generic pictures. The mechanics know their stuff. Waiting area clean and complimentary snacks available. Will update after I get my SUV back: but Im loving them already.

My daughter and I were on our way home from a long day at the doctor’s office in Dallas when my tire pressure alert went off. We were losing air fast. I pulled into Walmart to get air and realized my tire had a gash in it and it wouldn’t hold air. I don’t know how to change a tire so I pulled into this shop to have them put my spare on for me. They changed it out for me within 5-10 minutes and didn’t even charge us a dime! They were so professional and nice. I definitely recommend them for all your car repair needs.

I went in to get my coolant flushed. They did a 4point(?) inspection on my car. I have always felt pressured when going to a mechanic or dealership when getting things done my on car. Not here. They were honest and upfront about costs and repairs as well as things to consider in the future to make sure my car maintains its longevity. Left more knowledgeable about how to car for my car and on budget. Al and his team was very respectful and helpful

Went in just for a state inspection and they were kind enough to turn off a nagging oil change light (I always forget how to turn it off myself) + top off my window fluid. Inquired about synthetic oil change prices and it was the most competitive price Ive heard. Ill be going to this shop from now on. Way more trustworthy / genuine - especially compared to the junk Firestone offers (who I used to go to).Also am a fan that theyre a family owned business that doesnt franchise - I think it helps to maintain actual integrity and quality service.Final note - their inside seating area is great, plus super nice chairs outside if you dont want to play covid bingo.

Went there to get an alignment a few months back. I was really happy with the service but the salesman on the phone this morning laughed at me when I was asking questions about the $1000 of repairs I wanted them to do. As a woman I feel so disrespected. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional and I’m glad I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

Integrity 1st was a great experience for me. I drove over there expecting to have a bit of a wait ahead of me for having my car serviced for state inspection. Even though there were a few people already in the waiting area, the friendly staff told me there would only be a half hour wait. It was only 15 to 20 minutes later that I was told my car was ready to go.

Al is the guy. He will give you honest and professional and speedy service. He got my alignment picture perfect after the dealership messed it up on my 2020 Accord. Will be back for my other cars for sure.

When I got my oil changed on 2/07 was advised I really needed to think about my brakes. 3 weeks later my brakes started squeaking. Turned out I needed all 4 brakes and rotors replaced.I was hesitant and was going to have to do this in 2 stages as I just didnt have enough in budget. I came here for the first time because of a recommendation from a cousin and a family friend. I dealt with Matt. I don’t know if he was having a bad morning or if he simply did not want to come to work this morning. Either way I did not deserve his attitude. He was extremely rude. How is this place called integrity and you speak to others without any integrity. I walked out. I rather take my business elsewhere. I let my family know and we will no longer be doing business here. Please understand I needed 5 new tires, my break pads replaced, an oil change, my fluids topped off, & an oil change. The fact that because of him I’m having to go somewhere else is sad. It cost nothing to be polite and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t recommend this place as he seemed to be okay with taking my money but not keeping my business

I started coming for Roy, because he is a trusted mechanic. I know he wouldnt work anywhere that would do subpar work or would scam you. Since then, I have received great service, even when Roy isnt the one working on my old car. Sam has been very helpful and explains everything without talking down. (I hate places that talk cars differently to me because I am a woman... they dont here.)

My experience with integrity 1st has been great each time Ive had a issue with my cars..They are honest, straight to the point, and let you know of things to take care of later to keep your vehicle going.

I have been here twice. The first time, I got an oil and filter change. The second time I got 2 tires changed and an alignment. The people are very welcoming and makes sure you are fully aware of everything they plan to operate on your car. The waiting area is comfortable and Im usually out within a decent amount of time. This was my first visit at integrity 1st automotive and it was a good one. My car had intermittent starting issues that couldn’t be resolved by TWO other shops, got recommended by a co worker who had been a loyal customer at integrity for a couple of years now. I walked in and was greeted warmly by Sam who took the time to listen and understand what was going on with my car. Sam told me what could be causing this and gave me an estimate. After having it checked by the technician it was just a lose connection on my starter. My car was repaired within a couple of hours and it’s been a week now, and it’s been running great. I went here to have an oil change & state inspection a few months ago and thought the service was well enough that I went back here this weekend when I needed some actual work done. There were no issues and the prices were very reasonable. They were able to accommodate my schedule and even fixed a last-minute part for free (just a bolt, but they still could have charged).
